We were having terrible troubles with the largest british broadband supplier which meant we couldn t get a new line provided to our new property and we had been attempting this for 1 year. Ikonix removed all of the hassle of the daily calls to BT and dealt with that for us. One month after ordering the new line is now in and we have internet and phones. I can t recommend Ikonix enough the service was always helpful, we received what we requested and best of all we actually speak to people who know who we are. Helpful service who answer every time
Absolutely avoid!! I have a new "faulty" phone which was reported immediately, after endless phone calls ( none of which get returned) they were arranging to have it swapped over as it is faulty but they managed to drag the situation out by More
POOR POOR SERVICE. They mis-sold the service they said they would offer, on to of that sent the incorrect phone and then refused to change it over. Never return calls, dont reply to emails and make endless excuses. avoid this so called business or you WILL regret it.
Great company to deal with,friendly efficient staff that go the extra mile. Explained all the options available to me and handled the smooth transition of telecoms for my company. Recommend, will definately use again.
We have used Ikonix for our telecommunications needs for a number of years and have always received an exemplary, prompt, efficient and competitive service. I would have no hesitation recommending Ikonix to anyone considering updating their existing systems or installing new.
I would like to share my experience with ikonix. I have had some installation issues to my connectivity which later transpired not due to ikonix own fault. I have complained against the Sales Manager and the owner of the company stepped in and picked the matter and came to my office in person showing every reasonable endeavour to resolve the issues. I am pleased to still recommend ikonix afterall.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ikonix for my phone and mobile requirements and was overwhelmed by the level of service provided. I run a business from home and rely on the ability to be on line and easy to contact. Things don t always go right when you change suppliers but the service from the team was fantastic and even with a couple of glitches they resolved them efficiently and gave me great confidence in having them as my supplier

Could not recommend highly enough.
Avoid at all costs. They over charge. Take over 5 months to rectify false charges on bills. Also took a 24 month contract out at a particular price. turns out its was actually for 23 months at that price.
They email you one thing - then change the contract before you sign.
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM - READ EVERY WORD IN THE CONTRACT
When to speak them no one has any idea of what is going on and they have a really high turnover of staff (Dishonest staff must be hard to find and keep)
As you can see from their response they do not take customer complaints seriously - No denial about the above either.
Interesting that not only do this company provide a truly appalling, overpriced service that when they get honest feedback on Google they try to disguise this by giving themselves a 5 star rating when the true overall rating is 1 star and would probably be a minus were users offered this option. Terrible company.
Really can't understand the bad reviews here, as any business that I have done with Ikonix has always been positive and stress free.

Absolutely terrible customer service they don't reply to emails I have sent 4 since November 2018 with no reply and when you call they always say the person that you want is not there and they will call you back which wasn't the case
