Morrison's is always an excellent store with loads of variety.

Got everything but would appreciate if you could add some philippine snacks and condiments. As I have seen influx of Philippine community in bradford.

What a mess!! Product all over the place, literally looked like the aftermath of a 10p jumble sale without the low prices. Obviously nobody could be bothered today tidying or restocking, lots of missing items. Total shambles. Now have to visit Asda for the missing items on my list. Will be going there direct next time.

Standards are slipping at this store, it seems some of the staff just can't be bothered to help their customers and there are many others that think the same! You should always check your receipt as there have been many occasions when I have been charged full price for items that are meant to be on offer.

Very busy today. Worse than Christmas, but plenty of stock for those who were panic buying.

Morrisons Cafe was disgusting plate was full of grease.

Plenty of Customer parking quality of customer parking atrocious. On the yellow lines even though plenty of spaces. Taxis zooming into place right outside door. 10.00am Friday morning.
Hate to go at busy time.

Quick visit to get a few bits but no1 offered to help when a few saw me struggle with my crutches

Again hate self service tills I didn't want to be a check out girl. By the time you taken all the staff away and they are on benefits who's going to buy your goods

Get in,get all your shopping,decide to have a cuppa,queue very,very busy,took ages,no teaspoons,no serviettes,table dirty,not enough staff.Shocking

Love to shop here, good quality food and it is cheap but other stores like aldi are cheaper but Morrisons has better quality food.

My favourite food store! As it's in a town with many different nationalities, the variety of food and other products is big!

There is still a lot of empty shelves in your store even when you go in early,at plus there are a lot of products that have not got prices on if this carries on I am afraid I will be shopping elsewhere. Rating is a3.

What a place. I have never been to such a place. There is milk without cows. Fruit without trees. Fish without an ocean. There are eggs without chickens. All this was bearable, but when I was met with tills without people and just automated machines instructing me what to do. Well then my heart hurt.
The same is at the banks doctors surgery and even the school.
Where is humanity going wrong.
Has profit started to come before humanity?

The store is really badly laid out, more like an indoor market than a supermarket. I went at 2pm Sunday afternoon, there was hardly any fresh bread, I spent 10 minutes trying to find fresh garlic in a ridiculously badly laid out fresh produce area. I've been going here since the very first supermarket in the 1970s, this is such a huge disappointment, I am genuinely sad

want for a breakfast. the sausage we over cooked as though they had been reheated several times. toast is only toasted on 1 side. no choice of tomatoes. and expensive

I love shopping here.. fresh fruits, fish, halal meat, love the offers. And good service

Illingworth morrisons . Girlington was filthy and smelt . No veg .meat was disgusting

Called in at the right time, they had reduced lots of beef joints, I mean really reduced.

I always shop at Morrison's. I like the store. It is close and convenient. There are 2 problems though. They often run out of items I am looking for. I couldn't buy large cartons of skimmed milk last time I shipped. Also some Morrison's brands seem to be of very variable quality. I bought a whole peppercorn mustard recently that was like the hottest English mustard.

It's reasonably big, with a decent range of food. Like with all Morrisons, the layout makes no sense.

Have just been to the Girlington branch and was pleasantly surprised I normally shop at the Mayo Ave store and the amount of empty shelves is ridiculous but the Girlington branch doesn't have empty shelves and it's a much better shopping experience

Got everything I needed without any hassle. How shopping should be.

This is my local Morrison s and is always very clean and the staff are very professional. During the lockdown they had strict guidelines and I felt very safe shopping here.

Terrible empty shelves people just walking out with whatever they wanted no staff!

Excellent customer service amazing range of products, always find what I m after, on the rare occasion I don t staff members are so helpful, definitely worth a visit.

Does what it says on the superstore tin! Lots of choice - great prices. Edited in Sept 18 to say thank you for keeping my lost glasses safe today. Resolved with a phone call and helpful staff.

Terrible customer service. No wonder Morrisons are going down. Better off going to Aldi or Tescos where they value their customers.

Convenient but prices are a bit on the high side. Not a large supermarket but good parking.

I parked my van and I went shopping with my wife on December 24, 2019 and when we went out they had stolen everything in my van, we went to security and told us that the cameras are aimed only in the supermarket, but that supermarket and this that not to safety on the parking lot, however, but before you park, read carefully because you can not stay no more than 3 hours, they make you a fine and that you have to pay, then who pays me for my damages that
done to me? , I want an answer from morisons, thanks
