we at Silicon Valley Graphics leased a Xerox 550 copier and they told us every color copy regardless of size it will be cost our company $0.049 and Black copy less than a penny for all maintenance and all consumable like toner, drum and so on but paper. And in the contract with bold & big letter say the same thing. we accept the contract and they deliver the copier and contract to sign. we signed the first page and they told us to initiate the second page as fine prints as hurry. They didn't say it's not include staples and one set of staple that would cost us $150, they did not say each click or copy must have %15 coverage or less for that price, they did not say every year they jack up the price %15. This is totally miss leading. When I found out about it 5 months ago, I stopped the payment, to solve the issue, but they are firms and they said you should read all fine print, now they have stopped my toner, drum and all supply and maintenance. they put down my business so THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED OR BUSINESS WITH THEM

Customer Service is not good. It doesn't seem like anybody there knows what's going on. Getting this thing set up was a nightmare and one issue after another. The sales guy was terrible and after he sold us he left MRC. The machine (Xerox) is the worst I've ever had and I've been an office manager for 23 years. It's not at all user friendly but that's the least of the issues. Would not recommend MRC or Xerox machines. Now MRC is charging $15 for 'freight' to send out one toner that is part of our contract. Wow.

Deserve no stars. I work at a high school. They swindled the previous principal on a five year contract and provided a lemon of a copier. It constantly breaks down. Rather than do the right thing, they keep "repairing" the piece of junk, it keeps breaking down, never-ending cycle. Now, they want over $30,000 from a public school to break the contract. Reprehensible conduct. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

The absolute worst customer service experience. Turn around response for a service call is so slow. Not to mention the replacement parts they send: they're short-changing us with after market parts (particularly the rollers) that are not up to standard to Xerox machines, causing color & consistency problems. Last but certainly not the least is the fine print on contract: we clearly state that we're a re-seller. Yet they continue to charge us tax!!! Beware!!

Bad contract hidden items expensive would never buy a copier here

My agency uses this company, though it will no longer from this point on. ZERO customer service and they don't even do the job competently. It's frustrating dealing with a company that clearly cares nothing about their reputation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY! They don't come when they say they will and when they do, they don't fix our printers. I don t understand how some company s stay in business.

If you have a pickup you have to go across the street for the order. Guys there were chatting away and they have some sign saying the alarm will go off if people go past a certain door. I'm pretty sure it's there because these guys are not attenitive to answering the door at a quick response time. They just need one of those door sensors to ring but this corporate company is too cheap to even buy that. The order I had for pickup wasn't ready, and the people there were not sure that there was even supposed to be a pickup at all.

This week, we put in a service call Monday morning. A technician called right away and said he would be in after lunch. The next day, I had to text the tech to ask them when they would be in. He showed up shortly after. He said he said he had to order a part and that it would be in the next day, Wednesday. Today is Thursday and the parts didn't come in. I have no idea when my machine will be fixed. If you are okay with not having a machine working for five days, MRC may be the right company for you.

Extremely poor customer service, when reporting a problem. Someone name Mark took my call and avoided my questions in a very rude manner. Don't work with customers if you don't know how to take care of them

I'm a former employee. I worked at MRC for a brief time until my long awaited background investigation was cleared and completed for a government position. Everyone there is very friendly and their main focus is keeping there customers happy. I see management constantly working on improving customer service and discussing how to improve satisfaction rate. I truely believe they need more employees to resolve this issue. Hiring temps won't do the trick. This onlt makes permanent employees who slack off majority of the day more secure of there own job. Theyvtruely care about there employees and there staff.

I called in to schedule service for one of my machines and was told a service rep would not be able to bring a waste container out with them on the call (so the machine could be serviced further)... So I was connected to the parts department where the rep put me on hold and hung up... never to call back... So I thought I should put in an online request, at least the computer would not hang up on me... It all went well but I specifically noted that before the tech came out they need to bring a waste container... So a tech was in today with no waste container and they stated they needed to order a part before they could work on the machine... I'm now going into Thursday w/ no printer. This process started on Monday.

Technician toke my printer to repair at home! Never seen something so unprofessional. They never bother to call to let me know the status of the service call. Definitely do NOT recommend!!!
