If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I am in Atlanta and found a used car on Autotrader that was located at Moss Motor Co in TN. The car was exactly what I had been hunting, appeared to be flawless and was offered at a very fair price - certainly was a 'no dealership games' price IF the car was as flawless as the listing described. Keep in mind, I am a picky picky buyer of cars and have *never* bought a car 'sight unseen'...it scares the hell out of me!! I didn't have the schedule flexibility to go see the car, so I called the dealership to find out what my options were in possibly purchasing remotely. Well, I probably should have bought a lottery ticket that day because I was on a LUCKY streak - I was connected with Ben Bumpus in sales and he took AMAZING care of me!! He patiently answered all of my 'out of towner sale process' questions and even offered, "Mr. Williams, I understand your concern and will inspect the car for ANY big/small issues we may have missed on the listing, take it for a test drive as if I'm buying it myself - and I will call you right back in a few minutes". He did. There were no issues. Half a dozen clear/concise emails later, we had a purchase price and finance terms negotiated. No surprises. No games. No BS fees. The next day, my car was delivered and it was EXACTLY as Ben said it would be - flawless!! It was everything I had hoped for on every level: a GREAT car at a GREAT price with the best/easiest buying experience I have ever had!! My future car purchases will START with Moss!!!!! Thanks Y'all!!!
