Urgently needed renovation, rooms especially in very poor condition for this hotel. Nice location, facilities great, friendly staff, parking super.

Sjajno mjesto za vas to tra ite wellness/spa i odli nu tradicionalnu hranu. Spa meny je ogroman i nudi najmanje 20 razli itih oblika masa a i paketa. Personal je ljubazan i uslu an. Probao sam jedino hranu u pansionskom restoranu to je u obliku vedskog stola i sjajna je. Veliki je izbor slanih i slatkih jela sa izvrsnom ponudom pi a. U sklopu hotela je jo jedan restoran sa velikim izborom to nisam testao. Jako puno familija sa malom decom ne samo u ovom hotelu negu u cijelom naselju.

to mi se ne svi a sa hotelom je da se u na oj sobi osjetio dim od cigareta. To mi jako smeta po to niko od nas ne pu i.

Hotel se nalazi u samo centru tj u bu noj okolini. U sobi nije bio AC to zna i da je prozor bio uvijek otvoren (radi mirisa cigareta i radi sve eg vazduha). No ima nije mogu e spavati mirno po to buka iz okolnih kafi a se uje do sitnih sati, poslije toga uju se pijani posetioci to idu ku ama i najkasnije negde u zoru dolaze sme ari to prazne brojne kontejnera.

Excellent and in my opinion the most beautiful, best and biggest hotel in Zlatibor. It is luxurious and great. But a small complaint is that the prices are too large and that few people can afford this hotel. The other way around is the place. It is near the center more or less.

Nice hotel. Staid one night here and for me was Ok. The room was clean and wifi was...ok

Spacious meeting room. With a baby of six months we arrived, a crib was waiting in the room. Kindly staff and delicious food (dinner and breakfast). We recommend, overwhelming.

An excellent hotel worth visiting for 2 things. The first one is excellent food, and the other spa center with jacuzzi and sauna. Be sure to use the spa, even if you are not staying at this hotel.

We had high expectations, but we are not satisfied with the service!

Our husband and I visited our husband at the end of March 2019, using their offer of standard rooms with swimming pool and spa center, based on bed and breakfast (buffet table) for 3 days and 2 overnights for 100 euros per person and we are very satisfied. The hotel is clean, the food is good, the staff is perfect. In addition to the above, the hotel also has a large playroom that benefits parents with small children. The price-service relationship is fully appropriate, bearing in mind that this is a tourist center. The breakfast is large and in the spirit of Zlatibor - read, strong :)
I highly recommend the use of pool and spa services in the afternoon, specifically after 18 hours because there are no children at that time and the atmosphere is more intimate, mostly with couples.

The best place at Zlatibor ! Comfor, excellent service, nice food, very nice conference hall.

Great food with good quality. Especially special was the 20% discount if you call after 5pm to reserve a table for dinner at the same evening.
The server was really nice and friendly and made great suggestion for the dessert: chocolate surprise.
Nest time we will go again.

Great Hotel, great spa, but so many people over there!

They are very popular but if you have to wait for spa more that 2 ours ...

Too cold in the rooms. Heating is limited to 23 degrees and guests freeze and complain.

Excellent ambient, top restaurants Vila and Perun with wonderful food and music, friendly staff, quality domestic wines ... terrace flying for real enjoyment.
