After days and countless hours of researching cars...

After days and countless hours of researching cars to purchase my first one, I couldn t pass up the deal for the 2020 Buick Encore Preferred AWD at Morris! I knew what I wanted when I walked in and gave a stock number to test drive to salesman Ed Schurdell. Really liked it, then test drove the new Encore GX but wasn t practical for my first car. I was really looking for something specific and since the car I looked at didn t have the remote start, Ed took out a book on all of the inventory that checked all, if not, most of my boxes and gave me three options. In the end, I chose the car I test drove first and added the one feature that it was missing. Requested a quote and was given a high rate that wasn t ideal for my first car loan. Ed gave my dad and I the privacy and patience that we desperately needed to help me make my decision and Ed went above and beyond to do what he could to get the quote down to where I needed it to be. Although it was 3 months more of a loan that I wanted, If that rate didn t change I would ve walked out without that car. We were there for awhile AND after hours so Ed let me take the car home and bring it back the next day to file the paperwork and talk finance with Scott (who also great!). I caught a tax rate error on my paperwork and he fixed it right then and there! Thank you Morris Buick for having such a friendly, informative, and PATIENT team. Ed was great and so was my experience! I love my new car and I will definitely be back in a few years for car #2.
