Brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Those went perfectly fine, and they even washed my truck for me after completing the service. However, when I drove it home that evening, I noticed the smell of leaking coolant. The next morning I looked under the hood before leaving for work and there was a puddle of coolant there. As soon as I got to work I called Monroe Dodge back so I could bring my truck back in for them to repair, but the service man told me that while I could certainly drop it off, they wouldn t be able to even look at it for 4 days, or have it repaired until probably the 5th. (This was on a Thursday, and he said they wouldn t be able to get to it until Monday, possibly Tuesday.) I told him here was no way I was going w/o my truck for 4 days after I d just had it in the day before and now mysteriously had a coolant leak. I was happy w/ the initial service, but extremely displeased w/ the follow up. They should have made my truck a priority after having just had it in, if nothing else than to make sure the problem wasn t their doing or fault. Unimpressed, to say the least.
I have recently bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed emergent service done and the staff were able to service my vehicle and even though no rentals available they were able to give me a loaner for a few hours until my Jeep was fixed. I was very emotional and the consoled me and were so patient to me and my troubles! This is a great dealer!!

I am grateful for the fact that they took care of my vehicle promptly once they received the part. I was told a general price that my labor cost. When I came to pay it was higher than I was told. I just got the vehicle back so I'm not sure yet if the issue is fixed. As I said before I am grateful for how fast the expedited the job.

I was impressed. I dropped my truck at the garage for service, yesterday, around 4:30. The engine light was on. As I walked-in, an associate sitting at a desk was busy working, but still greeted me with a big Hi! Watcha got? I explained my situation and the need for a loaner. She immediately began the process, while another associate came over, collected my key, and after giving him the rundown, he started the truck and began running diagnostics. He knew a cause for the light at once a minor issue but suggested I leave the truck anyway, to be sure. A few minutes later I was driving off the lot in a 2020 Charger. I probably wasn t at the dealership for 15 minutes. This morning, around 8:30, the dealership called saying my truck was ready. They even dropped it off at my wife s office and picked up the loaner. That s going above and beyond. Good deal. Thank you!

This was the first time back there in almost 20 yrs since my last purchase at this dealership..my salesperson was Tina Childers .she is top notch and answered all my questions and was able to work with me on the payment I wanted . She understood my situation and was very efficient in getting the ball rolling..I spent a total of 3hrs there getting an appraisal, test driving a vehicle getting what I wanted and signing all paperwork. A relatively short time in my opinion for getting the customer out the door for me just walking in and inquiring . Thanks for the deal on my 2019 Dodge Ram Laramie Sport. Nicest truck I have ever owned !
I bought a certified Chrysler 300 here and the next day the engine light came on. I took it in to another dealership closer to me. The engine light was a transmission code, the car needs a new transmission. They also found bad pulleys on the drive belt system and the car was over filled by a quart of oil. I called them voicing my displeasure that they clearly did not inspect this car and I was more or less told "tough luck, use your warranty." I do not believe I should need my warranty on the second day of owning a certified pre-owned. Extremely displeased with my experience and will never go here again!
I can t stand the whole car buying experience . However, in our digital world, browsing has become a lot more palatable. Generally, I know what I want when shopping, and I rarely stray. So, when I stumbled upon my new Durango at Monroe Superstore s Website, I made a phone call, and the rest, as they say, is history. My salesman Mark Mac was great. He was very accommodating and, most importantly, HE LISTENED! I wanted the vehicle, and he made it happen. YES, IT WAS THAT SIMPLE. It literally took a few phone calls and text messages. My Family and me showed up later that evening. I went with Hassan, Finance Mgr, signed paperwork, and my Family was with Mack being shown the vehicle. We were there no longer than 40 mins. I got the vehicle I wanted. Monroe Superstore got the sale, and it all began with a simple phone call. I m glad customer service still matters to some retailers.

Monroe Dodge Jeep Superstore in Monroe, MI- Your Service Department SUCKS! I will NEVER use or recommend you to anyone. My Renegade's 10,000 mile check up I gave you the benefit of doubt when you charged me $65 for an oil change (synthetic). Now my 20,000 mile check up: I tell you not to change my oil but complete the rest of the maintenance check up. I get it back and NOTHING was topped off. Washer fluid low, radiator and brake levels below low level. broken fog light not even mentioned on my receipt.

