The Spa is good,
The rooms could have the best quality mattresses.
However, the lack of cleanliness in the rooms is clearly noted throughout the hotel.
The dining room has dirty tables and chairs, customers clean them.
The Staff is very weak!

- right after Check-in, I entered the room and immediately called the reception (there I managed to find the number (trial and error) as it is not mentioned anywhere).
I informed him that my room had an unbearable tobacco smell, they indicated that someone in charge would come to my room to check. I waited another hour, nobody came, I went to the pool, nobody wanted to know about it!
They just ignored ...

However, I asked to check out after the hour because I had a conference, they didn't raise any obstacles.

An excellent reception, calm and well integrated in the environment

Post: Wooden walkways so close, with the River Minho right there and the surrounding area of nature. Two very friendly and attentive staff, one of whom is a boy with glasses and a brunette girl in the restaurant ... an older employee questioned the request for napkins ... for those who have children and babies know that one does not arrive such an incomprehensible attitude. Good swimming pool, with division for children. Very comfortable and large beds just like the bedroom! Top gourmet dinner!
Cons: Cold ambient temperature somewhat exaggerated in the common parts (air conditioning), a floor cover that was always popping up in the restaurant / breakfast part, dim light in the bathroom (you can't shave), the view from the Hotel could be better, the trees hide the view to the river Minho. Billiards owing years to a new one, although it is free is in poor condition. Coffee price somewhat exaggerated. Some fun is missing at night, but understandable because of Covid.

Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The restaurant is very good and following the boss's suggestion for the day, is not extraordinarily expensive. Just need to improve the spa part.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this hotel. In July I booked 2 nights and a dinner, through the odyssey package. Celebrate my 25 years of marriage. On the day my mother had a stroke and I was unable to go. We sent an email asking for a rescheduling of the stay and we were refused. We contacted the odyssey who sent us an email saying that the hotel was not authorized and with everything already paid for. It is unfortunate what happened, I did not ask for reimbursement, only rescheduling due to the reason being illness. So be very careful, no advance payments

Fascinating place with a unique view of the mountains, relaxing massages. Although we have not fully enjoyed the spa, due to the pandemic, I believe that on a next visit it will be a destination to choose. It should be noted that all security conditions are ensured.

I loved the hotel, the room was spacious, comfortable and had a terrace with beautiful views. I also liked the restaurant, elaborate dishes and very good value for money. It has an entertainment area with sofas, fireplace, pool table, bar ... but for me the best is the surroundings, a beautiful forest, hiking trails, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting a few days. As a negative point I will say that the entire pool area was under construction and we could not enjoy it, it was very hot and as an alternative they opened the spa to the garden and we could use it to cool off and sunbathe. I would definitely repeat.

Reception staff needs to be worked hard in order to be more polite to the customer, they are fast and efficient, however they lack a little sympathy. Pleasant breakfast, although, due to the situation we live in, they have a person to serve, which makes it a long time in line to have breakfast. Spectacular pool bar staff. However, the umbrellas at the pool were not securely attached, there was even a situation in which my boyfriend took one with his arm, which came loose (due to the wind) and would fall on us, if he did not put his arm around o "try to insure" (earned him a 3-day black). In addition, it is regrettable that at 9am there were no sun loungers available by the pool, since before breakfast most of them were already reserved. This is because the number of sunbeds and umbrellas is low, for a hotel that was completely full. Despite all this, the peace of the place deserves 4 stars. Not to mention that at night the sky is wonderful. It is impossible not to spend an hour at night on the balcony watching the starry sky.

Simply spectacular! From cleaning to breakfast to repeat without a doubt. The only drawback is not quite a problem of the hotel, but of the people, not being careful to slam the doors of the rooms and in the morning is a shame.

I liked the environment with many flaws in the room: there is no toilet seat or garbage bin as to the conditions for covid 19 I think they make it a lot easier and will have to review.

The hotel is great, has a nice spa, great breakfast, but I would not advise half board, dinner and very weak.

Excellent framing in the landscape. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very nice pool. What was not positive was having opened up the football team that stayed in single rooms and families who came to accompany kids in football tournament and that in addition to ending the hotel's peace and quiet completely. They took care of the swimming pool for water polo game and the spaces destined for rest and meals.

Common areas very cold due to not turning on the radiators,

Pool very cold, very dirty due to not being vacuumed and with the coating in the bottom to leave

Outside areas with no light what makes it impossible to enjoy the outdoor turf at night.
