The last service was an oil change. Not much to mention on however, I ve taken my car to Moritz Chevrolet several times mentioning that every time it says it s -40 outside my AC stops working. I finally researched what could cause this. Supposedly it is the outdoor temperature sensor. Amazingly I now know what the temp outside is and so far so good. This on the heels of being told I had to replace the AC coil which was over $600 on repair. The part I bought was $40.

Bought a used car from Moritz Chevrolet February of last year. Had only 17,000 miles on the car yet was talked into getting an extended warranty on it. After going home and with much consideration I decided I didn't want the warranty. I called and talked to the finance manager and told him I changed my mind on the extended warranty. He said there was no way to cancel it. A year after buying the car I decided to get my car refinanced. After talking to the gentleman and telling him about the extended warranty I had and was told I couldn't get it canceled right after purchasing the car he said it wasn't true I could have gotten out of it then. So I paid on an extended warranty that I didn't need for over a year and now find out I only get half of the $5000 contract. Of all the cars I've purchased through my life this was the worst experience I've ever had! If I don't get satisfaction I'll have no choice but to hire an attorney.

Amazing service. Couldn't be happier. When one dealership tried to charge me more they took care of me with my warranty deductible. When they knew I needed my car on Monday to work they made sure it was done on Saturday. Very nice people very professional much appreciated

I went in for warranty service and it took a little longer than expected but they also needed to order parts to complete some repairs later and are supposed to call me when the parts arrive.... two months and no call, so i suppose that I will call them instead

If your in the market for a car and looking at Moritz, they are a good choice. I'd personally recommend the salesman EJ White. We were able to coordinate the whole deal on my 2018 Camaro and my trade through email and text (which was very convenient and helpful). When arriving at the dealer, the car was as expected, the deal was as expected and the whole process from test drive to final paper work was done in about an hour! And since I had a 3 hour trip back home, the quickness was greatly appreciated. An overall great experience!!

I bought a new car from Moritz recently and I am completely satisfied with my experience with their staff. I worked with Tony Gutierrez from sales. He was very honest, up front and accommodating through out the whole process. I never felt like I was being pressured or misled into a purchase, which was important to me. Initially, there was a mix up with which features were on the specific car that I was purchasing, but the response by Tony to make things right, went above and beyond what I would have expected. I got exactly the features that I wanted (and more) for the price that we initially agreed at. Nate Chick from from finance was also very helpful and friendly.

I worked with Jesse Cerda, and he had the most outstanding customer service I have ever had at a car dealership. He was able to get me into a brand new 2016 Chevy Malibu!! I could not be more pleased with the purchase of the vehicle, as well as the over all service and kindness I was given there. D J Garner is why we love Moritz! He went above and beyond in working with my husband to get him the truck he wanted. Another dealership told us the color and options he wanted wasn't available anywhere unless he ordered it. DJ not only found it, but made a deal to get it and did just that. Cal was great. I have always been told to buy my cars from Moritz and they blew it out of the water. Not only the fact that Cal was always available but it was a Saturday! I've never bought a car or truck inside of 3 hours but Moritz made it happen.

Jamie did a very good job at keeping his word in getting our vehicle taken care of after I was hit. The looks amazing and you cant even tell anything happened. There was also a recall issue and I had only asked if possible if it could be taken care of at the same time rather than be without a vehicle again later on. He got it done! Thanks so much!

Like most folks, I was skeptical about coming to a dealership and having to find a vehicle I liked, negotiate an acceptable price, and finish the deal without going through all the jumps and hurdles. E.J. had the truck I was looking into ready to test drive. We came to terms on a price within minutes, and I was out of there within a half hour. No pushy salesmen, no BS. Just a fair price, committed dealership to their customers, and driving away with a full tank and a smile on my face. Great Dealership, I d deal with them again.

They never answer the phone. And when they do she sounds so bored and slow over the phone and hangs up when trying to transfer over. They need to train their receptionist on how to properly answer phones instead of having slow responsive sloths!!

Very upset with Moritz service dept. I had some work done to my car totaling $1820. The job was done and I asked if they can wash my car so they did and said they wouldn't charge me for the wash but after I paid for the service I noticed that there was a charge for the car wash.Good service but you have to watch the charges on you receipt

Don't like the service I'm i'm a customer of Marie I've purchased two cars one December and one in September one was for my son who is having car problems and have a problem since day one engine light came on on the second day that was fixed and look that now you have another problem seems like their mechanical or electric problems we call over and over , currently my son's windshield wipers are not working we do have a lot of rain storms here in Texas . would be really sad if he had a car accident because he couldn't see the road also a seatbelt light keeps coming on even though the seatbelt is on , and there's no other passengers in the car now when we brought this car we knew that we were being set up but we thought it was in a good way . I purchased a car 2015. I paid for it right out right there on the spot, my sons car leasing $5000 i've called today to ask Kai for the Carfax the information about the car that we purchase it's a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix the miles on it was already out rages my son is 22 so he wasn't really looking at all of those things which I kept trying to get him to buy a car from his place of work which is in a prize which I bought a car from them and try to dig into Moritz I love that car give me no problems the service was great they delivered it to my home full of gas and cleaned out when I discovered a problem with that car due to it being a rental day took care of it right there and as you know Enterprise sale cars ,and rent them they don't fix them ,and have a service department like Moritz ,and Service also they do bodywork paint ,they have full detail for cars for them to be a bigger corporation in the car industry for sales , look like you would want to keep the customers happy and coming back , we all want good things said about where we work , and how we treat out customers got good reviews if I could I would give u no stars . In a whole as a company . I do home health care if I was your health care aid you would want me to listen to your needs and take care of you I'm sure . well people need to remember whatever seeds you sew you might reap as you ,people say Karma is a mother

