Worst after sale services with products don't care about the customers at all i have been trying to get a simple replacement and they aren't able to provide it even the regional service head of delhi shailabh kumar is not picking up my calls at this point I won't recommend you buying from here at all as they simply don't care for their customers

After a recent update from Asus the phone has been stuck on Asus logo and the consumer service is saying that get it repair in service centre.
The problem is after the update so asus should fix it but they dont even care. Every mail from asus is replied through a computerised mail. And they are not helpful at all .

Completely fraud group,they use to deal all cheapest product which is fully standard less.service quality is very poor even if under warranty.service center cant repair the major issues,they just suggest the customers to repair outside lol,what else........

Worst company selling faulty laptops to consumers. Hard disk crashes within 1 month and then the customer care does not bother to reply, they hang up the phone. The service center in Andheri East never answers the call. Dont fall in their trap

The after-sales service of Asus India is very bad....

The after-sales service of Asus India is very bad. I like their laptops but the after-sales is so pathetic that I would never by another Asus product in my life. I reported an issue with a new laptop about two months back and I still can t use the device, all they do is keep me waiting, send poorly trained engineers who can t diagnose the problem, phone calls are not returned and absolutely no sense of urgency (after escalating the issue I had to wait for two weeks for a phone call, this is company policy they say). On top of that, the engineers working on the device have scratched my laptop with their tools.

Asus - Worse Sales after service. Beware, buy at your own risk!

If you re in India, never buy Asus. While, there is no doubt that Asus innovates in design, but their products are not worth buying it. I bought a laptop, which in a year crashed. Due to lockdown, I couldn't contact them. When I was, their authorised service centre operating with 4 to 5 different brands under one roof, screwed with laptop to term it as unauthorised repair and then inspite of extended warranty, I am asked to pay half the price of the laptop. The service centre turned keyboard issues into motherboard failure.

Some points why you should'nt buy Asus in India:

Customer service is of no use!
No proper Escalation Email or contacts available like CEO Email for other brands!
Their authorised service centres are nothing more than a third party local repair shop, where any brands can be repaired.
In service centre, they don't check and let you know while booking it for repair and later they will term out of warranty/unauthorised repair and no way to prove if they have indulged into unethical practices.
Finally, their products though looks good but sucks because it doesn't last even a year.

So Beware folks, if you're buying Asus, consider this experience, or else you would regret like I did inspite of my friends warned me before buying this brand.

I off the worst company present in india Asus suck so does there customer service people they put you on hold and will never reply and the line get disconnected all the Asst manager and the sucks right from Gagan Yadav, Sadiq sheikh and the most chu**** was the manager Vipin Verma.

It's a very bad bad bad company in giving services. In my experience, I paid for Warrently extension still they are not providing me onsite service for my laptop and after buying laptop, within one month I am facing an automatic shut down problem in my lappi and they give a service for it but after using that thing, again I facing a same problem and still I am facing the same thing again again. Its a very bad experience. I am not gone suggest anyone to buy this laptop of ausu. Asus is a fraud company. Only fake promise they give to us and nothing will happen.

Terrible customer service, bought a new Asus gaming motherboard, stopped working within 3 months.

Ticket number: MBD INR1KB0347/K4M0INAM1637

The customer service gave a very old shabby motherboard as replacement, with soldering gum spilled all over.

when we asked for an explanation, the ASUS customer service center in center in Cunningham road says that that's their policy.

I feel cheated by ASUS, gave an almost new motherboard for repair they return an old shabby motherboard as a replacement, folks think twice before you buy motherboards from ASUS.

So much for their reputation in motherboard manufacturing.

I had a display static burt from inside in my laptop. The screen display quality is very poor. I baught a new laptop and within 4 days display was gone. I havent received any replacement from ASUS. Very dissappointed with the display qualty and couldn't trust this brand anymore.

Don't ever trust Asus service and customer support...

Don't ever trust Asus service and customer support as they cheat the customers by giving refurbished and bad parts as replacing while we give it for servicing .
I bought the premium Asus 6z phone and within 3 months the phone got dead and motherboard was replaced. Just after 1 month the phone got dead again and the service people are not at all giving replacement of the phone but just services to the product.
I understood that the motherboard they have replaced was defective and service was just worst.
Don't go to service center for your Asus service please go to court as they are not even beware towards law.

Terrible phone, extremely bad policies, bad hardware, useless battery and the support centre cannot do anything. My phone started malfunctioning since about 3 months from start and they say that they are unable to help or provide any warranty services as replacement of a phone as it is only valid for 7 days.

worst service and product asus zenfone . no scratch no damage no accident . logo fall down and when contact in customer care. they said go to service center they will replace back cover after diagnose. i visit service center only one man sitting he took mobile and look up and down , diagnose finish . he make a call and said we will charge to replace it. not its a single scratch but he did not want to listen. rude behave. totally unprofessional. didnt understand a person spent money to buy a product and after that they start asking money for services also and even in warranty. i will not stop here really i will put a case in consumer court. if did not got replace back cover. very dispointed.

I had purchased asus republic of gamers laptop of ...

I had purchased asus republic of gamers laptop of asus having model no ( gl552vw ). My recent RMA NO is ING2J40338.From the date of purchase i am facing so many problems with my laptop
1. Battery issue
2. After that again battery issue and asus service collect my laptop from my sight to their centre and that time my display got bloor from right side . Then again i have made complaint and my display got change and that display is not for my laptop model its of gl552jx model.
3. Still i am facing hanging and slow booting issue i that case my mother board got change 1st mother board was found dead on arrival at my sight.then engineer again ordered the new mother board and mother board replaced .
But the that mother board was also found defective because thier usb 3.0 port not work .
Asus i saying that their mother board are new and all come after quality check.
4. Speakers used by asus in service are not similar to genuine one i have attached the image .
And i am sure asus is using refurbished and bad parts in service .
So please provide me a solution regarding this inconvenience.
I am not going to repair my laptop again . With this kind of motherboards
Please provide me a solution for this.
I have already sent the mail to Mumbai headquarters of asus but again no response from asus .

If you want to experience the worst customer service in the world then you should buy an Asus product because it will definitely e get spoilt and then when you have to to engage with Asus customer care to return the product auto fix that product then you will realise how pathetic Asus is is a special mention for Ms Rajshree West India Manager for the absolute useless customer service that they are shown fake company fake products don't buy ever.

For those who don't know , these people are responsible for the sales of phones of on Flipkart , the phones are constantly out of stock , no varient with good RAM is available on time , The produce less units hence low sales , moreover they are willing to sell the product and this the reason for its failure in the past also , no good service provided , the phone might be good but not available .
