I called 12 Ram Dealers seeking a Ram 1500. The guy's price was $90 a month more than the others with more restrictions on an inferior truck. I only dealt with one guy, but definitely disappointed in the price offered here. I can't discourage people from working with them, because they weren't rude. They simply weren't competitive.

Well I guess the third time over the past 20 years trying to make a purchase from this dealership is a charm. We started by texting, telephone calls and when we visited the used car department we were welcome, met our saleswoman Shirley R , she was busy but took time to show us the vehicle we were their to see, we were happy with the vehicle, they worked the numbers, at first we were not happy with the price on our trade in but she went back to management a few times and we settled in the middle, all and all it was a good experience, were glad it all worked out, thanks again Shirley and the management team.

The Service Dept did me right. They helped in every area and helped me with a Loaner. They def put me the customer first. I worked with Dan. He kept me informed during the process. I will be going back to them from now on. They get it right the first time

Stopped by today for my first oil change on my new...

Stopped by today for my first oil change on my new Jeep compass. Service very accommodating...took way less time than anticipated (good job James Bell). Then, called my sales rep (A.J.Garcia) and he took time to come visit me before I left the dealership. I really feel part of the "superstore family". This is my second car purchase at Monroe Dodge, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

We had the unfortunate experience of being in an a...

We had the unfortunate experience of being in an accident on Monday that totaled our wonderful 2014 Journey. We stopped by on Wednesday to see what it would take to get a comparable vehicle. Since we bought the car here I knew they would have a record of how it was equipped. JJ (Jeremy Jennings) got on his computer and said they had a Journey on the lot and he would be right back. He pulled up in a 2019 twin to our old car. He searched for all applicable discounts getting us a good price and contacted our insurance agent and upon a commitment from them we had our new car in our garage Thursday night. Thank you JJ and Monroe Superstore crew. Our 2014 Journey was wonderful because we sheared a telephone pole with the left front of the car. Only injuries were seat belt bruises and airbag rash. The car saved my family. Thank you FCA.

Great customer service and they had a great pre-owned car that was perfect for our family! Everyone we encountered was great. Mark L. is wonderful to work with! He was patient and supportive of me taking the car to have it looked over by a third party mechanic (it is a Toyota, so it was not Certified.) Any issues had already been thoroughly dealt with and the car received a super confident clean bill of health! Thrilled!

Service advisor was great! Service was um so-so ....

Service advisor was great! Service was um so-so . Asked for first oil and filter change and top off the DEF tank at charge. 1 other recall issue on a suspension part. Well, to be honest , Truck was finished on time, but mechanic didn't know how to check on the recall item. (another hour drive) .Got home and found puddles of oil dripping off bottom of motor, (I guess we don't clean up after our mess) and the top off on the DEF was filled, but of course found a crusty white line down the side of the pretty Delmonico Red paint (never wiped off). Obviously ABSOLUTELY NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I'm going to think hard about coming back on service work

I bought my 2017 Ram 2500 in May of 17 have had service here since , after the 22000 miles had to replace the tires even though I had them rotated at every oil change so they say, bought new tires and after 20000 miles tires are gone had them rotated every oil change , my master window switch has supposedly changed twice
Yet it still god out! Last time a week and a half ago they told me my problem was my batteries 523 and some change said it take care of the window switch problem. Window switch not rolling up once again! Popped the hood batteries don t look new and if they are why would you install batteries and not clean the post or terminals? I m beginning to believe I ve been duped!

I submitted an online request for information on a car. They contacted me, I emailed them back and then...crickets! I got follow up emails THREE DAYS LATER asking if I was satisfied and if the sales person had gotten all my questions answered. AND THEY DID THAT TWICE!! The second email even referenced the name of the sales person so I know they had all the information! Needless to say I bought a new car someplace else. The store might be called a "Super store!" but their customer service and attentiveness...is 100% not.

Update: I posted this same review on their Facebook page. They responded that I need to check my spam mail because they emailed me several times. AND ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW!! I had already emailed them and showed them the response I had sent to the sales person. And you can see above that I got their emails asking if Jamee had answered all my questions. So they are saying the treason must be I got all their emails before and after, but the email where the guy actually tried to help me I somehow mysteriously didn t get?! Ha! Awesome. I think this tells you exactly the kind of customer service you are going to get!

Wonderful experience. Got a better deal I thought was possible and customer service was amazing. Leased a new Jeep Gladiator. From Troy Maxwell with personal help from GM Brian Young. Nice to see him so involved with the customers. Finance was easy in and out less than 1 hour.

