Bought a 2013 jeep wrangler unlimited nice jeep I got the 7 year 100.000 mile warrenty.it was 105 point inspected.new tires only 40.000 miles.when I was pulling out of the dealership.i turned on my lights.my radio went crazy.shut off lights radio worked fine.called them said to bring it out they would take a look.mind you 105 point inspection didn't catch the faulty radio.i also noticed the jeep pulled to the right abit.which they just put on nice tires.i asked if it was aligned.tjey said no they usually don't do that.but they also take a look at that.dropped it off Monday no rental car needed or asked for.picked up 2 days later.kevin service dept.radio was bad and it's 480 dollars to,replace it.then he told me that they switched tires around instead of alignment.and he said it was just fine.well it still pulls to the right and since I drove it off the lot like that.the warranty wouldn't cover it.first of all I never heard off putting on tires with,out a proper alignment.then the customer says it pulls to the right and they flip tires around.what a micky mouse service dept.wont be back.

I bought my car back in January, and since then th...

I bought my car back in January, and since then this car has caused me nothing but trouble. Within the last month, my car has been in and out of the service department four** times for the same problem. The second time that I picked my jeep up, I barely made it onto Monroe Street before my car stalled and I had to coast back into the parking lot. The last time I picked it up, it still showed signs of the same issue. I called the dealership back and they couldn't get my car back in for another 3 weeks! So I bring it in and they want to charge me for the diagnostic fee for a second time for a problem that was never fixed. The service department manager was no help and basically ignored us. Since my car wasn't throwing a "code" I had to agree to pay another fee. After all the hassle I went through with this place, I still have a car that isn't fixed and I will be taking it somewhere else because I would much rather pay somebody who knows what they are doing rather than deal with this dealership again. So, please save yourself stress, time, and money and take your car somewhere else for your service needs.

I just signed up for my 2nd lease with Monroe Dodge Chrysler Superstore. My salesman this time was Alex Spalding & he accommodated all of my requests with what I was looking for in a Jeep Grand Cherokee within my budget. He went above & beyond to provide top notch customer service. I live almost 2 hours away & he delivered my vehicle to my job, where I signed & made a very smooth transition. He is an AWESOME guy, very kind & easy going. Everyone that I've had encounters with at this dealership has been great. Ralph Mahalak Jr. is genuinely the most kindest, awesome man & A HUGE reason why I continue to do repeat business. I couldn t be happier with the experience I had here! I called and spoke with Mac before going into the dealership. He was very straight forward and willing to work with me! He had the Jeep ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The pricing was considerably cheaper than another Dealership I had visited. Brian was also extremely helpful. Each person I encountered while purchasing my vehicle was friendly and personable. They also even offered to set up an appointment to help me change the tops on my Jeep if I needed assistance. We will definitely go to Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Superstore for any future vehicle needs!!

When it comes to getting our Jeep serviced, they suck! Takes weeks to get an appointment. Then told on Wednesday, they need to keep until Friday. With Thursday being a holiday. Oh, and guess what!? No rental! Who leaves a family without a vehicle on Thanksgiving!? They Do! When you don't get repeat customers, might take a look at customer service within your service department!

Grateful to be able to replace one tire following a flat tire event on I-75 during a storm. Service Advisor Sarah Kampfer located the exact tire I needed. It was done quickly while my family and I waited at a nearby restaurant. Shuttle service to and from Dena s Family Restaurant was greatly appreciated.

Very unhappy. Tires were not rotated, key fob batteries were not replaced tried to charge extra for a item already charged for. Asked if rotors needed to be replaced and was told yes but never saw old parts . Spent 5000.00. Show me the parts that were replaced. How much was I scammed for????????????

Very not happy. Service advisor did not listen to what I said when I called them about my truck or the type of loaner vehicle I would need due to a back fusion. Finally 3 days later the Tec now knows what is wrong with my truck and can fix it but now have to wait on parts and I now have a loaner that makes it easier to get in amd out of. Now to see how this is going to all pan out and see how badly my total bill will be.

My truck was here for 39 days to have the turbo replaced. Roughly 2 2.5 weeks was not their issue as they had to wait for the warranty company to review it but the rest is on them. They had the part in house for over two weeks and the truck just sat. I had a rental for an extra two weeks because my truck sat. I was only going to give a 1 star but the young lady who was helping me behind the desk was an absolute saint and very much helped me and sympathized so she got the bonus star just because she was a rock star. I m going to another dealership in the future.

Well, let me first say we bought my wife's Chrysle...

Well, let me first say we bought my wife's Chrysler 300 in 2009 from Monroe DCJR Superstore. Today, I had it there to see why the heater was not working properly (not enough heat). We have a lifetime extended warranty also so we have a $100 deductible. Well I was told that they would check it out and it would be $100 if it was covered under warranty or $100 applied to service work if that was needed. I was then told that after checking everything out that it was my heater core that needed flushing and a coolant flush (not covered of course) and that it would cost $535 plus tax to fix. So minus my $100 diagnostic fee would be $435 plus tax. I told them I thought this price was excessive, REALLY excessive and that I would just pick up the car. Well, to make a long story short, I took it someplace else and they flushed the heater core with a garden hose (same way all shops do) unhook both heater hoses and put the hose up to 1 and flush and then the same to the other, going back and forth a few times, that's it! And turns out I didn't need a coolant flush. Total cost $40. That's right, I had the same outcome as I would have had I paid them $535 plus tax, so do the math and it's not pretty. Heater is working great now. Oh, and the time it took to fix, 1/2 hour. So, in essence, I will not be back there. And here's the kicker, after paying $100 I asked to at least have the car washed. I was told they couldn't because of the weather to which I asked "you mean to tell me that if a person came in here and bought a new car they would have snow still on it after you prep it out?" Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Didn t pressure us and even encouraged us to look for what we felt was the best truck for us. In the end we went with our RAM because we truly feel it is the best truck for us and are thankful for the service and time the associates at the dealership took with us through the entire way.

