My wife and I as two proud owners of Mercedes Benz cars would like to strongly recommend Mr. Todd White, the service adviser at Mercedes Benz of Denver. He has always been incredible throughout the service experience. I am a Marketing professor who teaches service management and customer experience management courses at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. Todd does an excellent job of explaining our service options as well as answering all of our questions. We are very impressed with Todd s knowledge and professionalism and we feel very informed and confident in his expertise.
From the day we decided to work with Todd until now, he has gone far above and beyond our expectations and has demonstrated outstanding service quality. We never had to worry about our cars, because we know Todd has everything under control. He always responds to our email/phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
