I bought my car back in January, and since then this car has caused me nothing but trouble. Within the last month, my car has been in and out of the service department four** times for the same problem. The second time that I picked my jeep up, I barely made it onto Monroe Street before my car stalled and I had to coast back into the parking lot. The last time I picked it up, it still showed signs of the same issue. I called the dealership back and they couldn't get my car back in for another 3 weeks! So I bring it in and they want to charge me for the diagnostic fee for a second time for a problem that was never fixed. The service department manager was no help and basically ignored us. Since my car wasn't throwing a "code" I had to agree to pay another fee. After all the hassle I went through with this place, I still have a car that isn't fixed and I will be taking it somewhere else because I would much rather pay somebody who knows what they are doing rather than deal with this dealership again. So, please save yourself stress, time, and money and take your car somewhere else for your service needs.
