Shepherds pub in Elora has way better wings. Last time we went to mortys our wings were cold and soggy.

The best chicken wings in Waterloo, half-priced with the purchase of a drink on Mondays and Thursdays.

Easy to access (free parking and on main bus route).

Staff are exceedingly polite and upbeat (especially on a Monday!).

Food was great (if a bit on the pricier side $14 for a small 6-piece order of wings). Onion rings were phenomenal. Not too greasy or over friend and the chipotle dip was a great touch. Wings were ample size and a small portion was more than enough for a lunch. I would recommend coming on their wing days for the discounted wings.

Absoultely love the burger, you'd be hard pressed to find a better one in the city. That said service can be problem. Often you'll find youself waiting on drinks and refills.

Good place to chill and have a few wings or a few beers. The dry cajun is great!

Their wings are superb! Big, crunchy and full of taste. Also very expensive. I recommend that you go in their 1/2 price wings night.

My friends like to come here for their wings nights, but I always get the burger -- unlike at many other places, where the burgers taste predominately like the sum of their toppings, at Morty's the patties themselves are usually very flavourful! The burger special on Sundays is definitely worth a try.

Their appetizers and sides, however, generally lack the same level of quality.

Heard a lot about this place. But honestly didn't live up to the expectations. Giving them a 4 star just considering these extraordinary circumstances. Hopefully I can get a chance to visit them when things get better.

A little disappointed, it's been a few years since my last visit, they don't have the jumble wings anymore, the price increased a lot, and the wings were not seasoned well.

Great wings, great wraps (buffalo chicken!!). Fast service even when it's a busy night.

I love this place. They have my favourite wings and the service is always great. The staff is very friendly, considerate and attentive.

Monday wing night! Great wings with a nice crunch and a decent selection of sauces. My wife really enjoyed the feature sauce, a maple BBQ. Like lots of places with a wing special there's a "fee" if you over order and want a doggy bag. It's a $1 charge that is then donated to a local school's breakfast program! Personaly I think that is awesome. The server was attentive and the other staff we interacted with were all great.

The pub offers various offers on weekdays and weekends. It's an Irish pub and is a nice place to hangout to watch a game. Gather Ur friends and grab a beer and enjoy their wings!

Staff was very friendly food was very good but when it came to our bill we noticed that there charges for a 9 oz instead of a 6 and even after proving mathematically that it was only a 6-oz they did nothing for us they ripped us off I would never recommend this place to another person

I came here with my husband not too long ago for the first time. Not a bad wing place to go to when you're craving chicken wings. Would be nice if we could get free refills on soft drinks though.

Their sweet and sour sauce was weak compared to other places we've been to, but the dry Cajun was pretty good.

I m not big into the pub experience but the owners of Morty s take their business very seriously. The food options on their catering menu are excellent.

A simultaneously local and provincial vibe...how is this possible? Because the owner, servers, and even patrons of this fine establishment are constantly pursuing the authentic pub experience. No need for Rick to enjoy the crisp wheat sodas or zesty soup specials! Overall 10/10 would strongly recommend

Decent food that gets the job done at best. The service is unbearably slow during a Sunday night with only two tables of patrons.

Over rated mediocre, not worth it at all. I've been here several times and the only reason I go back is when a friend wants to eat there.

We first came in and the service was subpar.. server didn't seem too happy to be there but is forgivable on a long weekend. Unfortunately the cocktails that came had a watered-down taste... Shots and beer were good, when orders are not forgotten and mixed-up... The wings however were good as always.

Great service terrible burgers tho!!! All i can taste is fillers. No meat flavour at all! Other food is good however worth a go.

When I first came in 2013, the wings were amazing! Then they became average (smaller size and taste) over time but they have gotten much better again when I recently went! Open late every time I'm hungry and when everywhere else seems to be closed.

A nice sports bar with decent staff and interesting TV programs. I stopped by one late afternoon with my father, we ordered Wings, mac and cheese, and salad. It's a nice place, styled like an old American Bar, I would definitely come back again. Well worth a visit if you're in the Kitchener Waterloo area, and want to watch a game with some friends and family.

I came here for my birthday celebration, despite being sober the manager was very rude to me and a few members of my group as we entered the restaurant. He falsely accusing a number of us of being drunk despite sobriety and insisted that one of our friends leave for about 3-4 mins after joking about being underage after his ID was checked. After he realized he crossed the line he let up with no apology and got us a table. I wish that this instance was the only thing that ruined the experience. We were seated in the basement with the temperature so cold a few members required coats due to how frigid it was. The atmosphere down there was poor. I had observed a few places on the main floor (which would have avoided these issues) that were available. One of us ordered chicken fingers and approximately an hour later when the food arrived she was informed that they did not have any, at which point it was too late to order anything else. I thought it was common curtesy to inform the customer when it came to the staffs attention. The food was subpar but not bad On a second encounter of the manager I yet again received a rude response however it was slightly more subdued. The one thing that made the experience bearable was the exceptional service the waiter provided. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with that kind of management. The experience ruined my Birthday and the remainder of the night. It was one of the few opportunities I get to spend quality time with my friends.

Edit: the owner has reached out to me to make amends for the mistakes of this manager. I highly respect this commitment to quality and service.

I really enjoyed my visit to Morty's Pub. The service and food were fantastic. Simran was fantastic, she kept an eye on my glass, asked how my burger was within the first few bites. I definitely felt comfortable and hope to come back soon. I would definitely recommend this place. Great job Morty's!

Service is good, waitresses and hostesses are usually really friendly. Can be a long wait during dinner rush and especially on Thursday half price wings. Quality and quantity are comparable to other wings places in the area. Outdoor seating is available during the summer.

Chicken wings have a medium taste but are big. It is okay to eat them at a discount.

Mortys was once my favourtie place to go for wings. Decent price and good wings, but now the prices are through the roof & the quality of their wings has gone way down. I'm sad to see that happen to a place that was once my go to place for wings.

Morty's has the best wings in town, no question there. BIG, crunchy, juicy wings....

I was rejected service because nobody in our group was white. This kind of discrimination would be seen 30+ years ago.. DO NOT go to Morty's unless you're white you will not be served by those racist pigs
