I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Transit from Tyson and crew.
Everyone was professional and kind.

I traded in my car to help afford the new vehicle. When the trade-in value wasn't what I expected, they gladly increased the value.
During the financial portion, they didn't attempt to sell me on extra warranties or care programs -- big plus.

I drove the van to New Hampshire to be customized. During my trip, I noticed the roof of the van had a leak from previous work.
I called Tyson, he listened to me, trusted me, and sent a check to account for the fix without my having to drive the van back to Tennessee.
