Truely a Classly experiance from down to earth folks, that truely seem to have the customer's best interest in mind. I spent many a Weekend in Chattanooga, getting sunburn't, trying to find cars that were half as good as the latemodel used I I was looking for in the price range that I could afford ( the bigger guys kept misleading me untimatly pitching me catrs at prices over what they knew I could afford. Moss Did know such thing and I was truely suprized at the used inventory after I made the short trip. The cars/trucks/and small suv's(which I decided on) were of lower miles, better condition and had more all around curve appeal more than almost all of the lots I examined at "Car Heaven" or lee Hwy. It worth a nice drive down to Beautiful South Pittsburg, maybe even to eat a little Cornbread and their annual festival. In short take a look at the MMC site they always have cool used with low miles.

Was looking online to purchase truck for my son, preferably in the Atlanta area where I live. After looking around for quite a while, I came across a listing on Cargurus for the year make model I wanted, but it was 100 miles away. After talking to Ryan over the phone, he was great to deal with and was no nonsense. He worked quickly to get me the best deal on the truck they could offer. I decided I would make the trek to South Pittsburgh and I can t tell you what a pleasurable experience it was dealing with Moss Motors. I would drive there again to buy my next car!! Bought a 2010 Ford Ranger in February. Had a very positive buying experience and Ryan did a great job with the sale. An unbelievable buying experience from this dealership. I bought something used.. but it was a low pressure no haggle deal. Would assume the new car process would be similar. I could not be happier and suggest anyone from the Hamilton county area skip automotive row, and make the short trip to see these folks. Shawn was my guy and he even went above and beyond after the sale to get me an owners manual for my rig that wasn't originally part of the final deal.... Great people !!!!

Never stop here for anything! These guys will do anything to screw you over and mess up your day. My mom was coming to visit me in florida, and she had to get her radiator changed along the way. She had the absolute worst customer service she has received anywhere. sheriff was NO help!!!!!!!

Had been given a paid vodgor for oil changes at a special rate. Was told when coming to use it, that it was no longer valid, honered. Cause being that the company was losing money on that particular promotion. I say, that if you promise to do a job, paid for,you better honer that binding. Yes we got the run around. Pleasant, crew.

We loved their urgency to help us out when our car broke down. They ended up getting our car fixed so we could continue to FL. They even have a dog friendly establishment so we could wait inside with our puppy!

Probably the best dealer I've dealt with though this was back 13+ years ago, Mike R. That I bought from was a excellent low pressure seller that knew how to give a man space to make a decision and well I bought a few cars from them and had the rear end on my Cobra rebuilt in their shop and couldn't complain a bit.
The only dealer that treated me with any sort of respect without a credit check or bank statement.
Keep in mind this was long ago, I hope nothing changed.

My F350 lost power while traveling west on I-24 late Thursday afternoon. I found Moss online as closest Ford dealer to my location. Spent night in a local hotel and had truck there at opening on Friday morning. They took my truck right into the shop. Diagnosis and repair was completed quickly and had me back on the road. I highly recommend these folks. Their diesel technician was top shelf. What thought to be a turbocharger replacement ended up being only a blown hose.

I flew across the country to purchase a specific vehicle I was looking at for a great price. Tyson at Moss Motors answered every question promptly and accurately. When I arrived at the dealership via transportation provided by Tyson, I could not have been more pleased. To top it off, all paperwork was completed and waiting for signature and I was on the road within a half hour! We drove the car 2800 miles home and love the vehicle. Tyson answered all my questions and never once pressured me or brought anyone else to do so. This is an honest dealership ran like a mom and pop store and I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Transit from Tyson and crew.
Everyone was professional and kind.

I traded in my car to help afford the new vehicle. When the trade-in value wasn't what I expected, they gladly increased the value.
During the financial portion, they didn't attempt to sell me on extra warranties or care programs -- big plus.

I drove the van to New Hampshire to be customized. During my trip, I noticed the roof of the van had a leak from previous work.
I called Tyson, he listened to me, trusted me, and sent a check to account for the fix without my having to drive the van back to Tennessee.