I was on a trip heading north when the uconnect system froze on my 2018 jeep grand cherokee. I brought my jeep here after the service dept left for the day. I explained my issues to the sales manager and two sales reps. They opened the service bay doors and allpwed me to bring the car in while the sales reps dosconnected the battery for me in order to restart the uconnect radio unit. Afterwards there was no issues and I can continue on my way up north! Thanks!

So I take my 2015 eco diesel to have a recall on the software performed. Within a couple hrs they call and say it was finished. I go pick it up for me to get a call from them with in minutes saying the tech forgot to finish one test. Once I leave my check engine light came on. I instantly called them and they explained I would have to wait about 2 weeks for the warranty to be in effect. So I did until driving down the road and get a message saying diesel exhaust filter 10p% full see dealership. I scheduled the 2nd recall to be serviced and as they are trying to fix my they had my truck from Nov 7th until today. On the 27th, the day before thanksgiving about an hour before closing I get a call saying my truck was finished. My husband was still at work. That very evening my husband had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital. He had called and spoke with ann and advised her that he works from 6am to 6pm 7 days a week so it's hard to get it in there during business hrs before the emergency health issue arised. She said it would be fine to drop off the next morning. I take the truck in this morning and get charged 212.00 for 5 days of car rental when there is only 3 days between the 27th to 30th. after they said we dont owe anything. And we never made it home before the check engine light is on again!!! Wouldn't not reccomend this place to anyone!

I have a 2105 Dodge Challenger from here and I absolutely love the car but I have had a lot of issues with the check engine light coming on. I have taken it in at least 4 times in the past 2 months for various lights coming on and every time I am told it s a different sensor. I have actually had them call me to tell me that my car is ready and have gotten there to pick it up and when I go to leave the same lights are still on!! Its very aggravating to take the care here when they aren t fixing the problem. I m not a mechanic but it seems pretty obvious that there is a wiring issue somewhere. I will not be taking any vehicle to this service department EVER AGAIN!!

Im too sad to give a review. I talked the Doge dealership up to my sister. And said good things about them...
I know it's raining outside. So when I took Genevieve (my car) in for an oil change, I asked for her to be washed. When I came back to get her I seen it wasn't done... And My sister laughed and all the good things I said made me look like a liar....the disappointment overwhelmed me. So I'm here at the local do it yourself car wash and I'm in tears... this small thing... like a complimentary wash like I asked for.. could have saved me time... and I wouldn't be soaked, and embarrassed and crying in my car...if they would have done what I asked. Is that the review you really want me to give.

I took my 2019 Dodge ram 1500 in for them to put running boards on they set an appointment and when I show up they said there were several recalls they would fix since I was there. They said it would take several hours instead of the initial hour. I said fine they sent me home with a rental car. Great. I get home they call and said they can't install my running boards after all. I go back to pick up my truck after they said they fixed the recalls. I drive it home and the next day I get in to go down the street and the truck starts making an awful loud noise. They were already closed so I return the next day first thing when they open still hearing the very loud noise. They said they did nothing wrong but will look at it. After 30 mins he returns said they took it for a drive and can't hear anything. I did not just make it up and it don't take 30 mins for it to magically disappear. I feel like they thought I was stupid and would not own up to their mistake.

Never thought I'd actually have something nice to say about a car dealership, but Mark was excellent! I called about a certain car I had found online and it had already been prepped and detailed by the time I got there. Jamie and Mark were both very communicative and responsive throughout the day. The entire process was thorough and transparent. They were able to match the interest rate from my bank, so I was able to drive it home on the same day. I would recommend Monroe Dodge to anyone!

I purchased my car from this dealership and this was my second time getting it serviced here. Pretty upset the mechanics left my leather steering wheel, center console, door controls and handle, and random other buttons (including the radio volume control) greasy...I could see every single thing they touched. Would have thought these guys would know how to handle a vehicle with leather interior, but evidently not. Pretty upset they also toyed with my information screen and changed the MPH to KMH as well as changed the radio station (easy fixes, but still why?). Is that why it took twice as long as I was quoted? I really didn t mind the time it took just really don t understand why my leather had grease fingerprints and smudges. Not a happy customer after today's experience.

After having visited two prior dealerships to have some emissions work under warranty and recall bulletins performed unsuccessfully, Monroe Ram was able to diagnose, repair, and update my diesel Ram promptly. My service advisor was very explanatory and communicated well on the progress of the repairs. If I need further service on my diesel Ram, I will definitely be going back to Monroe Ram.

Horrible, I made appointment at 11am to have a noise check out which my car was making the day I bought it from them. Well around 630am I haven't received any phone calls about my car. So I tried calling three times, first time someone told me still working on it (at 6pm). Second time (7pm) i couldn't get through. So I had service paged, then I was hung up. So I decided to drive there to get my car. 730pm no one could find the paperwork on my car. The night service guy left a note and gave me my keys back.

When you pull in for an oil change the employees were very annoyed that they had to help you, no one looked to acknowledge your presence, the guy in the front booth even looked to the back yelling someone else s name to help me, and he ran out the door the the main garage it seems to avoid helping, and once I get my Jeep back the full service you pay for wasn t completed. My tires we re still needing air, none of the fluids were topped off and my Jeep wasn t disinfectant, I think I will take my business to one of the other Jeep dealers from now on.
