From initial phone contact, to viewing, to collection of the vehicle, MA Motors could not do enough to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
Matthew and his team wanted to ensure the vehicle was % right before we took it away and any slight issue we came across was resolved without question.

From start to finish the service was excellent.
Travelled from Barnsley to view car which was being valeted ready for us to look at.. Given keys and sent out to explore the nearby area as a no pressure test drive.
Agreed purchase on Wed then guys went out of their way to have another valet and MOT complete so I could collect Friday rather than waiting another week. Any issue was overcome smoothly and professionally.
Definite recommend and would gladly go back in the future

Bought my Volvo S40 from MA Motors a couple of weeks ago, and couldn't be happier with both the car and the customer service I've received.
There was a slight problem with the power steering during my test drive, but they fixed the initial problem and fitted a new power steering pump as well to ensure no future problems.
I got a fair price for my old car, and a good price on my new one.
Matthew and his colleagues were a pleasure to do business with, and we will certainly be returning to MA Motors when my wifes' car is ready to be changed.

Brought a car from Matt and I am very happy, he went well out of his way to provide an excellent service to me, I had never brought a new car before so it was nice to feel comfortable about the deal. He has great after care which I feel everyone wants when you venture into buying a new car. I wasn't sure if it needed a new battery, but he provided one for me anyway even though this shouldn't be included in the warranty but did this out of kindness as I hadn't owned it for long. I couldn't get in to him for awhile but he kept it for me until I got in touch with him and even said they will fit it for me. He seem's like a decent genuine guy, would definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently bought a car from MA Motors and I cannot praise them enough. We arranged to view and test drive the car and on our arrival we were met by Terry who could not make us more welcome, the car was presented to us in an immaculate condition we were allowed to test drive for as long as we wished on completion a competitive offer was made on our part-exchange car which was accepted and the deal could not have gone any smoother. On collecting the car 2 days later it had been valeted, and the paperwork completed with the minimum of fuss. I highly commend this company for their friendly and professional attitude and I most strongly recommend them to other customers.

Recently purchased a used car from the outlet , I found the proprietor to be friendly and efficient offered a decent part exchange price and the car purchased was prepared to a high standard , 12 months mot with no quibble full interior and exterior valet car fully serviced and i havent been able to fault the car in any way , No silly admin fees a proper efficient friendly service with no hassle just as it should be. Well done not easy to find these days .

Cannot recommend this company enough. We purchased a car from Matt around 3 years ago and were really pleased with every element of the service. When our daughter passed her test recently we knew exactly where to take her for her first car. She picked one on her first visit and was encouraged to test drive for as long as she liked. She did.. twice!
This company are so reliable and trustworthy and always have a great selection in stock that we chose a new car too at the same time (Not planned I promise). Nothing is too much trouble for Matt and his team. A real genuine company with good old fashioned customer service values.

Had to get new car, first private one in 10 years, got signposted from Matthew to his automatic car sales room. Met Terry, brilliant guy, explained my disability, pointed out a few cars and left me to it. Ended up buying the cleanest Kia Proceed in the UK, no sales pressure. They put a new mot on even though there was 10 months left on the old one and serviced the car at Kia. Cannot give any negative feedback, absoyletly superb from the start to finish.

From the first contact with Matt to finally surprising my son with his new car, the whole process was a doddle. Having spotted the car through Autotrader, Matt responded to my initial enquiry promptly and I agreed to purchase the car ( 12 month old Corsa Griffin). I was travelling from the North East so Matt arranged for me to be collected from the train station and the car was immaculate and expertly presented. The paperwork took less than 30 mins to complete and I was on my way. My son is over the moon with his new car and I couldn't recommend MA Motor Company enough. I had the good fortune to find a car i was looking for
at @ MA Motors, after spending many hours chasing many specialists dealers for which many did not respond or had sold the car which was still advertised, I emailed my enquiry to MA and to my delight I received a response first thing the next morning, we corresponded several times and i always got straight answers very quickly, I can honestly say this was the best corresponding dealer I have dealt with.
