The view from the balcony of the rooms is wonderful!

How they get 4 stars is a secret to me! Room was not really clean (black hair in the sink), no bathrobe in the rooms let alone decent soap. Even funnier is that there was no toilet brush ... Does the management believe that in a 4 star hotel no human needs are necessary? Furthermore, you could hear every noise from the neighbors, as the rooms were only separated by a glued wooden sliding wall (keyword youth hostel). Then spa is advertised, but you don't have a bathrobe or matching towels in the room. The great thing is that you need a bathing cap in the pool, which you could have written by email before starting the trip. These can then be bought at the reception for an additional charge of 4 per person. For breakfast: was ok, but nothing more, the coffee came from a machine that you normally only find in the student cafeteria and tasted like that. Although I drank better during my studies! I paid a total of 80 per night, which in my opinion is an unrivaled insolence.

It allows a good rest in the family and is well framed in nature. Expensive meals for quantity and quality. Indoor pool should have hotter water. They need more sympathy and willingness to help with the reception. But overall I recommend it and it's worth it

The surrounding area to the hotel is very beautiful, pleasant to walk around, either on foot or by car. The living room is cozy. The rooms are spacious, well clean but, however, are in need of refurbishment. Breakfast falls short for a 4 * hotel. Wi-Fi very weak. The location of the spa very dimly lit, the pool just did not turn on the lights (even asking at the front desk), which at this time of year at 5pm and little is already nighttime, makes the person swimming or going against the pool walls or against the other guests.

New Year's Eve 2018/2019, the beginning of the night quite suffering with little rissois entries and croquettes and little more, I asked for a Gin and they did not have !!!
Beginning of the Dinner to begin well to serve soup to the boys and dinner for them without having to ask, but after an hour of being seated the table we only had water in the glass. And when I asked them to serve me a glass of wine, the manager was rude and aggressive, telling me to keep calm that the wine was only served after the entrees !!!

The hotel is spectacular and has a modern decor. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice and calm. It has a very varied and very tasty breakfast. I recommend to 200%

Cleaning of the four left a lot to be desired ... it was not vacuumed, dead mosquitoes stuck to the walls, dust everywhere and a broken fridge with a bad musty smell.
Despite the many complaints, everything remained the same.
The reservation was made for 2 adults and a child (we pay 24 extra for the 8 year old child). It was necessary to complain twice to put the extra bed. It was placed only at 19: 30h.
Common spaces with poor hygiene and crowded hotel ... lack of conditions at this time of covid19.

For 4 star hotel it could be better. However it is in a very beautiful place and great for rest.

Restaurant service, very weak. Staff lacking experience. Summing up I do not advise anyone to have dinner at the hotel. You do not understand how to close the spa, do not have the massage service available to guests on a long weekend. It's just a shame.

Nice hotel with good facilities, friendly staff and good breakfast. It needed more maintenance of some spaces, namely the indoor pool. The TV could be cable, which would allow channels with better quality and in Portuguese. The fact that the indoor pool is on the same floor as the front desk leaves a chlorine smell in the lobby.

Beautiful setting, very welcoming and the rooms are large. It has indoor swimming pool and Spa, massage services, bar and games area. Outside there are plenty of activities, such as mini golf. Breakfast is very good. I recommend
