Very not happy. Service advisor did not listen to ...

Very not happy. Service advisor did not listen to what I said when I called them about my truck or the type of loaner vehicle I would need due to a back fusion. Finally 3 days later the Tec now knows what is wrong with my truck and can fix it but now have to wait on parts and I now have a loaner that makes it easier to get in amd out of. Now to see how this is going to all pan out and see how badly my total bill will be.
