My best friend and I have been coming here once or twice a month for the past 3 years on at the same time on Saturdays before we go to the movies. We sit in the same booth and other than when staff leaves, we get pretty consistent waiters and waitresses who know us and make sure we have everything we need. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Ordered rib and wing with fully loaded baked potato. Potato was rotten and they still served it on our plate. Showed the staff manager said sorry and brought a fresh potatoe. Service is normally good but that night not so much

Don't get me wrong, the service was fantastic but it was my first time at this Montanas and I always order the pulled pork. The bread was very chewy instead of moist and fresh and there was hardly any meat on it. I even poured some of the sauce provided on the side of the table to help moisten the sandwich but that didn't work. Like I said it's my favorite thing to order, but I have to give that sandwich a fail as a review.

Service was great, loved the food and the prices, staff have great people skills, will definitely be going back, was my first time going to this location

So I have visited Montana's on Tuesday right after my movie ended around 9:45pm...it was not even packed. We were 4 people and we asked for booth. The host said that the booths are dirty so the bar is available and in real half of the restaurant was empty. But after requesting a lot they provided us the booth.. Then after 1 hr I ordered second round of drinks which around for 15 mins never arrived ... I waited for long .. Asked again.. Then they served the drinks. The server was not in a good mood at all .. We ordered ribs.. It was almost burnt and very dark texture plus cold...so overall it was a horrible experience. I visited before as well.. It's usually great but this time it was pathetic ... I didn't expect that. Hope next time it won't be this bad..thanks.

I was treated like a thief after spending almost $200. When leaving the restaurant one of the staff thought we didn't pay our bill and started to say that she was going to call the police on us. The way she approached us was very insulting and rude, she didn't ask us a question or even to see our bill. The worst part is that both of my daughters were there and after we left the 5 year old was scared that the police was going to take us and we had to explain to her that we didn't do anything wrong. I tried to talk to the manager but it looked like the manger was new and did nothing about it. We walked away with no formal apology.

Well varied menu for all tastes. Beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Good service. It was our favorite restaurant!

Usually Montannas is great with their food. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with my order today. Ordered their new Southern Fried Chicken sandwich. It was really burnt or over fried. Maybe they need to work on this new order.

The steak was on the low end as far as quality. The "seasonal veggies" must have been from last season. They missed a side dish that I ordered. Waited 10 minutes for my bill until I finally just got up and asked for it from the front counter .

Clean, decent food, decent service! Server took for EVER to cash me out but whatever. We enjoyed ourselves but weren't blown away.

Most of the staff are nice, however service is a bit slow. Bar seating is very limited.

Place is nice, good customer service but the food begs for a differ! what a horrible ribs I have been served the other day!! Hard and burned. Kitchen needs some improvements! I do not think I will every be back, and I do not recommend it to anyone!

We had to wait 30 minutes at the end we decided to leave , some places were available however they didn't allow us to take them. Their arguments were those are Reservations so we stay on our feet all that time . The food smells good , the taste we didn't tried it.

The chicken wings and ribs here are a must try. Ambience is beautiful with great service. Kids eat free on Tuesday.

I've got to start of with Janet is amazing! She is the embodiment of what a true waitress/server should be. my buddies and I went for the all you can eat ribs. She asked us for our next rounds right when our order came in so that we would have some when we finished. She also always came by to check up and get us refills. At the end of it, she even brought us a last round of drinks because we decided to just sit and chat. Not only was her service amazing but she was funny and friendly. She made some funny jokes with us which made us laugh. Janet deserves all the goodness. Thank you for being amazing Janet! This Montanas is now the best one i've been to. Best service, nice people, good atmosphere. Overall would recommend.

I came here for the first time with my work colleague. Just wow! The barbeque meat platter was spectacular. The portion was more than enough for a single person. All of the sauces were intense, rich, and flavourful. The habanero hot sauce was definitely the best.

Food Ok, just never impressed with the service, not just this location, all locations I've been, waiters and waitresses do not seem to be happy with their jobs, or maybe their pay?

