Love Morrisons - always a good range at a good price

Would give zero star, but the system will not allow me to give a review otherwise. Went to the fish monger at 13.45 10th Sept 2018 and requested that the sardines were de-scaled, which i have had done in the past at Bradford Victoria, but on this occasion the young male through a strop and said very abruptly that these cannot be de-scaled just because he is lazy and does not want to do his job, which resulted in me NOT BUYING the fish. The male was quite happy with my reaction as he did not have to do any work. I am very disappointed with this incompetent service.

Always a good place to go have been shopping here for over 20 years

Easy to navigate. Helpful staff.well stocked and wide choices.

Customer service was terrible. Items on the shelfs wasn't in the correct place for the prices so had to spend ages looking for the actually price!

Social distancing was a joke people jumping the queue at the checkouts staff not doing anything about it. Low stock levels. Compete waste of time going better at Aldi or Lidl.

We went into the cafe and was served by Sharon, who gave excellent customer service.

Always good to shop at Morrisons, clean place, pleasant staff

I always go to the hot chicken counter as its so tasty and amazing value!!!

Bit old fashioned. Seem to be out of a few things regularly. But as supermarkets go. It's okay

This is a huge Morrisons and has everything you could possibly want from a supermarket

Love the delivery service as well as in store shopping

The smell today was atrocious.. you know them tin toilet smells..ergh

Excellent fish and meat counters, if you don't mind waiting around for a member of staff to appear, as there is no means of summoning someone to serve you. Too few people employed and managers redeploy those with real expertise to other duties.
Good deli, excellent pizzas made to order, but why no salami?

Good store ,indoor cafe ,locksmith, cardfactory ,laundry ,pharmacie ,photo shop ,handbag shop ,party shop ,clothes shop ,toilets .

Would be alot better if the self service machines worked properly

I used to shop almost exclusively at Morrisons but in recent years it's gone right down hill. They very often don't have what I require and when they do they're charging over the odds. I now mainly go to Tesco and only come to Morrisons if I really, really have to. My local branch receives parcels for me from Amazon, which is useful... Except most recently NONE of the staff knew how to operate the equipment so I was kept waiting. Hopeless!

It has a post box and a nice cafe as well as good products on display.

Asian Cashiers are very moody and rude people they don't even say hello or thanks little bit disappointed other than that all OK

Very astonishing! The prices are cheap and you can buy your clothes from here too. DVD a and Games are sold here. Basically everything you need for home. Canned food comes at a reasonable price and you can find toiletries and other amazing tissues brands and stuff!

Very convenient. Atmosphere uncomfortably busy yet not the biggest of Morrisons. unfortunatly produce below standard & clothing area caters for certain minority. Car park astronomical with other within the vicinity shops including a large "The Range" superstore. Morrisons also has large petrol station, car wash x2

Went to get medication from the pharmacy for my little one, good service.

It was nice to go to Morrisons today and get a lovely greeting by a guy called Chris! He basically explained what this store offers and if help was needed on any products or prices then don't hesitate to ask...
It's a great place to do your shopping. Produce is fresh and always well stocked. I got everything under one roof, including the dry cleaning...

Busy and had a wide range of different groceries including sweets and other stuff

Got a lot more variety than asda but limited to choice prices have come down a little

Today way a nightmare at morrisons. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Not a single member of staff around the store to help. Took me 10 minutes to go around the whole store looking for staff and when i finally found someone she was not very helpful and she directed me to the wrong section. I went to look for her again and could not spot her anywhere. Lady at the customer service was so in love with herself, she couldn't stop fluttering her eyelashes. After that went to Asda and would you believe that there were staff all over the store. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and caring and they were not rude at all. However in Morrisons there is not a single member of staff who is friendly. Morrison's have become so unprofessional in their approach to customers. I felt the warmth in Asda however in morrisons it's not so welcoming. A massive difference between the two stores. I rang the manager to complain about an incident with a member of staff which took me 3 hours toget through, and the response i got was "I can't do anything about it". So basically it's okay for staff to be rude and there is nothing that can be done by the 'manager'. Absolutely disgusted. Never to go to Morrisons ever again. Wanted to give 0 rating but wouldn't allow..

Big store, has everything from flowers to diapers to bread to frozen pizza. I was looking for quinoa here but they don't sell it which is unfortunate. There are also other shops in the building such as a card factory and a cafe, along with a few others.

Love this morrisons always have pretty much everything

Handy for all groceries etc. Cafe is cheap and cheerful with nice coffee and sandwiches.

This my old shopping center I faund very easy every thing is under one roof

I have to say that the customer service in the store is fabulous since the lock down measures have been in place I find the system they have in place is excellent i dont feel anxious at all when doing my shopping just want to say thank you so much morrisons at girlington

Poorly lit road access as it's not well illuminated especially with pedestrian movement. Some staff are indifferent to show any effort to assist you and seem interested in chatting amongst themselves.
I went to the store for tumeric, an Asian cooking essential but none in stock yet overstocked with other spices. Stock on shelves are haphazard.
A tedious shopping experience.

Great idea of bombay bites and also clothing lines . Loved the cakes that can be made for various occasions and the service was excellent

Worst customer service ever even the manager was so so rude. And this is the girlington branch am talking about. Cba explaing but staff are rude

2 separate ques to allow basket and trolly shoppers into the store are way to close together and you are stuck queuing within a meter of several people... but well done for finally figuring out you should have people entering and exiting through different doors

Been really disappointed today.. Doing my shifts for Morrison s food factory from 5 pm till 2 am and don t have a chance to get my shopping done because the time for key workers to get in the shop without a queue is from 7pm till 8pm. Just finished my shift and thought they will let me in the shop without a queue as a key worker because I do not have any other time to get my shopping done because of the massive queue and after the shift I m too tired to wait in the long queue. Been told off and sent to the long queue. Working seven days per week on this difficult time because of the shortage of the staff. Thanks for the support for Morrison s staff.

Not a bad store though to many vharities asking for money

The Self Service Staff Were Disrespectful And Utterly Useless. Need More Training Urgently. Some Of Them Do Not Wear Face Masks And Proceed To Stand Next To You Which Is Against COVID 19 Guidelines. Although It Did Have Essentials I Was Looking For
