I have been a Murray BMW Service customer for a little over 5 years. I started going to them because they were closer than the dealership where I purchased both my BMWs but continued with them because of their service. I have since moved out of the state and now I realize how good they were having gone to other BMW service departments. I used to think that this service level was "BMW" service but now I know that "Murray" service is better than most.

They always treated both my cars well and never damaged them. I have always been happy with their repairs and their explanation of what was found and how it was fixed. Every service representative that I worked with was professional, followed through on what they said they would do and always called you back with updates on the repair work.

And sure, things happen but they always make it right.

One time there was an issue with my X5 and I had to bring it back in again because the problem wasn't fixed. I had told them when I dropped it off the first time that I had family coming in from out of town so I needed the big SUV to get them around. When I came back in they had a 5 series ready for me so that I was able to shuttle every one around and not have to jam into a smaller car. I ended up having that car for a week and when I got my X5 back everything was fixed as expected.

Murray understands customer service and whatever they do to train their service representatives is working. I wish they could train some of the other service departments in the state where I now live...
