Good place for shopping the only thing is they kept the washing machine powders besides the foods which are not allowed or acceptable

Regina who is a cashier at morrisons Ingleby road is the most helpful, always has a smile on her face and is a delight to talk to. I always look for to be served.

Customer service here is appalling! Staff are un-helpfull, rude, brusque and wouldn't know a smile if it slapped them in the face!

It's Morrisons no questions asked ... Always quality food

Visited today and not impressed at the checkout was not able to redeem my five pound voucher as I did not have my more card on me did not check my receipt untill I got home charged full price for items on offer finally purchased two steak and ale pies from fresh counter only to find the filling was mainly sliced potatoes and gravy steak was very thin on the ground as I live in an area with a large choice of supermarkets will be taking my custom elsewhere sure they will be happy to receive the hundred and twenty pound I spent today

Used cafe which was clean. Wife bought some items from store.

All you need in one shop and great for free from wheat and dairy.

Don't like shopping l go to keep the wife happy. She has shopped at Morrisons all our married years 56 years.

Very good bought a lovely apple for a pound great value.

Not to bad staff seem to be a little bit rude towards wanting to assist you when you ask them for things as they walk past you and a few little areas of the store need cleaning a little bit more

A great place to do your shopping. They have a variety of things. Many other shops within the market. They have a clothes section too.

Nice to know where stuff is but as usual very poor selection of gluten free products especially warburtons white sliced loaf just got the last two small ones.

I like it, it's a good place to shop when you need to get things to eat and it has things that can help you cook and they gave a lot of ready made food too that you can eat when you are in a rush to get somewhere.

Shopping was good but to be told that staff shortages was very bad when in cafeteria that sandwiches was not up to scratch poor standard very dry also not many out and told no-one could make any more this was at Burlington branch bad bad

The staff are very slow and not motivated . I think I'm used to aldi's fast paced staff though

New look Morrisons looks fantastic! The layout means it's really easy to navigate around and they've really improved their overall shopping experience. They now have a special clothes section with 'Bombay stores' branding (and more) and More

40 minute waiting time for food in the cafe. No pre warning of this. Then to be told that some of the meal wasn't available..... no refund offered or even a free cuppa. Staff didn't even apologise. Very poor service

My favourite supermarket but yet again needs to work on their prices

Nice updated and revamped version of Morrisons very clean and well-kept. Definately my go to for a weekly grocery shop!

Had an English breakfast
Not nice at all
Sausage was deep fried and overcooked, as was the hash brown,toast was served with no butter ,and the tea tasted stewed even though I had just put the hot water in the teapot myself ,I think the problem lies with the teapots themselves ,as they are terribly stained ,and look like they have never been destained
Morrisons you need to address the problems ,there was a full restaurant ,with not enough staff to serve them and we waited half n hour for our food, staff very polite and friendly who served us , except for another lady who replied ,when asked if they was any fresh milk ,no you'll have to pay extra for it if you want it for your tea ! Also the table had left over food on from previous customers .

There's a car park (free), petrol station close by, pharmacy inside the Morrison's, clothing, baby food/essentials, halaal products and more.

Absolute junk it wasn t very modern and the toilets had NO SOAP!!!!!

Its a 5 from me at any point. I called up and explained a family who i worked with could not afford Christmas this year. They provided everything in the most respectful way - you changed lives this Christmas, be proud x

A very horrible store everything is crammed up next to each other but with this place they are trying to look like a Tesco's but it doesn't work in such a small store and the floors always look dirty

Ordered all day breakfast
1st had to wait least 30mins delay for food
2nd bacon came out cold
3rd fried bread was over fried and shriveled up
4th when complained about cold food n over fried bread, they just microwaved my food

Amazing service. Always has everything you need and everything is fresh.

This shop is messy compared to some Morrisons, but the worst thing about this place is that it nearly always over charges me.
I spend more time at the customer service trying to correct the over-charge than I do shopping. If it wasn't for the fact that it is the closest supermarket to me, I would NEVER go.
They must make thousands of pounds a day by ripping customer off, intensionally or not, it is very poor service.

Morrisons are handling the social distancing protocol very well. Not waiting alot, staff on hand to help direct people.

This place is going down hill, shelves are not being restocked, very disappointing.

I am regular customer of Morrisons and I am big fan of it. Their fresh produce is un beatable. Asda fresh produce is rubbish tesco is better.
I always prefer to use Morrisons instead of asda.
Staff is good their bakery is good and specially their fresh cream cake section is wonderful. 5 stars for Morrisons.

There is all what we need for home..just vegitables and the make up from china

Terrible. Cleaner came out of toilet as I went in and signed the cleaning sheet - toilet paper all over the floor and NONE in the cubicle! All tills including self service were closed despite customers waiting. Staff chatting to each other about their Saturday nights antics. Disgraceful.

Went in the cafe and waited 30mins for toasted sandwich it was nice when it finally arrived not Worth the wait

Not enough tills open. Shelves not well stacked and many price labels missing.

Putting prices up faster than traffic going past it.

went in knowing what I wanted, got, paid and left....very simple and straight forward.

Generally good value for money. Has a good range of products. Unfortunately today the shelves were not well stocked.

Cafe is gross the plates were mucky the cutlery was filthy and the tables were caked in food.

Good food store, the cafe needs more staff the tables are quite often dirty slow service always seem to get the order wrong, but do change it.

i had bought a microwave from here for 50
$ and i took it to the till and realised i left my child in isle 14 so i ran back and a morrison man was dancing in front of him and when he saw me he took off his green shirt and yelled aaaaaaa and pushed over my 6 year old son

Good...wanted the ready to eat mangoes but they were hard, bought them coz they are delicious when they do ripen, got a few bargains and the pharmacy was quick and helpful today

Supermarket with lots of parking good choice of product, has a cafe and fuel outlet.

Very busy supermarket plenty of parking and petrol station on grounds.

Very poor tonight.
No staff were on station to help on bakery or butcher's depts.
Management left the shopfloor when I started asking awkward questions and just left a young supervisor to try and answer my questions.
Morrisons is going downhill quickly.
RIP Ken Morrison.
