The best hotel on Zlatibor! In a nice place. Everyone is very helpful and kind. The food is fantastic! Playroom and spa center are great!

The wellness is very nice, the staff of the whole hotel is very friendly. Immediate contact is always pleasant. I miss some old workers.

Not even close 4 stars ,only 3 stars ,I had Standard room first it was terrible like nasty small,no ac no heating ,I changed to superior the room was okay but the ac unit was off and it was so cold ,okay hotel pool is fine. For that money isn't 4 stars . Definitely go to Tornik for same money 2x better
Don't thinks about Spa super cold water in pool cuz they saving energy .

Sometimes a great hotel, unfortunately now far below expectations: dirty rooms, paucinas, fleches ...
Food is not even a flash as it used to be ...

It's not as good as it used to be. The room on the ground floor is poor, with furniture that has started to disintegrate and a toilet that is uncomfortable. Saving is felt every step, first on the pool where the sauna is added, and then on breakfast, a big difference compared to only two years earlier. Exit from the room until 11 am ...

The clean and tidy hotel but the rooms that are older have a problem with ventilation so unpleasant smell comes from the siphon and drainage tubs. The toilet is neat and pleasant but the water in the pool is not the bass hotest. Delicious food at the hotel level with 4 *

Saturday, and at the hotel there is a hilti busil from 11 am until now with interruptions of two three minutes. All the other impressions faded me.

Excellent hotel on Zlatibor.Restaurants for everyone. Swimming pool and wellness center for everyone's taste. In the center of Zlatibor. There is a bus, market, shops.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location in the center of Zlatibor. Good choice for families to have children, there is a swimming pool, and Jacuzzi (included in the price) and a playground. Choose periods out of season for a much more favorable price. There is a possibility of full board, food excellent and very versatile, on the basis of a buffet.

The food is still at a high level, the rest could be a little refreshed .

The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the food in the restaurant Perun . Service and accommodation was not worth of price, definitely. Cleanliness od the room was not up to standard. Dirty carpet, mold in the shower. Mini bar in the room - no complains. Breakfast cold, doesn t matter at what time you will choose to have breakfast during opening hours should be, at least, warm. Not very friendly staff. Spa very small. Bar team is in charge for giving massage, too, which doesn t have any sense. In the same uniform to serve drinks and to work in the spa, ridiculous.

Nice hotel with excellent food (recommendation - take full board). The hygiene definitely has to work out, the rooms we received were not clean, and for 3 days of stay there was not once cleaned room.
Drinking in the hotel is extremely expensive, do not have anything to drink here but in the cafes next to.
The Spa is excellent, although it should not sting and massage the massage every 10 minutes.

Not so sutisfyed. The spa and swimming pool are small. Strange rule children not allowed after six. Big children playground. Food generally good. If your room is above the taverna, you will not be able to sleep until they close at midnight. The personnel disorganized. I wouldn't recommend it.

A beautiful place surrounded by pine forest. Which gives a lot of possibilities (pool, restaurant, sauna, etc ...)

Disgraceful place and most staff (cast individuals)! As soon as we entered the room we noticed traces of sperm on the pillows and asked us to talk with some of the safes, the deputy director came and tried to convince us that it was a deterdzent !? When I tried to wash my hands, I saw that the sink was punctured, I entered the shower to stretch out the shower when you were thrown! Since we had a home lover we were treated as if we had dogs we had to go in and go out to get into the back door that only those who have a lover !!! One day the rain was falling and we wanted to take the child to the playroom located within the hotel and work from 1 pm, but we found there a notice that the game room is only working from 3 pm. I called the gentleman who tried to convince me that it was a detergent on the pillow and asked him how he now issued a playroom for the birthday, and we were included in the price of the gentleman, and explained to me that they can do whatever he wants and I dropped my headphones !! ! On one occasion we did not have a card (key) from the room and I went to the reception and tried to get an explanation of why we paid 106,000 dinars in 7 days. We get the room standard dirty and smelly (because it felt sewage) and a gentleman from Novi Sad who pens chatting with some of the staff in the hotel got an extra good room just because she called on the name of the same and that for 30% cheaper than us, gentlemen or gentlemen was arrogant and in the stage "you always fight something you should be proud of you u moni "!!! I was kindly trying to explain that the security had been sent to the end of the parking lot, and if there were free places in front of the hotel entrance only because we had a middle-class car and when I sarcastically scrambled "the signs of the poor in the mud," the concerned gentleman shrugged and responded "how it is so" !!!! I forgot to mention that children are allowed only up to 6 pm at the pool because of the opportunity later come "in love with couples who left and trace on the pillow" couples and do not want to be disturbed !!! All in all the rest that he needed to let us down brought us great stress and nervousness, and our personal opinion is that Mona was exclaimed and that there is going exclusively to prove and show there is no word about a holiday because Mona is nothing but a place to rest !!!!! I warmly recommend to the Slovenians and Austrian brothers (Tyrol) before that we were on Tyrol hotel 4 * for a few days, which is incomparably better and the staff is incomparably more friendly and can not be compared to the two hotels we paid a night of 150 euros while we were summoned to Mono 160 euros! ! Never again on vacation in our beautiful country we do not go !!!!!

The restaurant is great, and ambiance, and food, and staff.

Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are let s say ok. Restaurant and food are decent. Spa zone is relatively small, combining the fact that spa is open type ( not only for hotel guest) it is very crowded. Hotel has and children playground with animators. Also it is open type, so it is very crowded. Taking all into account price is to high for this kind of service. I didn t come back to this hotel. I switch to the another hotel. At least, Zlatibor is full of accommodation and has few really good hotels.

My wife and I spent a wonderful extended weekend at the Mona Hotel. Due to the new behavioral rules due to the virus, everything was somehow strange and shifted from the normal state. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and it can be seen that they also wanted to work after a long break.