The professionalism, trust, and hearts at Moss Motor Co. have my interest. I will do business with them again.

I dealt with Ryan Miller and I could not believe how easy it was to buy a vehicle here. I will be back and it s 3.5 hours away from where I live. Best experience ever buying a vehicle. We were in and out with a new car in around 45 mins. Really nice people.

We drove from Nashville to buy a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and can't say enough about how great the experience was. The Jeep was thoroughly detailed and the engine compartment looked brand new. A big thank you to Ben and Johnny. A few items needed to be corrected and they gave me a loaner car and even had a driver bring the Jeep to us in Nashville. I highly recommend this dealership. Oh, and we'll be back for the cornbread festival!

Last Thursday I was traveling when my car broken down due to a wheel bearing. Friday morning Moss service department went out of their way to fit me in, repair my car & have me on my way the same day much earlier than anticipated. A big Thanks to John Childs & all those who where so kind & helpful. I'm a senior citizen so I've had lots interaction with car repair folks. Never have I been treated so well. Again, I'm so grateful.

This dealership is a true pleasure to deal with and was definitely worth the 13hr drive back to CT! I was searching the country for a very specific 2014 Ford 150 Raptor and was lucky enough to come across these guys in TN. My salesman, Ben Bumpus, was extremely responsive and honest, and even picked me up at the airport as I was coming from CT. Everything he told me about the truck was 100% accurate so there were no surprises when I arrived. I also met with Steve Moss, the owner, who made the effort to track me down and welcome me to TN. Purchased a used car from Moss Motors last week. By far the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car. The car was priced correctly (at NADA and Blue Book value). Drove to the dealership and they had the car waiting for my test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. My credit union had already spoken with Clay and all of the financial details were worked out with them. As I met with the finance manager, there was no pressure to buy other products - he merely took my check and had us sign the necessary forms. The whole process took less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend.

Awesome dealership. Flew in from Florida to buy a particular used truck. The staff was very helpful in disclosing everything about the truck before my arrival to assure me of my purchase. They picked me up from the Chattanooga airport and treated me first class. The truck was exactly as described and I could not be happier with the service and the professionalism of the staff. Drove straight home 400 miles from the dealership without any issues. Will buy from again!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I am in Atlanta and found a used car on Autotrader that was located at Moss Motor Co in TN. The car was exactly what I had been hunting, appeared to be flawless and was offered at a very fair price - certainly was a 'no dealership games' price IF the car was as flawless as the listing described. Keep in mind, I am a picky picky buyer of cars and have *never* bought a car 'sight unseen'...it scares the hell out of me!! I didn't have the schedule flexibility to go see the car, so I called the dealership to find out what my options were in possibly purchasing remotely. Well, I probably should have bought a lottery ticket that day because I was on a LUCKY streak - I was connected with Ben Bumpus in sales and he took AMAZING care of me!! He patiently answered all of my 'out of towner sale process' questions and even offered, "Mr. Williams, I understand your concern and will inspect the car for ANY big/small issues we may have missed on the listing, take it for a test drive as if I'm buying it myself - and I will call you right back in a few minutes". He did. There were no issues. Half a dozen clear/concise emails later, we had a purchase price and finance terms negotiated. No surprises. No games. No BS fees. The next day, my car was delivered and it was EXACTLY as Ben said it would be - flawless!! It was everything I had hoped for on every level: a GREAT car at a GREAT price with the best/easiest buying experience I have ever had!! My future car purchases will START with Moss!!!!! Moss Motors has excellent service department. They do what you asked them to do, and if they find a problem with something else with the vehicle they will call you and explain in detail of the problem.

I purchased my used car long distance and am very happy with my experience at Moss Motor Company. I wanted a specific configuration of Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the price had to be fair. I found that at Moss Motor Company in Tennessee, and I live in Michigan. The folks at Moss Motor Company were honest in their representation of the vehicle in both their online pictures and verbal description and phone conversations. They made the entire transaction smooth and easy, I never felt that I was being misled. They are new to adding the Jeep and Chrystler line to their offering of Ford products, and yet everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Wonderful folks.

