TSG is one of the best place to work in Srilanka. I was one of the very first tutor and i enjoyed the Job very much. Everyone at TSG is extremely kind and generous. The senior management are extremely friendly and helpful. They have the best Trainers at TSG. The best thing at TSG is that They always stick to their Values. TSG is the one and only company in srilanka where you have a speedy career progress. I joined TSG on the month of September and i became a Tutor team leader on the month of February with 4 other colleagues.Everyone at TSG is extremely friendly and they respect all. Amazing trainers and amazing Management are the key factors of TSG. I can't express my views and i just want to say that this is one of the very best place to work. You have one of the best team at TSG who will never allow you to fall down. Mr Richard, Luke, Thej will always be there for you and they are willing to help you always. Mr Roshan (The CEO) is there always with you. TSG is the best place to work and this is the best place that you find if you are really passionate in teaching.
They hire for part time jobs and give opportunities but sometimes its not worth the teacher's effort. They do not pay for the data charges.
I work here. It's a great place. We tutor math to British kids. Also we do tutor local kids free of charge in the school vacations.
