Nice hotel for day conference/special events - held a charity event there on a Sunday afternoon, well looked after and the food was fantastic - especially the vegan options.

Fantastic grounds and very customer friendly staff. A very well run hotel.
You would think with the revenue raised through the golf, the weddings and other events that the hotel could commence spending some of it on the accommodation. The corridors look awful littered with tacky gold coloured carpet joiners as if they price mealed the carpet together with left over pieces some 15 yrs previous. The rooms are getting shabby with ruffled carpets ripped furniture and mouldy bathrooms....used to like this place back in the day but will probably give it a swerve now.
Beds where not comfortable and pool was closed to children at 8pm which we had no notice about
Lovely stay at the forest of Arden. Pleasant surroundings, lovely room and great staff.
The grounds and facilities are lovely and the staff were very helpful.
Very nice setting, with deer in surrounding woodland and golf course right outside. Hotel is sprawling inside- real warren of long hallways!
Every was clean and well maintained. TV and wi-fi connectivity were infuriating though. Only terrestrial and bare basic freeview channels available. Forget Bluetooth connection (staff told me after much frustration that it does not work without cabled connection to any device. )
Food was really nice, tho limited menu, mostly chicken, steak and burgers. And staff forgot our starters, bringing out steaks as our main courses. Was compensated with a free deink each though, so nothing to really cry about!!
lovely hotel grounds are amazing room clean and tidy staff were polite and welcoming
Only played golf course in 30 years golf the Arden course is the best condition I've ever seen on a golf course tough track and busy but nice
My daughter and I enjoyed a spa day here. The steam room was closed and the massage waiting area could do with being warmer. Staff all very friendly.
Spa day really good treatments but the facilities weren't the best. The spa was really cold after the Xmas break.
We bad a great stay from start to finish. Great service from friendly staff. The room had a huge comfy bed and a great view over the golf course. My wife used the spa which she said was great. We also had a meal which was excellent. The breakfast was top notch, they even have a waffle maker.
Absolutely marvellous reception lovely room, and good breakfast.
This place is lovely. Stunning views etc. Staff helpful friendly and welcoming...
Fabulous location, great selection of food and drink attached to a fantastic golf facility.
Grt facilities . Lovely rpoms . Great gplf courses
The hotel rooms are really showing their age, plumbing and decoration are now very poor and not coping. Really not Marriott standard. The surrounding area / golf course are still beautiful though.
One of my favourite places to stay. Great golf, conference facilities and food
Rooms and food were good, but limited menu unless you paid extra.
Beautiful golf course, had a nice day walking around
Lovely venue and the food was very good but like all these places the drinks were a tad expensive.
I recently attended the Forest of Arden Marriott hotel as part of the 2 day synergy accounting conference, I simply cannot find fault. Rooms were spacious and spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of choice and the atmosphere and layout of the hotel were pleasing. Staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely visit another marriott hotel based on this experience!
Excellent! Nice Stay at a very nice hotel in a stunning location!
Fantastic place. Lovely clean rooms. Staff are polite and helpful. Grounds at rear are nice and dark so had my telescope setup on the lawn and was able to see Jupiter and Saturn! Definitely would recommend.
Very unhelpful staff who could not answer a simple question
Played a round of golf and the course was in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and polite. Didn t stay the night or have food.
All though still under social distances restrictions, staff made us welcome and safe .just a shame the pool and zest bar were still closed
I felt the bar prices were just too high. A little more attention to room cleaning would be helpful. Also no hairdryer provided.
Great hotel for a reasonable price. Hotel a bit tired but for the price is ok considering the quality of the championship golf course
Beds were comfy and food was good but long distance from room to dining
Absolutely beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. The room was very modern and the bed comfy. We had both the buffet dinner and breakfast, both were great and good value. The best thing about the hotel though was the staff. Everyone was very helpful, happy and attentive. Will definitely be returning
Considering the price to play, trying to cram too many tee times in really spoils the day when you have to wait ten minutes evert tee
Visited as a work task.
Looks very good from what I did see.
If your a keen golfer or want to do a spa or fitness trip.
In very nice settings with deer roaming free in the grounds.
The hotel is in a beautiful area all surrounded by green fields but overall i was not happy with my stay. The hotel is overpriced and the rate doesn't even include breakfast! I was shocked when they told me i would have had to pay an extra 16.50 pounds for breakfast. When I check out i was presented with a bill of over 1.300 pounds for 2 nights stay which included over 800 pounds drinks and room service which were not mine and did not come off my room. I understand now why the room rate is so high, i am guessing some smart guests ask to put their bill on somebody else's bill. The person at the desk was nice but certainly they could have at least proposed a discount for the heart attack they caused me with that fake bill. I would not recommend this place overall.
Great Hotel
Excellent food especially Breakfast
Decent golf courses, excellent buffet style dinner and brekkie, highly recommend.
Slightly dated decor. Breakfast was acceptable but not great.
Set in a beautiful country backdrop, it is a stunning place to visit
After a few golf breaks at the Belfry my pals and I have now moved to this complex instead and enjoy it more. Good deals to be had and nice pubs and curry houses nearby if you don't want the Hotels Buffet (Nice food but quiet restaurant not appropriate to a lads golfing break)
Attended the Stroke Awards Event. Fantastic location
Wow. What a setting and the service was great. I played a gig here for a large corporate party and the function room was fantastic, the food looked amazing and the staff were well organised, professional and very polite. I would really recommend staying here.
Great accommodation, fabulous golf course , excellent food, will visit again

Love this golf course. Was here at a charity golf day and food and service were also excellent!
Went here for a wedding, was very beautiful and clean. Would give it 5 stars but not sure what its like to stay at the hotel.
Still a classy establishment, but difficult to score well on the Arden. Nice food and expensive drinks.
Beautiful hotel with great surroundings. Great food, room, facilities and food would definatly visit again.
Rather corporate hotel trying to be nicer than it is. Team are nice. Facilities good but it is very corporate in decoration and so rather generic. Needs some updating in the rooms and food is ok.
Excellent service especially the very friendly Breakfast team who can brighten up even the coldest winter morning.
The staff are very friendly, the food is of a very high standard with the hotel in a lovely location
Good morning had by every one course good for this time of year
A beautiful venue perfect for any occasion small or big.
We attended a wedding at the hotel and was impressed
Immaculate condition, great service and a friendly atmosphere.
Lovely hotel, traditional style. Only negatives this time were wobbly tap in bathroom of room 306 and please STOP SERVING PLASTIC STRAWS IN THE BAR, uncalled for, unnecessary and not environmentally friendly
was there delivering took 30 minutes to get response
Fantastic Spa Day. Great facilities and lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend and return again soon.
Main course back nine brilliant and if you like McDonald's foods great
Beautiful location. Fantastic breakfast. Spacious room. The gym, swimming pool sauna and the lots. It was worth it!
A great Countryside Hotel. Wonderful Architectural piece, too.
Enjoyed our stay at the Forest of Arden. Golf courses excellent. Staff very professional and accommodating. Hotel group need to update their computer system. Check in and out process amazingly slow. Issue Special discount cards and allocating credit cards to rooms a bit of a Joke. Overall enjoy our stay
Fantastic food, good room and facilities.
Only gripe is Wi-Fi is not free.
This place does not have air conditioning. It is also not very kid-friendly, as there is not much to do with a toddler there and you will need a car/taxi to leave the grounds and get to the nearest train station. However, this location is perfect for a golf outing, business conferences, or other non-child events.
Great service. Guest relations is great. The room is a little small compare to other Marriott
Rooms are amazing, food is absolutely fantastic and set in a beautiful part of the country. Perfect
