My F350 lost power while traveling west on I-24 late Thursday afternoon. I found Moss online as closest Ford dealer to my location. Spent night in a local hotel and had truck there at opening on Friday morning. They took my truck right into the shop. Diagnosis and repair was completed quickly and had me back on the road. I highly recommend these folks. Their diesel technician was top shelf. What thought to be a turbocharger replacement ended up being only a blown hose.
