Food is ok, lots of choices on their menu. Fast service, friendly staff. Recent visit found that the ribs quality is not as good as before.

Tried the chicken waffle sandwich, it was delicious! Going to make special trips just for that!!!

Their burgers arn't very good.. they taste exactly like harveys burgers, not saying thats a bad thing but if you wanted a fast food burger just go to harveys over montanas. Their chicken is good though, havnt tried anything else.

One word: All-you-can-eat! Technically that's 4, but the food is just that good! I recommend the hickory smoked beef ribs and the cornbread, but you can't really go wrong here!

Definitely not going back! The food took extremely long to come out and when it did some was warm and some was downright cold. I also hate the fact that the menu is misleading and the real prices are hidden on the feature menu or plain missing, especially on the AYCE items. I'm quickly loosing faith in Montana's brand altogether but this location was especially unpleasant. Do yourself a favour and go to Argentia/401 location (it's the last solid location in the area imo)

Beware if you have an allergy. We notified server of an allergy. She was good but the kitchen staff still brought out food with the allergen on it. We told staff and they brought out the same plate at least 3 times. Last time they tried to tell us that it was a new dish. No way you can grill new chicken in 3 min and food came out last time luke warm
So no way it was just made.

Decent food, ribs were not the best but still overall finger licking good! Customer service was good, wouldnt highly reccomend, but if you are in the area its a decent spot.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. No complaints at all on the service. But the food, at least for me, was terrible. I ordered the bison burger and was very much looking forward to it. What I got was a chunk of charcoal shaped like a burger party on a stale cold bun with one small slice of tomato and a wilted leaf of lettuce. Do NOT order the burgers here. While I do not frequent montanas restaurants I'm probably going to go out of my way to avoid them from now on.

SOOO TRASH. I SAT DOWN AND IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD TO COME. VAL WAS MY WAITRESS. ONCE WE ORDERED, FOOD TOOK 45 MINUTES TO COME. WHEN IT ARRIVED, THEY TOLD ME WE WERE OUT OF LOBSTER BISQUE. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MENU, THEY SAID THEY CLOSED THE KITCHEN AND JUST APOLIGISED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, I FOUND HAIR IN THE COLD FOOD I HAD. NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN

Was wonderful went to eat with my daughter for her 18th birthday. Our sever Conner was great friendly and inviting. Now it will be our thing and this is our restaurant.

The first time I was here for dinner my guest and I order a drink. That was the last time we saw the waitress. I paid for the drinks and left. Thought I would give them another chance. This time all went well. Good meal, good service.

Montana's is just one of the better beef catering eateries around and you can't really go wrong here. It's standard decor is cowboy western with lotsa nick nacks and a mix of vintage/repro farmy cattle nostalgia.

Waitresses that I have met have always been attentive and helpful, especially with daily or house specials, or offering more economical alternatives to your choices. Like subbing one item for another that would be included in your meal at no cost, instead of you paying extra as a side.

Now for the food. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu, so now when I come to a Montana's, I'm order the Honkin' Beef Ribs - a huge bone-in cut of melt in your mouth prime rib! It never fails, but when my plate arrives (two hands please), dinner companions marvel and wish they had ordered what I did. Steak is fine, but if you really want meat... this is it!!! Other popular dishes are the honey garlic chicken wings and the 2-piece fish & chips dinner. (see additional pictures)

Seated my family quite quickly and our server was great. The only downfall was the lukewarm food, maybe because they were so busy, but other than that, my family enjoyed it!

The staff was amazing they were super friendly. The food is good but just a tad bit overpriced for the quantity. The atmosphere is good but some of the competition has a better atmosphere to watch sports.

The size of the dish very different from the illustration in the menu

A network restaurant specializing in grilled dishes: pork ribs, steaks, sausages and other meat dishes. They cook tasty and fast enough, the service is qualified and friendly. There are several beers (including local). The entourage is quite authentic. There is free parking. Not crowded. Prices are quite adequate (on average, dinner is from $ 20 to $ 40 per person).

Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly service. Standardized and consistent quality food.
Good options. Have southwest wrap and tacos. Both were very tasty and frest

These guys always overcook your steak. Portions are too large even though you get more for your dollar then some restaurants, they give you TOO MUCH! Also if you ever work for them they will always punch you out early before you're actually done and steal your money(so don't ever apply to any Montana's)

Food was great! Service was prompt and extremely pleasant! Mac and cheese was incredible, salad was crisp, and appetizers were devoured in a flash! Decor is thrilling to look at as well! Love the fact that you are given crayons and urged to draw/write on the table cover!

I enjoy every time visiting this place, I like the atmosphere and it serve a good food too!

I found the staff very friendly and prompt, very clean environment.

It's ok. Nothing to write home about. Decent food and drinks with decent prices. Service at the bar was good considering it's just one bartender/waitress serving the area.

One of the best places to get together with friends over a yummy bite or a nicely served cold drink!

Food quality is good, went with 4 family members, they liked it. Actually, food is better than the Aregentia location. However, two issues for giving 3 stars, first, customer service is not up to the par, apparent attitude towards diverse customer was clear, made us a bit uncomfortable. Second, price was high, spent 90 for four dishes only.

