Last year we bought a Ford vehicle from this location and from what I am now learning, it seems unusual that Moritz sells Ford vehicles because along with the vehicle we also purchased a warranty. Well, I can tell you that the sale went smoothly but 10 months later I need to place a warranty claim and its like pulling teeth. I've been trying to initiate a warranty claim for a week now and still no dice. The service department tells me that Ford equipment is not available to diagnose and repair the vehicle and Ford dealerships tell me that Moritz has to repair the vehicle; a classic round-a-round. I'm at the end of my rope and very frustrated.

I came in for a battery, oil change and state inspection. The installer did not do the state inspection until after replacing the battery. This was not a good idea because when the battery was replaced, the vehicle's computer had to be reset. The truck had to be driven for a certain number of miles before the computer would reset. And the reset had to happen before the state inspection could be done or it would not pass.
But, the installer did the state inspection anyway and it failed because the vehicle had not been driven long enough, meaning I now have to come back for a second trip just to have the inspection done. And, I was charged for the inspection meaning I have to come back to y'all to get it done or I'll be out the $25 fee for the inspection.
The installer should have known that removing a battery would cause the computer to reset, preventing a successful inspection, and therefore should have known to do the inspection first. This error in his work has inconvenienced me by making me come back for something that should have been taken care of in one visit.
This is poor service and nothing was done or offered to compensate me for this inconveneince.

Currently, I'm irritated by Moritz Service. I mad...

Currently, I'm irritated by Moritz Service. I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 7:30. I arrived there early and waited for the garage bay doors to open. But after speaking to them about the issue, they told me that they didn't have a front-end guy today to look at it. Ok I get it, it's a specialized service shop and it's Saturday. But it would be nice if someone had told me ahead of time. I googled the issue we're having and from what I can tell, it's not a hard fix. But since we just purchased our Traverse from Moritz a month ago and it only has 1500 miles on it, I'm not going to spend the time to fix the problem myself.

I was told to reschedule for Monday service, but when I arrived at home and called, NO one answered! Great.

Thanks Moritz. I'm starting to regret buying a Traverse and going to you for service.
