I have know Sarah Madras for over 3 years and I fully endorse her as an individual, business leader, and community supporter. Sarah has been an invaluable member of the LaunchHOLLYSPRINGS program, serving as both a Board member and part of our Mentoring Team. In both the interviewing process of possible Launch Cohort members and also in the Mentor recruiting area, Sarah has shown a keen insight into people and the ability to maintain confidential information. I can truly say that Sarah is a highly respected part of the Launch Team. In addition, we are both part of the Chamber of Commerce and we see Sarah s leadership skills in both program development and as an Ambassador. The later involves working closely with a group of local businesses and finding ways to support them. Lastly, I have been able to watch the continued development of her business Brave Builders. She has successfully launched new programs with partners outside her normal business sphere. She has led confidential training and coaching sessions with many government and local businesses. In summary, I know Sarah to be of the highest personal standards, including integrity and respect. She makes a difference in people s lives.

The counselor we came to see seems pretty awesome, she gets 5 stars. The location and parking, leaves a bit to be desired. I get the need to keep overhead low, but it's weird not having a receptionist person to greet you and instead just walking into an open waiting area.

My family has been working with Judith Hostler at DeNome Alliances for over a .year now with excellent results. During a period in which my family has had to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, school and college closures, the deaths of multiple extended family members and close friends and general extended family drama, Judith has been a calming and healing influence, assisting with grief counseling and other areas.

I have been working with this company since April 2020. Amidst the global pandemic, this was my first time working with a smaller, private company and the constant changes were incredibly overwhelming. I had started a new job, adopted a new platform (in regards to insurance and clinical documentation), and entered the new concept of telehealth. My boss, Sarah, and several members of the team were nothing but welcoming and supportive. When I needed a meeting, it happened. When I needed an answer to an email about something small (but important), I was answered within hours. The communication, teamwork, and transparency of this company really made a positive difference for me. I am proud to be apart of a company and team who thrives on integrity, clinical soundness, and ethical responsibility.

Practice is not responsive to phone messages. It took 4 phone messages with answering service and an overnight before someone -"therapist" to call me back. I was told that they(practice) have"24 hours" to call you back and she didn't want to discuss anything about the office scheduling and was NOT apologetic. Was told good luck getting any office to call me back the same day as "all the industry works the same way"! Guess this practice doesn't care about exceeding standards or working a little better then what they deem as "standard" care. Bye. I'm looing for a Therapist that is willing to care enough to exceed standard care and YES, btw there are Therapists that care enough to call you back!

I have been working at DeNome Alliances Counseling Center (DACC) for four years. I was involved in practices in other states before moving to North Carolina. When I interviewed with Sarah DeNome, the owner of the practice, it was immediately obvious to me that she is a caring and compassionate individual, focused on the needs of DACC clients. This observation of mine has been reinforced countless times in the years that I have worked at DACC. I am confident that whether you meet with Sarah or any of the other counselors on the team, you will find an individual who puts the wellbeing and care of their clients first and foremost.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor that has been working at DACC for coming up on two years. During my time in the field I have worked for many different agencies including private, community mental health and not-for-profit agencies. DACC is hands down THE BEST practice I have ever had the pleasure to work with. DACC upholds the highest level of care and ethics of any company I have ever worked for. All the therapists, owner, manager and billing specialist closely work TOGETHER with one another. I can honestly say that we all enjoy working with one another and that we all are passionate about our work which really shows. One of the things that I respect the most about DACC and it's owner are the company's core values and vision.