I got my car back after leaving it there for weeks for diagnostics and repair, then got stranded the very next day when it broke down.

Had an appointment at 1:00 for oil change and recalls. They got right on it. Headed home in less than an hour.

The MOSS Dealership is AMAZING! I dealt with Ryan Miller ( sales ) and the Owner Steve Moss. They helped me from start to finish to create a seamless buying experience! I bought my 2017 Dodge RAM Big Horn at an unbeatable price..and I mean anywhere here in the southeast! Believe me I will travel to get the best deal. I live near Charlotte NC, they are near the state line between Tennessee and Alabama 6 + hours away! The drive was worth every mile!! They were straight up on my trade and gave a little more than book on it. Their were NO surprises, No hiccups, No problems!. All of the paper work was done and ready for me to sign when I arrived, I was there for approx 30 mins and that included the test drive! If you want a crazy awesome deal go down and see these folks...they have been around since 1957, now I know why!!! They know how to conduct business the right way!!

Moss Motor Company is the worst dealership to deal with. save your money smartly and go to a different dealership to buy a car. This place prices their vehicles well over book value so when you talk them down a little bit they make you think you're getting a good deal. if you buy a vehicle from here you will have so much negative equity that is crazy do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle from some other location. they are very unprofessional and don't give a damn about customer service

Our family is so thankful for Moss Motor Company! We were driving to Florida from Illinois during the holiday season and our minivan broke down along the way. We had it towed to the nearest dealership which happened to be Moss. Moss was completely booked for the day but, given the situation, they managed to squeeze us in. They fixed the issue within a few hours, picked us up at our hotel, and got us back on the road safely. I spoke with multiple employees and they were all extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend Moss Motor Company!!

I never had an experience like today,I visited Moss Ford,I was bullied, lie too,try to steal my Truck with a low ball number and sell me their truck with a rattle in the motor,total incredible, the whole time the salesmen couldn't keep the stare off his face at my wife.

Had the best experience working with Tyson Lovelady at Moss Motors. Shopping for a vehicle is stressful, and Tyson and his team at Moss Motors were so nice and easy to work with. Not only was the buying experience simple and easy but having an issue later with our tags and tax fees being from out of state, they went above and beyond to help us out. If anyone ever asks me where to look or buy a vehicle I m sending them to Moss Motors.

Just called to to speak with them about my Ford Truck Got John in service ,Told him I am having problem with my Truck needed to speak with a Mechanic or tech ,He said no one has time to speak with me or make a appointment for my Truck ,So I am now calling another Ford dealer,I guess the one in Chattanooga,way to refuse customers guys,I will never call or bring a car or truck here,I will drive over the mountain just to be treated decent by the folks who want my money ,,sad

The staff and everyone there is friendly and polite, and very good experience when buying last two cars there. But as far servicing your car, that's another story altogether and for that, I give them one star. I made an appointment for my son's car TWO WEEKS in advance to have them check a recall problem and fix the tire pressure sensor. The appointment was for first thing in the morning between 7:00 and 8:00 am. and I emphasized that he works AND goes to school in Chattanooga so he needs the car back the same day. Day of appointment, we drop the car off before 8:00 am. At 4:02 pm I call to see if it's ready and am told that they just started working on it 15 minutes ago and it will probably not be finished today. What the hell are you guys doing!!!? I want to know HOW everyone else got priority when we made this appointment TWO FRIGGING WEEKS in advance for 8:00 in the morning!!!

If you guys can't keep on schedule, you need to at least CALL AND LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW so they can at least reschedule or go somewhere else. This is the third time this has happened and it ticks me off that you guys don't even have the courtesy to let us know how things are going. Keep it up and you'll lose us as customers for sure. I've already switched to Toyota and will never go back to a Ford, and if you don't rectify this problem, I won't recommend you to anyone. It's bad service, period, regardless of how polite and friendly everyone is. When I make an appointment two weeks in advance for first thing in the morning, I expect my car to have first priority ... not to have to call an hour before closing and be told that they just started working on it 15 minutes ago! I'm sorry, but personal is personal, and business is business, and this is something you guys definitely need to fix!
