People deceive and lie to you here. Very bad people.

This place claims and will state that their job position is to better serve the public and all I can say about the horror they took my family and I through they only repeated that their job is to serve the public which I can say say fm more than 1 visit either onsite or at home was less than helping me in any way, in fact I would say that the workers are the polor opposite of what they claim to be doing which is what again? Right, helping to serve the public better.

Wife and I are in the Covid 19 1B group. Got our covid shots at Expo yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the mass vaccination is going. Thanks and congratulations to all involved. Pete Schoeninger

I called the Public Health Clinic to inquire about Covid-19 vaccinations. The call was answered quickly and the woman answering was very personable and helpful. Since she did not have complete information to give me an answer so she took my name and telephone number, promising to call me back when she received more information to fully answer my question.

My experience is with Burger King in Delafield WI off Hwy 83.
As I sat eating my whopper and fries I experienced the following acts.
1. Eating by an employee where food is prepared.
2. The employee not wearing gloves and preparing food for the public.
3. The employee touching her face and hair.
4. The employee picking stuff off their filthy floor and putting it on a flat surface where food is prepared.
JESSE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. GET A JOB WHERE YOUR NOT PUTTING OTHERS AT RICK OF YOUR DISGUSTING GERMS!
PLEASE GIVE BURGER KING A SURPRISE VISIT.

I had two psychiatrist I didn't care for then finally changed to Dr.Sami. She is very very nice and very professional. Staff upfront also very nice and helpful. I however wasn't fond of my counselor. I now have counselor somewhere else. I do however recommend Waukesha County Health and Human Services. They will work with you for payment plan as well.

The Waukesha/ Wauwatosa health department needs to be investigated, I called to report that several establishments were not following COVID guidelines (over2 employees infected with covid and returning to work without completing quarantine, 6 feet distant violated, no shields to protect counters that people constantly lean against ) ; and they told me, every business has their own protected guidelines that they must follow, regardless of the CDC guidelines. What??? What is the department of health there for, if they re not doing their job or even trying to investigate, they are not helping to keep the community safe and stopping the spread of COVID!!! Disappointed in these health departments!

Spoke to agent of the consortium after being put on 15 min hold. She was very aggressive in her manner and I felt uncomfortable speaking with her so I asked to speaked to someone else as well as her supervisor. She then gave me the phone number for the milwuakee consortium phone number but when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up. Unfortunately I don't have her name but I know that it was located within the waukesha county consortium center
