My family and I have been going to Murray Motors for years our family has four cars with them and they use to be wonderful. Ever since management has changed and the Murray family no longer owns the dealership the services has completely gone down hill. On several occasions I have been treated disrespectfully, but most recently was beyond the worst. They had my car for over an hour and a half and when I finally asked where my car was they had no idea. Finally, my car was located, however no services had been performed on my car. Jerrod Sheppard was nice and apologetic, whoever given that it was 6pm on a Friday they couldn't complete what was need on my car. The boy who took my car in the first place and lost my car, Cameron Dean, came around the corner with a snug smile and said "are these your keys?" Well he new they were my keys and he saw me waiting and didn't say a word to me. He did not apologies and when I said to him "you do not have anything to say for the poor service and the fact you wasted my time", he simply smiled with a pretension smile and walked away. This is just one example of how with the management change they no longer care about their customers.
