No there is no mistake, I will rate zero stars for the service department for the way I was treated last night by the late night service writer, and for the way that my truck was not fixed. I received a call and was assured that it was ready for pickup, that it had been test driven and the problem was resolved. So, my wife and I both leave work early to pickup before they close, we pay what we owe, and drive home in my truck that is running worse now than before...you can imagine my frustration at this point...so I take it right back only to be met with a very rude service writer with an attitude, who I should add is very lucky I don't put his first and last name here, This guy saw I was upset about the situation then proceeded to attempt to argue with me...A CUSTOMER... after a little back and forth I finally told him I was done and don't call me till the truck is fixed. Moritz, why would you turn loose a vehicle to a customer running worse than before, what ever your method of test driving is used needs to improve...while waiting for this guy to talk to me I was listening to him deal with a customer who was dealing with my same situation...vehicle fixed by you then having to call back about a worse problem. I'd like to add that this service writer needs to be talked to about how he deals with unhappy customers, I've been a service writer so I know the job and I also know no matter what the situation you never argue with a customer. Zero stars!
