Beach is amazing.
Tide pools at low tide is a must see for all ages.

We had an amazing vacation. The staff was very accommodating, food was amazing and the piano music was wonderful.

It was a beautiful place! The beach is right there and there is a small park right above the beach that you can take a small refreshing walk. Rooms are beautiful and the location is not bad. A lot less foot traffic than downtown Laguna Beach because the area it's in is south Laguna beach

Drinks are pricey, but view & ambiance is the best.

You should not miss the sunset in this place if you are around, nice walk

Once you go to this place, you ll never gonna go to other beach. Trust me

This is an absolutely epic display of class and charming beauty, perfectly balanced and luckily for its guests, as it has an incredible view of the ocean from the cliff it is mounted to.

Beautiful place to go to the beach, watch the sunset or just relax and people watch. One of my favorite beaches in Laguna.

Fantastic ocean views, beautiful sandy beaches, and prostine aqua water are the main attractions. The beach is public access, so the grounds are mostly quiet but not necessarily tranquil and private. The lobby and valet can be bustling (crowded) during busy times, like around Sunday checkout/brunch. Seeing as how that shouldn't be a surprise or uncommon occurrence for the staff, I would have expected a better, smoother management of the long line of cars filling the short and narrow driveway. I didn't stay overnight at the Montage, so I can't speak to the rooms or hotel staff.

Didn't stay at the hotel. The beach has wonderful view and my children enjoy every minute of it. Recommended it

Stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Server was very friendly and we received our drink order pretty quickly. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours while people around us were served , ate and left while we still waited for an order of just chips & guacamole and french fries. Extremely disappointed in this supposed 5 star place! If you can't maintain your Montage standards then don't open! I wish could give you a negative 1 review!

A lovely resort in South Laguna, facing the Pacific Ocean. Wonderful staff, great service, and good dining. $$$$$.

Pricey, But the ambiance and the Views are worth it

I like to go visit this resort just to walk around and go to the beach. It is beautifully maintained and in a wonderful location. The coast here is among the most beautiful on the city. It would be nice if there was parking available for quick stops to see the beach, but it is a resort intended to cater to the needs of its customers, so it makes sense.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the Pacific.

Absolutely stunning. Staff unbelievably helpful and caring. Kids had a wonderful time and we enjoyed on-site arranged childcare for a date night. Wonderful.

Oh my God. Staying here was a fabulous experience. The staff, the view, the rooms, the facilities...I didn't want to leave.

Absolutely beautiful location. The place is severely understaffed, and the food/service quality was poor.

We have had several private parties here and the staff is attentive, kind, and anticipates everything for you. Always great!

Relaxing place to take a stroll along a meandering sidewalk path with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and places to stop and rest awhile.

Property is amazing, staff friendly, food on point, took 3 bubble baths.

Had a wonderful Saturday morning brunch at the loft. The service was great, and the menu had unique cocktails and a variety of good dishes. My poached eggs were perfection. Loved the view of the ocean as well. Will be coming back.

The Spa at Montage is a great way to spend the day!

This place is expensive but worth it. I was lucky enough to be here with work so I didn't need to pay for much but the view is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the service is impeccable. So lovely.

The ocean view of the 5th floor lobby coffee shop is really good. Espresso coffee and tea are inexpensive and delicious. At sunset, you can listen to the piano and watch the sunset.

Rooms were wonderful! Great location, reception was very helpful. Quite at night

We went to take prom pictures and it was really easy to navigate, very picturesque and we had very few problems with weather for the photos

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to. They even have live performance at the main lobby.

The outdoor meeting in the hotel lobby is beautiful and sweet (creme burlee) they have a nice dessert

Everyone is great, it's very beautiful, and delicious food at loft and studio.

I had the opportunity to take some wedding photos here on a Thursday evening in July. It was pretty empty, only a few people at first before the crowds turned up to presumably watch the sunset. It was beautiful, clean and friendly. We had a lot of passerby s wishing us good fortunes as well. It was my first time there and plan to go more regularly.

Spectacular views, awsome food, great service what else can you ask for

Unmatched location and scenery. The service is sensational, if sometimes overbearing. Food offerings are vast and everything we had was done perfectly. Our room, the most basic, was a dream with the most impressive bathroom I've experienced and a comfortable bed!

Incredible place but some spa day scum drinking too much took the edge off our weekend. On the upside the staff at this place are incredible including a car shuttle to dinner.

Montage is overall a nice resort. I would give it 3 stars because of the ocean. The ocean sucked me on a riptide. The lifeguards are great. The resort it self I would give a 4. The ocean I would give a 2.

Such a beautiful place! The sand is soft and the water is blue.

We used beach here, public parking next door. Beach is pretty protected and not bad, clean. Several access points to different areas of the beach. There is a ramp down so is handicapped accessable.

Here for a wedding, it's excellent! The foods wonderful. 10/10.

Most therapeutic experience imaginable! Enjoyed the view from their cozy terrace seating for 6 hours...time flew..dinner was sumptuous.....amazing environment...
