I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change , tire rotation and to get one tire patched. Therefore I am NOT very happy the service.
I ve purchased these contracts before and have had mixed results. First off, let me explain that I have some automotive background and am usually very skeptical about what I spend my hard earned $ on, so I read through the different options when I purchased the service contract and decided upon a Powertrain warranty to cover the major components of my son s vehicle... A few weeks ago my son s transmission went out on his vehicle. I didn't have records of the services done to the vehicle prior to me buying it, so I was very nervous about how the company would move forward with the decision on why it happened and who/what was to blame and if they d help pay or not. Needless to say by the 5/5 stars I gave then, it turned out better than I expected. I obviously paid for shop supplies and fluid for the replacement transmission, but they covered the rest. I m impressed.
I actually caught the service technician in three lies at Westway ford. They tried to sell me services that I DID NOT NEED. I WILL NOT RETURN TO WESTWAY FORD UNLESS I HAVE A WARRANTEE ISSUE !!

I took my vehicle in for warranty repairs to the deal. Was skeptical when they told me there would be no out of pocket expenses. When I picked the car up I fully expected to pay some hidden fee but was very pleased to learn that it was truly covered with no deductible. I know that maintenance service plans do cost money, but With car repairs being very expensive and breakdowns that could occur when you least expect it and Not budgeted, I paid for peace of mind and MPP has provided that. Thanks! PS: very friendly and helpful customer service team every time I have called them with a policy question.

My service rep was courteous, professional and very accommodating. He checked my car in quickly. He called Lyft for a ride to my destination and back to the dealership. There He sent a review of the services rendered via text message. He called me when my car was ready. Great customer service!

The Maintenance Service Plan covered what it was intended to cover. The service center just had to verify that I was covered. That was it. There was one slight drawback, the website they go to verify the information was down that morning. Luckily, I had my card so they called to verify. Overall, it was a flawless process. Thank you.
They got back to me within a week and were very helpful!! Have now used them twice and look forward to working with them in the future!!

It took 2 hours to change the oil and rotate my tires. It used to only take an hour with David moss I guess service is gone downhill.
While the oil change took almost two hours, and given the situation we are all in with the virus it was pleasant.
This company is big. Many moving parts. The insurance is good. I would not recommend the warranty. I had some delays when i cancelled my service. Once management got involved my refund was expedited. Overall i am satisfied with the way they treated me as a customer and i would consider doing business with them again because of the way they responded to handle my issues.
They were quick with decision on the approval with repairs so my service advisor could let me know on the spot.
After the $100 deductible, MPP paid to replace our vehicle's back-up camera, which is very good. The fact that it took almost a week for the dealership to be paid, was not good. They kept our car until the payment came through.

Three months after purchasing my truck this warranty scam will not cover what I was sold and told it would! Now I'm stuck with a truck that needs a $10,000 motor.

Went to get my oil changed the other day and was told my water pump was leaking and it would be $700 to fix it. Call the dealership (Van Buick GMC) where I bought my truck used. Brought it in and they replaced the water pump, under warranty, no questions asked. Great service.

This is really a scam, nothing will be covered as they mention by the dealers. Dealers sell this useless protection just for their share of money. I will highly recommend not to buy this plan.
Bad company. Do not purchase an extended warranty from these people. They will not cover repairs under their warranty that have been proven to be warranty services. They pay kick backs to the dealership sales people to get you into a warranty contract.
I bought the pre prepaid maintenance program and I use it it makes my life so much easier and the service is always great I just show up give my keys to the attendant sitting in a waiting room and they give him back and I leave definitely a customer for life

DO NOT BUY THIS - These people are thieves....Sell you a warranty that "covers everything" as outlined by the boat dealer. Then when you have a claim you get bounced around. They dont folow up with any detail or specifically state where its excluded...And the they dont provide a written response as to why they are not honoring a claim. Just say "not covered too bad" .....how is a water pump which is original eqpt on the mfr engine NOT covered...Its almost as if they look for any excuse to dishonor the claim...... James is the rep we dealt with and he just doesnt respond to your request for a written response...just says I brought it to my superiors...THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF - Save your money !!!! THIEVES. Say no and if you want one demand that your dealer goes with the manufacturer program!!! PS they go under the name pinnacle...anything but ....RUN

I have had occasion to use our MPP warranty twice and in both cases, MPP was responsive in approving repairs with the dealership and made the process very easy. Very happy with it.
I bought the MPP club plus plan back in 2018 and I had the unforseen event of flat tire 2 times. Both the times I just brought my car to the dealership and gave them information, MPP approved over the phone and paid directly to the dealer after replacing the tire. It was a great service that I enjoyed. Thanks a lot to the MPP team.
The MPP Co Inc is 1 of the best investments i made.& has the best vehicle care package. I suggest that if you purchase any vehicle please invest in the car care package with MPP CO INC. They have replaced my car key Fob/remote. Then i had my gear shift was replaced today. I was told when purchasing the platinum that it would cover all scheduled maintenance but was later advised it was only oil and tire rotation.