Our beef ribs were sent back they were cold closer to the bone. Otherwise an okay environment. Would be a 4 star review if it wasn't for the cold ribs.

SILVIA HAS TO BE THE WORST WAITRESS
I should've written this review a very long time ago but my most recent encounter with her has lead me to NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

#1. The ribs were very dry and when I brought it to Silvia's attention instead of apologizing she said "Thats how they are suppose to be" ?!?!?
! In what worldddd is that okay to say to a CUSTOMER. I obviously brought this to the managers attention which offered free desert and then a free meal. I told him Im okay with the desert and I don't care about paying the bill just hire better staff.

#2. The second time I went was with my boyfriend. We were seated outside in the patio and just my (bad) luck Silvia was our waiter. She came to ask if we would want anything to drink to start, I said " Can I get 2 waters and...." Was cut off because she decided to walk away mid-sentence :) GREAT. Once she was back 15 minutes later with our water, I asked if someone else could serve us and she replied "NO" and walked away without even asking if we were ready to order.

#3. NOW THIS IS THE BIG ONE. Of course Silvia is my waiter AGAIN. Does the same thing as last time, starts walking away mid-sentence of me telling her what I want, but this time I called her back and said very politely " Excuse me, but can we please get another waiter" in which she replied why and I informed her she walked away mid-sentence and is too slow with service, she then brought the manager to come talk to us. The manager had to be the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever met. I told her my problems with Silvia and her only response was "There are other Montana franchises in Mississauga, you're more than welcome to head over there" So we did. Sat there for 25 minutes and weren't even brought a glass a water, instead we got the manager .

TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY BEFORE YOU GO ON TO PROMOTE THEM.

Food took so long and it wasn t even busy, service was really bad, been waiting for food over 30 minutes.

The wings and garlic mash were great! Good service as well. The only thing is that the tables were too tall for the average person.

It was a very nice experience, the host was very nice and helpful. He brought the food in a timely fashion, and it wasn't too much or too little on the portions.

I started off with the Southwest Potato Skins, which had shredded cheese, and corn, and black beans on top, along with chopped green onions, with a dressing sauce. The next appetizer was the Antojitos which also was good.
My main course dinner was the Fire Grilled Tomato Chicken, which consisted of creamy goat cheese spinach, between two pesto grilled chicken breasts, topped with grilled tomatoes, red onions, pepper salsa, with some rice and seasonal steamed veggies which was carrots and broccoli. There was also some sundried tomatoes in between, with lime and cilantro on top. It was very delicious, and the meat was cooked all the way through, as well as the flavors of rice which was also seasoned.

Dessert was the Mile High Mud Pie but I took 1/2 mile even that the portion was quite large and really good. We were able to spend a good amount of time there, and were not rushed. The place was quite busy, but we still had a good time there.
I definitely recommend it, and also would go again at this location!

BEST MONTANAS EVERY. I had the juiciest, hottest beef rib here. The cornbread was actually hot (I always get cold cornbread at Montana's but love it so much so I put up with it coming out cold). It seemed like kitchen staff knew what they were doing, and obviously cared about their job. Our server was wonderful as well. Overall such a great experience!! :)

Had the steak the worst I ever had chewy told the waiter no response

On half price wing night they ran out of wings..service was slow and food was lukewarm at best when we got it

Server are good food wise different story not so good.

Good service and a food is okay, food is salty, the nachos were somewhat over done...the cheese were harden, not much flavor on the meat other than salty.

Delicious meals. Served promptly for family outing with great service. Friendly staff made sure we were taken care of

I disliked shrimp so much until I was forced by my sister to try it at Montana's.
It changed my perspective towards shrimp. It is beyond amazing.

Had really bad experience, server was not attending properly. Orders were always late. I am not sure I will ever be visiting again here.

This place has two things going for it. The interior is nice and it's near a theatre. I ordered some seasonal dishes. Antojitos and a quesadilla burger. They both looked and tasted like they came out of a microwave. It was also super oily. They were soggy. Bland. And somehow overdressed. My burger was drowning in guacamole. The fries that come in the side we're good at least. But the real kicker is how upset my stomach got the day after. Felt like I had food poisoning, complete with untrustworthy farts. Never eating at a Montana's again.

Came here during the lunch the service was quick ordered two plates of Antojitos how everyone felt cold and the other one was a lot warmer. Unsure why.

Ordered steak, medium. Came back well. They do not know how to cook a steak, and there was a special on steaks that day!

Was there today at 6 pm and once we got there was a party of 8 were ahead of us blonde at the front sat them so we wait and 2 more parties of two walked in they were white so this blonde ignored us sat the first couple i was like ok then she went ahead and sat the other couple i asked her hi can we also be seated she turns and said i didn't see you guys and walked away. Madie the manager was informed and her response was we are busy mean no regret to this ignorant behavior at all never returning there again will go all the way to Winston Churchill to eat at Montanas but here this was second time this has happened and all there staff is white no diversity hense paying customers get treated like this.