First time to use this dealership. Will be the only one I will use from now on thanks to Robert Sanders. He took care of everything. I live 4 hrs north and he had everything done when I walked in the door. Took about 45 min and I was out the door in my new Tahoe. Excellent experience with Mr. Sanders. I assume with the quick drop in our temps, is why one of my tires went low and it triggered the sensor light in my new car. I wasn t sure if I had a nail in a tire, so I came in to get it checked. Being that the car is in my husband s name first AND in my name, I was told by one of the service guys that if my name is not on the service warranty, that i could not use the warranty, only my husband could to service my car! He told me he did not have access to the paperwork to check to see if i was on there and to check my file when i got home. I did just that, and i was a little put out, since i paid for the car, not my husband, but we are married and both signed the sales agreement and warranty, so therefore, we both should be honored on the service warranty! It was less than desirable when one of the men stated that it was because he was the man as to why my name was not on there! ...?? Hello, 21st century!! Seemed a little discriminating and antiquated to me, and somehow HE took offense that I didn t agree, since i paid for the car with my own hard earned money, it i honor my husband to use it and have access to the warranty i paid for. My special needs son does not need to be around anyone angry or raising their voice. I am abrupt with anyone comprising his peace of mind and that I will continue to respond this way when others are not considering his well being by controlling their tone of voice. Not professional, but we are all human and should have compassion for helping others, especially in a service center . We will continue to have our car serviced there, but not in the Crystler service center. Thank you for sending me this link and asking for my experience. I would not have let this experience by known otherwise.

No there is no mistake, I will rate zero stars for the service department for the way I was treated last night by the late night service writer, and for the way that my truck was not fixed. I received a call and was assured that it was ready for pickup, that it had been test driven and the problem was resolved. So, my wife and I both leave work early to pickup before they close, we pay what we owe, and drive home in my truck that is running worse now than before...you can imagine my frustration at this point...so I take it right back only to be met with a very rude service writer with an attitude, who I should add is very lucky I don't put his first and last name here, This guy saw I was upset about the situation then proceeded to attempt to argue with me...A CUSTOMER... after a little back and forth I finally told him I was done and don't call me till the truck is fixed. Moritz, why would you turn loose a vehicle to a customer running worse than before, what ever your method of test driving is used needs to improve...while waiting for this guy to talk to me I was listening to him deal with a customer who was dealing with my same situation...vehicle fixed by you then having to call back about a worse problem. I'd like to add that this service writer needs to be talked to about how he deals with unhappy customers, I've been a service writer so I know the job and I also know no matter what the situation you never argue with a customer. Zero stars!

took car in on sat, car sat till tue before looked at. didnt have part so it was on backorder. no eta, few days or weeks he says. guy goes on vac and we have to call repeatedly leaving messages to see if part in or what aftr a week. part was in but wasnt told till i called back aftr no retrn calls finally got car fixed . not satisfied with this kind of service

Marty did a great job at making sure what I needed to have done to my truck was done properly. However, I got an anlignment done, in addition to a few other things, because it seemed like my truck was slightly pulling to the left. After the alignment was done it still pulled the left a little bit. So, I took it back again and it still pulls a little bit now. I m not sure if it is me or if it s actually the truck. Other that that, I appreciate the service.

Would have given them negative stars. Have been taking my wife's car there for four years and I need a check engine light addressed and they tell me it will take them two days to look at it. I think oh okay they have a long line no problem. So I ask for a loaner, they say sorry we only give those out to certain customers. What the heck?! Never again. I will take my business elsewhere.

From navigating their website, to the 1st phone call Courtney was helpful, patient, got all of my questions answered and got in my request right away, w/out pressure. Courtney set me up w/ Jesse Cerda. Jesse was extremely present to work with. Polite, no pressure, listened to all of our wants and needs and got us exactly what we wanted. Jesse went above and beyond. I had visited several other dealerships before driving over an hour to Moritz Chevorlet and I'm so glad I did. Best Car purchase experience we've ever had. I also took note to their very clean office and dealership space. They have lots of inventory and you can most defiantly tell, they take pride in their work/workspace and take care of their clients.

I needed air in my right front tire before going to work. What I did not know was that my right headlight was out. The shop had me out the door by 7:45 am. I made it to school safety on that horrible rainy day thanks to the Moritz shop. I recommend them highly!
