SILVIA HAS TO BE THE WORST WAITRESS
I should've written this review a very long time ago but my most recent encounter with her has lead me to NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

#1. The ribs were very dry and when I brought it to Silvia's attention instead of apologizing she said "Thats how they are suppose to be" ?!?!?
! In what worldddd is that okay to say to a CUSTOMER. I obviously brought this to the managers attention which offered free desert and then a free meal. I told him Im okay with the desert and I don't care about paying the bill just hire better staff.

#2. The second time I went was with my boyfriend. We were seated outside in the patio and just my (bad) luck Silvia was our waiter. She came to ask if we would want anything to drink to start, I said " Can I get 2 waters and...." Was cut off because she decided to walk away mid-sentence :) GREAT. Once she was back 15 minutes later with our water, I asked if someone else could serve us and she replied "NO" and walked away without even asking if we were ready to order.

#3. NOW THIS IS THE BIG ONE. Of course Silvia is my waiter AGAIN. Does the same thing as last time, starts walking away mid-sentence of me telling her what I want, but this time I called her back and said very politely " Excuse me, but can we please get another waiter" in which she replied why and I informed her she walked away mid-sentence and is too slow with service, she then brought the manager to come talk to us. The manager had to be the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever met. I told her my problems with Silvia and her only response was "There are other Montana franchises in Mississauga, you're more than welcome to head over there" So we did. Sat there for 25 minutes and weren't even brought a glass a water, instead we got the manager .

TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY BEFORE YOU GO ON TO PROMOTE THEM.
