To respond to the complaint, TLC does our utmost to select good tenants and neightbors. What the neighbor failed to do is finish the story. We did ask the tenants he complained about to move. We are restrained by state and federal laws and therefore the process takes time, but we do our very best to take care of problems.
NEVER, use this rental company! They don't monitor the houses and let my renters of a brand new house destroy it inside and out. TLC also did not comply with my contract and did not fix all the damages caused by the renters. The employees at TLC are not aware of what to do when the manager is not there. They collected my monthly bill to supervise my property and never did anything! I am notifying the Better Business Bureau. I didn't even want to give them the 1 star rating!
i would not rent at all from this place. i was promised an apartment by Aug.1,2014 i was moving from another city to come live here. Aug.3,2014 rolls around and they still didnt have the apartment ready. i was homeless for about a week with my husband and 6 year old daughter because they still didnt deliver. to make a long story short they finally gave me the apartment in horrible conditions. i couldnt believe what i had to endure to get this stupid apartment. And they took my rent and deposit. They told me i had to wait the 21 day period to get my rent back but they only gave me a little back from the deposit. WHY????? I didnt even take position of the place. They claim for loss of advertising. Really, you guys made me wait. And when i tried talking to the manager she was rude to me all the times. i hate this place. Good luck to whomever rents from these people.
This is by far the most unprofessional property management company I have ever rented from, They are slumlords and do not care about there tenants then they refuse to return your deposit when you leave the property spotless and clean it better than when you moved in. Terry Hall lies to tenants and home owners to cover her incompetence , Never returns calls or Takes care of serious matters she is responsible for and blames tenants for everything she refuses to fix to make the unit livable. TLC property management units are filthy and have such a long list of problems they refuse to fix so it s a healthy living environment. These units have so many problems they should be red tagged by the city . The previous tenants clean for the next tenant so Terri is out no money in cleaning services that she charges her tenants. I do not know how they have a business when they conduct business the way they do. I would avoid TLC Property Management , if you must rent please find a reputable Property Management that actually cares about there tenants and is not out to rip you off and over charge you for everything !
I was the second person to get in an application, by the time i turned it in they already selected a person. We were the only two people applying for the place. They did not even bother to call me and let me know they didnt even review my application. They really suck !!! I would not do business with them, they do not know what they are doing. They are not even thorough with their search for good tenants they pick the first person they see.
