Terrible this is the second time I tried this place both times not a good experience both times they messed up my food won't cone back again the servers are fine but the kitchen staff needs tons of training
Food was okay, services was good, but when we had an issue with the pricing as it was different on the menu, the manager who dealt with us was a tad bit condescending.
Standard food, this location seems to have a musty smell every time I've gone. You gotta pay attention to the website plus various other methods as they have a promotion for literally everything.
The environment is cozy, the waitress was very pleasant and not bothering every 2 minutes asking if we're ok... thumbs up for that, the food was great and we didn't have to wait too long
Went to this Montana's for all you can eat ribs, was told it was a thirty minute wait...no problem, waited an hour. Sat down waited another ten to fifteen minutes only to be told they were out of ribs and basically we should leave. We asked More
They boast about their 'all you can eat ribs' but frankly the pork ribs were incredibly dry, too salty, and served luke warm. Even with their home style sauce, it lacked a Smokey favouring (of course they blamed it on a new cook). Considering the expensive price you pay for the mediocre tasting entries, and side dishes, you would expect more from a steak house. On the plus side their desserts are quite nice tasting and filling.
Excellent service, the food was amazing but the choice of beer wasn't there which was really disappointing as it was a common draught Belgian Moon.
Great service and the food came out in good time and was warm.

Waitress was great but kitchen and management were awful. Terrible treatment from them left a sour experience and I won't be going back. Was served steak that was rare/blue instead of medium well. Sent it back twice, it was then medium rare and finally, burned. Management told me that medium well is supposed to be red and bloody. Maybe if you don't know how to cook a steak it is. Left without any dinner.

Horrible experience. Was there for lunch at noon. The place was quiet. I ordered the southwest steak salad and when it arrived. There was no guacamole, no cone or beans. I asked the hostess who stopped by and she told me they don't carry guacamole. As I dug into my salad, I noticed one small dollol of guacamole. So I asked the waitress about the guacamole and corn and bean mix, she told me they corn and bean mix was recalled but would being me guacamole. This is something that should have been told to me when I ordered. What makes the southwest salad is the Corn beans and guacamole. So the hostess lied or didn't know what she was talking about, and the distress who took my order chose not to tell me it would exclude a key ingredient. Terrible service

Montanas has a great menu to select from as well as many drinks. Great tacos and great caesars!
Came here for lunch. The food was excellent. The service was terrible. We stood at the front for several minutes before somebody came to seat us. The waitress took our drink and food orders quickly. But the food took forever to arrive. And the waitress did not come back once to see if we needed another drink or anything at all. When i got the bill, she basically handed me the debit machine and left. She never saw if the transaction was approved (it was), and we walked out the door without ever seeing her again. I love Montana's but this location is not the best.
Their ribs are simply the best and the beef shank as well. Good service. Would recommend this location

The food was good. I had ribs which were spot on, while my friend had fish and chips. The service could have been better though.

For the price, the quality of my lunch was not worth it. I had the trio lunch and was not impressed. As well, the restaurant smells like a barn as opposed to BBQ'd food... And the women's bathroom was filthy... It did not look a though it had been thoroughly cleaned in far too long. Not impressed.

Very cold greeting at the entrance and we were sitting there for 20 mins and the waiter didn't even bother coming to take our order. So we all just got up and left. After this level of bad service I don't think of ever coming back to this branch.

Service was great and their Nachos were pretty tasty however main course was just like an average restaurant.
Worst service. Sat at a booth at the bar on a Saturday night. The bar area wasn't busy enough to explain the poor service. The only time we saw anyone was when we ordered and got our drinks/dessert. Our finished dish sat on the edge of our table until we flagged someone down for our bill. No one asked if we wanted another drink or if everything was okay. We also had to ask for our bill twice because the server/bartender forgot.
We were greeted promptly and our server was friendly and attentive. The food was ok.

Montana's is great as always. One of my favourite meals are the chicken strips with hot sauce. Sometimes the food's quality isn't consistent (I would often get chicken strips with barely any sauce on them), but it's still good.
In decline. Used to be much better. Prices up. Take care when you order, the sides offered to you are not part of price. Staff intentionally hide these. Food quality is average, may be slightly above
Love it. Big wooden booth by the fireplace. Had the platter of choices. So flood I can still remember the smell of the wood the pulled Bork and cooked over.

Food was good. Group had burger, fajitas and steak. Donuts for dessert was awesome. Rebecca and Lisa were very attentive and provided great service. Great place to come to before a movie. We'll be back.

This is our first visit to this Montanas location. The one down the street from Square One closed down. The staff was pleasant and the steak was good. Our major issue was how long it took to get our main dishes. It was over 30 minutes! There was no complementary food snack to keep us tied over. The wait was very disappointing considering how hungry we were.

*** Update - Montanas contacted me about my experience and they were so gracious and understanding about the whole thing. I went back to the restaurant and the staff was really amazing even through I didn't tell them at first who I was. Fabiane, Janet and Kelly really made the return experience a great one. Kudos to them and Montanas for being a first class act!
Food was good. Just want to say thank you for looking after my phone when I left it there. Good honest people work here.

Don't recommend this place at all. Came in and we were told they aren't seating at the bar any more with empty tables clearly available. 5 mins later another group comes in cracks jokes with the manager and gets seated in the bar. No explanation was given. The guy with the earings (who is probably the manager) gave that instruction and showed us attitude as soon as we came in. Food was terrible. Looked like they stuffed my burger with someone's left overs. Definitely don't recommend this place.