Wish I could have made it a 0 I completely had a great experience with Jason Kangars my sales person class act guy. My issue is with this business doing poor business and not owning what they should own when it comes to the product that you pay so much money for. Their sales manager David Spillman is truly the most disrespectful manager I have ever dealt with he cuts you off as you are trying to express your concern and tries to turn what you are saying into what he needs it to sound like to cover the poor service that he is delivering to you in that moment. Very disappointed in a dealership that I use to think was one of the best in my hometown. Clearly will never buy another product from this dealership and I hope you all take my word and reach out to another dealership versus going here. Trust me they sell damaged vehicles at brand new vehicles prices and then tell you because you get employee pricing that your out of luck. Good luck to all potential customers.
Really unorganized. Had spoken to the salesman Ryan S, and he told he had the van and to come give it a drive. I was buying the van for business and he already had the sale. After driving 30 minutes Ryan texted me to say the owner took the van on a weekend trip. Lost my business

If you ever find yourself looking for a car ask for him, wait or not, he is well worth your time and works hands on with you day or night. Well, I bought my 2015 Dodge Dart at Telegraph Chrysler in Taylor which deserves absolutely zero stars and I made this clear to their CEO in a scathing 6 page letter. My touch screen on my radio cracked, Telegraph Chrysler was trying to make me buy a whole new system for $800. Monroe Dodge was gracious enough to find a used cover and replace the cover only for $280. Unfortunately, even tho the cover looks great, my radio does not. Whomever worked on it did a very shotty job and now I have electrical shortages right and left with the radio, back-up camera, heating & cooling. I need to have my driver's side front tire replaced, called these guys, they were all too busy, I left a message to call me back because I was ready to purchase that tire and have it put on and eight hours later . . . NO CALL! I'm starting to think that all dealerships run the same . . . ON ZERO STARS!!!!!

Gotta love it, @ Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Superstore take your car in because it wouldn't start with the key at least 7 times, but it would start with the remote. They keep your car for 5 days, which by the way was on the paper for their loaner, Was told twice by the service tech that they "duplicated" the problem a couple of times, but no codes are showing .Then received a voicemail stating that the problem was "duplicated" a couple of times and at this point we don't know what's wrong with the car and they just cannot start replacing parts! Was transferred to the service manager and he states the problem WAS NOT "duplicated" and bring back the loaner because the problem is just intermittent and that if I am not happy with the car to take it back where I bought it!! Suppose to be able to take it to any Dodge dealer because it is still under FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY!! Hmmm... is it because they are paid a flat rate for service? Now I have to take it to another dealer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WHAT??? If I could give them zero stars I would! Went to start my car today and what a surprise, it didn t start again 7 Times!!!

So disgusted with this place. I was told that my break repair and tire rotation was going to be 400 and some change but guess what! once the work was completed and I went in to pick it up.. It was over 600.00! For breaks and tire rotation!!! How the hell did that happen!.. And they wonder why people think they are all crooks.
I had to take them down from 5 stars to one star, I would give zero stars were it an option...so heres what happened and why I'm so mad at them....
I have an extended care plan that I pay for. It covers synthetic oil changes. I took my vehicle there, they gave me conventional oil, I didnt catch it until a week after. I called them and notified them about their mistake. They told me "well we wouldn't know your coverage included synthetic until someone in billing sees it" I advised them that when a customer deals with a dealership that world class services and treatment are expected, I would expect that if I purchased this coverage from you that you would know what it covers when I take me car to you... excuses left and right. They never made it right. Basically I took a hit on a $100.00 oil change that I paid through my extended coverage, I took the vehicle back up there to give them another chance to make it right when another oil change was due and they failed, the just charged my coverage plan again. And the oil change took over 1.5 hours. Costumer lost for life, your done.

This place is a joke. After test driving a car we loved we decided to Apply for financing on a car we both loved. This was a horrible mistake, they ran my credit 7 times. Took two days to hear back after they said it would be a hour or two. When the sales guy did call back he couldn't tell me the approving bank or the terms of the loan. Umm what? Yes you can!
They tried to make us feel desperate and we had no options but to take a high interest loan. I went to another dealer and got approval right away at great interest rates.
While we were finalizing our deal on our new charger we found at another dealer. The Monroe dodge dealer called and finally told us our interest rates on the 200 we applied for.
A full 15pts higher then the deal we were about to sign.
Stay away from this place! He was clearly marking up intreat rates so he could make more money.

Really bad service all the time, we have to wait 3hrs for oil change..
My second visit to this place after purchasing a 2016 jeep. First one was because they sold us a car with a recall....I had to come back the next day to have it replaced or the manufacture warranty was no good. They also didn't tell us until the paperwork was signed.
The second was to get 1 tire replaced since we paid the warranty. I called a week ago to order the tire, they never called to say it was in. I called today and she said I could come anya after 10. We Came in at 1 and are just now leaving. The new tire psi is at 34. This is a horrible business!!!

Before coming to Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram I went to another dealership and my experience wasn t great and I felt like I wouldn t be able to get a vehicle.