First service of my new Honda at the dealership. All costs were covered with no question.
I had an appointment for 2:30 to get my oil changed. We arrived at 2:00 and it took almost 2 1/2 hours for techs to complete. If it wasn t a warranty oil change I wouldn t go back.
Submitted a claim on 4/21/2020. I received a callback from the rep assigned to the case. She left a message and I returned the call. No reply! I called again left another message and have yet to receive a callback. I called the main office to learn that the case is closed with messages that the rep has called several times and left messages. If the rep called she certainly didn't leave any other messages from the initial call. The case was reopened and assigned to the same person. The rep will call me when she can.

Donna was amazing. After trying to keep my warranty and work things out on a previous call with a rep named Autumn, I never received a call back from her. I decided to cancel my warranty account because the auto dealership originally made the mistake of listing my mileage incorrectly on my contract. Pinnacle Nissan of Scottsdale is absolutely horrible. They never call you back and treat you as though you are less than for buying a certified used vehicle. They were more than happy to take my money and pile on additions to the original cost of the car, but now they don't want to honor the warranty.
Donna helped me to complete the cancellation and also made sure I knew the prorated refund amount and where it would be going since Autumn had me believing I'd receive the entire amount directly. She didn't even explain that the refund would be applied to the loan.
So I want to thank Donna for making this one experience an easy one, for being knowledgeable and respectful, and being efficient.
I was glad my wife and I purchased the extended warranty when we bought our 2017 Nissan Altima, especially when I found out how much the repairs would have cost.

I bought the per plan along with my car, and I honestly feel as though I was finessed. Every dent I have or have had on my car was suggested to go through insurance because they were too large or the paint was chipped. The dents weren t large in my opinion, however I m not a professional so this is by no means a professional review. However a shopping cart seemed to had bumped one dent and the other I m not sure what happened but still what s the point in all the extra money when obviously there is a very small window of opportunity that I can actually use this coverage. Lesson learned.
I m very glad I got MPP. I needed an alignment and MPP covered it. It was very simple and fast. Nothing out of my pocket. Thank you MPP for making it hassle free.

Had a service on 9/11/2020 and again my tires were not rotated.
This is my 3rd vehicle with MPP. I thought my teen daughter's we're incorrect when they would come home from their services complaining, until I had my own.
Of my last 4 services, 1 has been correct.
I have owned my vehicle a year and a half, and of those services twice I have been lied to about tire rotation. I have a small knot on one tire so it's pretty easy to keep track of where it's at. With that being said, I was never informed of said knot by the service center.
Maybe 3 of my 7 or so visits has my car been vacuumed and washed.
I showed up for an early morning appointment only to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to show up for work. If it wasn't for me leaving for a 1,000 mile trip that afternoon I would have left.
Moral of the story: if you purchase the MPP plan from your dealership, be sure their service department is worth it. You can get the same quality service at Wal-Mart.
I never thought I would need this protection package, but I am so happy I got it. True to every word my transmission was fixed and MPP covered it all. They are true to their word and I didn t have any problems . My service advisor is James (Cleveland) and he made my experience with Nissan so great that I am thinking about a new car. Not very happy, first time I have to use my extended warranty to replace my 2016 Honda Pilot Arm control bushings, timing belt and timing belt tensioner.MPP paid for the control arm bushing BUT NOT paid for the timing and tensioner. Isn t it part of the drive train? NOT HAPPY
The customer service representative was callously indifferent to the danger I was in. My car engine conked out and stopped where my car was at risk of being rear-ended. Nevertheless, the CSR kept me on the phone for about 20 minutes even though I'd made it clear that I couldn't hear him. After all that, the truck was never sent. Absolutely the worst service experience ever!
Difficult using local ford dealer to honor warranty. Courtesy Ford of Rome costed me an extra $400-500 trying to get my transmission repaired. Ended up taking back to original dealer Buford ford after several months of Courtesy saying my transmission slip was a (factory slip). Buford rebuilt transmission after first visit. It s currently back at Buford with on going transmission issues. 85k miles on suv currently so I hope they can get it repaired before my warranty runs out.
MPP was great in honoring the warranty claim so I fully recommend anyone to sign up for the extended warranty with them. Just be careful what dealer you take it to when you have issues. Courtesy ford wasted 40k miles and multiple trips of leaving the car for a week and me paying for rental just to lie to me in the end.
It took 3 months to get the part they put in last Saturday now the car 3 days later is making the same noise they cant get me in for 3 weeks on a sat. I cant take a day off work to deal with this. Not happy at all