I love going to Montana's for thier antijotos, however in all my years of going there this was the saddest antijotos I was ever served. I asked if they ran out of ingredients but they thought nothing was wrong with them. Barely any filling in them. We sent these back and got something else instead.

Stopped in for dinner on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service I got and the quality of food. Will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area.

Super friendly staf on what was a packed night everywhere. Would totally recommend.

I've been here a few times over the years, in fact my husband and I had our first date here and for that reason alone it is a special place for me. That said, tonight I was so disappointed when we took our friends here for their son's birthday. We told the waiter it was his birthday (he turned 7) and no cake or ice cream was offered for him. Both my meal and my girlfriend had our meals come much later than those of our husbands, and they both came with the cilantro sauce we had specifically requested not to have. In fact I'd pointed out the line item on the menu to be sure the waiter got it. He then asked what we wanted to do? Like there was any real option other than to wait more for food - or go hungry I guess. So we waited again while our husbands and the birthday boy ate.

While the food was good, no one ever offered to even discount the food that had been done wrong - if only to compensate for the loss of the experience of eating food together - which is kind of the point when going out to dinner. It was a real let down for us at a place where I've usually been treated with more attention and care.

Drinks are pretty good. Personally I love red.
Not much variety for vegetarians. But for non vegetarians this place is really good. Desert is really good too. Overall I love it.

Food is nice but everytime I order an alcoholic mixed drink it tastes like a virgin drink. Order your shot on the side if you buy their specialty drinks.

Good food... Poor service. Food took very long to come. Server forgot to bring us the food we had initially ordered. Came back to ask us how our food was... Realized she had forgotten, but food still didn't show up. At this point we had given up. Asked for the bill. 15 mins later we get the bill. Left the bill on the table didn't even ask how we would be paying. Patiently waited 10 mins waiting for a debit machine. Left cash on table and walked out. Would not recommend.

Was very disappointed in service! Other locations have been great but this one was awful. My 8yr old does not like pepper and we did not realize their fries were seasoned with both salt and pepper. It took 15min to have an order made without pepper and then they were over cooked (dark in colour and crunchy instead of light and crispy like the ones with pepper). Then we waited for over 30min to receive any attention when we finished the meal! If you include the last time we were asked about drinks it would have been 45min. The bill was brought before the server was reminded that the kid's meal comes with a dessert. The manager on duty was going to give us a gift card but could not find the paper and suggested she email it to me for their location. When she heard we were not from the area she said she would leave a note for the general manager (who comes in the next morning) to see if the gift certificate could be for a different location. Would NOT reccommend this location.

My wife and I went there for lunch before seeing a movie on Remembrance Day this year. We ordered not a whole lot of food because it was quite early for lunch but the food and service was superb. Our server was great, quick and funny. The pulled pork sandwich was amazing. Would go back!

I was not very impressed with the service or the meal here. To be fair, my boyfriend and I dropped in around 9, after the dinner hour and closer to closing time, but still, it was not very busy and we should have enjoyed our visit more. Ok, the server who was also working the bar forgot to bring us menus after taking our drink order and specifically asked if we were going to order food. Forgivable. My boyfriend went and got menus from the hostess. Then we got our drinks and she took our food order. I got beef brisket with gravy that was supposed to come over a bed of mashed potatoes, with corn bread; my boyfriend got fried pickles. When my plate arrived I was immediately put off- it came in a small skillet on a plate (I guess to keep it contained instead of just slop on a plate), and it looked like dog food chunks in canned gravy. It was not on a bed of mashed potatoes, but a cafeteria-style ice cream scoop of potatoes on top of the beef gravy chunks. The cornbread was dry- probably had been sitting since before the dinner rush. That's fine if your bread goes stale later in the shift, but don't serve that! They should have told me they were out of bread but offered a salad or something else to replace it. The brisket was not very good and the gravy had the look, taste, and consistency of gravy from a can. There was not enough mashed potatoes to go with all the gravy slop. My boyfriend's fried pickles were very tasty except for a few that were a bit over-done, and they came with only a small amount of dipping sauce. Really? You're going to cheap out on dipping sauce Montana's? Our server also neglected to bring us cutlery for our food. My boyfriend says this place is better when he goes there on his lunch break, so maybe it's a question of the night staff. I'll give them one more chance but they better impress me next time or I won't be going back.

