Just called to to speak with them about my Ford Truck Got John in service ,Told him I am having problem with my Truck needed to speak with a Mechanic or tech ,He said no one has time to speak with me or make a appointment for my Truck ,So I am now calling another Ford dealer,I guess the one in Chattanooga,way to refuse customers guys,I will never call or bring a car or truck here,I will drive over the mountain just to be treated decent by the folks who want my money ,,sad