Went in for an oil change, Sara was thorough in checking me in and showed me a trick with my key that I never knew. They changed my oil, washed my car, cleaned the weather tech mats (because I couldn t get them out) and had me back on the road within about 45 minutes. I waited in the clean, tidy waiting area, where there was coffee, television and the most fabulous massage chair I ve ever sat in. It was like a carnival ride. The whole chair lifted and lowered as it gave me a massage that rivaled a good masseuse. I may go back occasionally and say there s something wrong with my car just so I can get a massage

Just leased a 2018 Journey...Alex Spalding was our salesman. This is the best experience we have had in leasing a vehicle. Alex was extremely thorough and professional. He had all the figures and options done before we even got there, which saved a lot of time. After the paperwork was completed, Alex then went with us to show all the workings of the vehicle. He spent a lot of time with us. He was amazing as well as the rest of the staff we dealt with.

Tom the finance manager was fast, efficient, kind, honest. He worked hard to get me a good deal and in a vehicle of my choice. His professionalism & knowledge was top notch. I can t say enough good things about the two of them. I m so thankful for there diligence & hard work. I m one very pleased customer and I couldn t ask for a better experience. Great customer service, EJ McCormick was the person I dealt with. EJ was very professional and courteous. I took my Ram in for some recalls and EJ was great at scheduling a time that fit my needs, I never felt in any way he was trying to fit the needs of the dealership. I also had some other issues taken care of at the time. Everything was corrected and EJ communicated throughout the day with me several times with the progress. Couldn t ask for a better experience.

Worst experience ever buying a Certified Pre owned...

Worst experience ever buying a Certified Pre owned vehicle. Buyers beware! They want your money! They don t care what happens after that! They do not stand behind their product. Had my truck in 2 weeks after I bought it and was told nothing was wrong with the squeaks and grinding in my brakes. Two weeks later had the truck back in to find out sway bar was lose and caliber brake bracket had to be replaced. They removed my caliber bracket and my pads busted in half. Funny how nothing was wrong! Back again only to be told that spring noises in the bed of my truck are normal! You don t have to be a mechanic to know, it isn t. I would not want anyone else to have the experience I had. My advice, find another dealership!

A huge THANK YOU to JODI COCAGNE we cant be happier! Went back 3 months later and bought a VW Passat from the Amazing Jodi Cocange Previous post was 5 stars for the purchase of the vehicles (update) today 07/21/20 I brought the Passat in for its first oil and things didn't go very well!! First off members of the service department can't drive manual transmissions stalled it many many times and then rode the clutch really bad, finally car gets in the back for the oil change. The car was written up at @ 10:43am 1and 1/2 hours later Scott my advisor came and said we dont have your oil filter, and I said I figured that out already! They have these signs that say we service all makes and models even showed my brand Volkswagen but they dont have the basic products on hand to service all the makes and models that they advertise for.. finally oil change is done car comes out I'm sitting outside on a bench in between the service and used cars area i see something is hanging down from under the it's the inspection cover I tell Scott that its hanging this is now 12:26pm scott takes my car back to the front of
the service where it sat for 15 mins they fix it I pulled out of that lot @12:48 pm and my oil maintenance light was never reset!! communication is the key to success for the service team. I'm a Service and parts Manager for a Honda dealership and was previously service manager for a Toyota dealership, Ive been a technician for over 25 yrs. This should've never happened

The assistance you receive at this dealership is outstanding, I had no trouble finding the car we wanted , our salesman Chad Reigle answered every question we had and helped my wife understand some of the new fetchers this new Jeep Grand Cherokee had, after that she felt very comfortable sitting behind the wheel .we also got to meet the Service Manager Terry Kaufman and talked about the service end . between the sales department and the service department we feel very comfortable at Monroe Dodge and would recommend this establishment to every one. This dealership is horrible, racial discrimination and dishonest. I talked to the sales man his name is Mark, before I go there he told me the car is 46,000 with free delivery, when I was settled with him, he changed his words and says it will be more! He tells me that he is not going to do 46k anymore???!!! I show him the text massage that he refuse to admit it. OMG... unbelievable!!! Even more, he went crazy, he and another salesman Dave shout at me few times:"do you understand English?" just because I`m an Asian.

Troy Maxwell was amazing!! He did everything and anything and still went above and beyond to get me into a new vechile yesterday! Definitely worth the wait!!! Everyone there was absolutely amazing and so helpful! Tom in financing did a outstanding job! I couldn t be more pleased with everything those two gentlemen did for me!!!