Our waitress was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and not expensive at all. Love going here for lunch!

Had to have my beef rib replaced. Burnt. However the staff was great about it, brought out a beautiful replacement and all was well.

45 minutes for an appetizer and the food was burnt. 10 customers and 5 waitresses.

Often serve the food over cooked and burnt, and they don't care to let these dishes leave the kitchen. I had the butter chicken plate, they put this thick white sauce over the chiken and it looked like vomit.

Food was delicious! Everything was served very hot. Don't forget to have dessert. The mini doughnuts served hot with powdered sugar and caramel dipping sauce were amazing!

Great food but the service was quite slow. Not going to fault the staff though as it looked like they were working with a reduced crew.

great service considering COVID rules. the menu was adjusted to minimize complicated items, especially drinks. It's kept very simple and no more slushie type of beverages. The food is still great and the service was quick. Thank you

Only reason why I gave it three stars is because our waitress was ridiculously fake and quite rude to be honest when I asked her to pack up my half a burger and fries she scoffed at me and said oh this... like yeah your fake ass attitude made me lose my appetite so can I please take it home. Like fine if you don't like people don't work there.. but if you must just shut your mouth take people's orders and be pleasant don't give me some fake ass attitude like I quote Oh great I'm glad now or super.. her exact words to everything like you messed up my order and gave me cold fries ... then by the time my food came everybody was done their meal and ready to leave...so chill with fakeness.

I asked for my food to be reheated (as I like my food fresh off the grill) and there was no issue with that request. The food was actually quite good, I cleaned my plate. The service was exceptional and satisfactory. Will be coming back.

Most meals were ok. Steak was like shoe leather even though they were done medium rare, we couldn't cut them. Only reason for the three stars was our waitress was lovely. Chatty!! But lovely!

Mud pie was good but Nachos were cold and barely any topping on it. When I complain this to manager he said our nachoes are the best. Didn't even bother to take it back and fix the uncooked and without topping nachoes. Server was very nice. I would have given four star if manager would have done something about it.

We got 2 orders of their specials--medium AAA Sirloin Steak with lobster and shrimps. The steak felt like I was chewing a gum and was cooked medium rare. However, our waitress, Janet, was awesome. Very good customer service.

Really enjoyed my time at this location. My full rack of ribs and fries was great, so great that I even forgot my wallet on the table thankfully their honest staff was kind enough to keep it until the next day for me with everything still intact! I would recommend Montana's to everyone who's looking for a friendly surrounding with good food. Thanks for the good experience Montana's!!!!!

Great selection of bbq items. Portion is big. The platter for two is big enough for three adults. Two flying monkey brewery beers on tap.

So it's a Wednesday night, it's late but still over an hour before closing. I get that you aren't going to have someone standing at the door, but with a grand total of 3 tables in the dining room (one on their way out), we still had to wait for approx 7 minutes to be acknowledged and even then have to walk into the bar area to make eye contact with the bartender (a second time) to get someone to even seat us.
Hint: it's the bartender.
We've been to this location multiple times and service has steadily been getting worse, regardless of the time. Again, let's give them the benefit of the doubt.
Server arrives gives her name promptly after we are seated and asks for drink, (coffees) and when asking us what we'd like with it, walks away quickly confirming the order wrong *as she walks away* I'm pretty sure she just missed us trying to correct as she hurried off.
It's ok, things can be fixed. We correct the order when she's back and order an appetizer. A few minutes later she's cleaning tables around us, but we are still waiting for the fix. A quick call over and she gets it fixed.
Appetizer of Kapow shrimp comes out and it's well overcooked. So I'm just chopping up this experience as a really bad night.
I'm hoping that the next time will be better!
