Food is bad and restaurant dirty. Pigeons were eating the food and they never cleaned

We are very disappointed with this hotel
The rooms are dilapidated the swimming pool very poorly maintained and all the neighbors are paying
In half board, no drink is free, no bottle of water
Only the staff are pleasant

As a hotel, it depends on the price, as a visitor definitely ok

Very Poor ! Worst resort ever.. swimming pool is dirty .. don't let be fool with images.. the Jaccuzi were very small n dirty very dirty that no one could dare enter them. Very poor service and there are so many flies everywhere in the restaurant.. the tables you are given are so dirty. Omg the food tastes so bad . Such an awful disgusting n dirtiest resort ever !

Friendly hotel with happy staff. A warm and professional welcome. Good value for money and Mauritian white sand beaches near the hotel with postcard decor.

Hotel well located with a very nice view.
Nice room but limited hygiene (cockroaches, mold ...)
Warm and attentive staff.
Animation and pleasant catering. Menu changes every evening. In terms of drinks it is the same price as in France. It is better to buy either at the super u de grand baie or at the stores by going out on the right.
Be careful not to take an excursion with connection (price 2 to 3 times more expensive than that practiced outside for the same services) see either directly with agencies in Grand Baie or as a last resort with Roberto (taxi at 70 euros per excursion with possibility of negotiating or taking it with several to divide)

In summary it is a decent hotel provided you manage your budget once inside.

In the middle of Residents, a wonderful experience for people, the hunt stretches to our heads.

Having stayed from 12/28/17 to 2/01/18 this hotel is of a very inferior range. No swimming pool beach too small especially when there are a lot of children in it. Dirty jacuzzi (dirt deposit on the surface). Catering well: communication from the staff at the reception almost nonexistent, against the cleaning employees, very smiling and polite. I do not recommend this hotel: disappointment +++++

Widespread of culinary expertise

Nice location, private beach with limited water activities. However rooms are bit run down, u could find insects, ants running in ur rooms. No room service and wifi in rooms..that's a big downside for this hotel. No change in breakfast menu for more than a week (we stayed for a week). Not even a single bottle of water is given complimentary to guests. Book only if u are ok with above cons of the property.

Well placed, very close to the bus stop. Very welcoming staff. Nice garden. Nice swimming pool, the beautiful beaches are very close.

The area is beautiful on the beach and also the best rooms. Yes, take no roadside, traffic is very strong behind it. Every evening until shortly after 11 p.m., loud music from a terribly high quality music system. Music can be heard in all rooms! 1 evening a week karaoke, worse, but it stops earlier because few participate. Maximum earplugs help a little. Buffet ok but a bit bland, would not take half board anymore, in front of the hotel there is a nice restaurant or the pizzeria opposite which belongs to the hotel.

Well how do I start. I stayed for seven days and it was one of the best resort where view was amazing. You can just sit at beach and watch sunrise and sunset without any interruption. Rooms are neat and clean. This resort fell short in service and food. Food was average. Daily almost same breakfast no change .This is budget friendly resort and very peaceful.

It was good. It is a old hotel by the beach side. We were vegetarians and thanks to chef he made separately veg dishes for us ad the buffet spread was mostly non veg Sea food. Lovely place

WI-FI IS VERY VERY BAD!!! No signal in rooms at all. You have to go to the restaurant to get signal, and when you do the WI-FI is very very slow. The place is Beautiful and the Breakfast Buffet and Dinner Buffet is good each night. Free Boating , snorkeling and a nighttime show each night. They need to update their internet that is the only bad thing. And the pillows are very small, Not comfortable. Staff is good and Beach is nice. Very romantic and good flying Drone for photos.

Dilapidated hotel ... Really deserves a good renovation at all levels. Rooms, restaurants, swimming pool beach.
Catering ... repetitive dishes too much curry .. Or insignificant dishes from the world. Lack of cleanliness, the tables are only cleaned when they are straightened, staff putting their fingers in the buffet ... Dark chairs and table pitted by mold. Anyway, a short trip spoiled by a good 5-day gastronomy ... I don't recommend ...

My stay was very good.good environment n good food without forgetting the professional attitude of employees.

Amazing beachside views, theme night dinner's, buffet style, free WiFi spot for guests, guest's are also given a phone to make international or local calls for the duration of their stay. Absolutely friendly staff who are always ready to help. Tours and taxi's available from resort. Evening entertainment every night. Selcted water sports are free for guests. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Great rum and other selections at pool side bar.

In need of maintenance/renovation. Birds at the breakfast buffet eating from the cheese. Shower walls were falling apart.

Very family-run facility! All employees are super friendly and try everything to have a super relaxing holiday. Even the boss is very friendly and tries hard to fulfill wishes! Pure relaxation in the company of a family

Friendliest staff, tastiest food and most talented guest relations team to entertain you with various activities. You will never bored during your stay. Only drawback is less sand in the beach.

So to begin with the hotel is really not terrible the location is top but that is not enough to mask the insanitary conditions of this establishment. I strongly recommend that you choose another establishment the favorable opinions are not at all deserved unless you 'to be blind because for us this is not the case. Now let's talk about the restaurant and the buffet level which is dirty and tasteless and without any desire to go to lunch. There are so many things to complain about that I would need more than advice for you to understand our disappointment. The staff are friendly but unfortunately the service is not of good quality and very far from the standards of a good quality hotel especially after having paid a large enough sum to stay there.
