I'm always happy to come back. The rooms are comfortable ... food fresh, tasty and varied ... well organized Wellness Center .... professional and friendly staff ... good prices within the package.

Especially suitable for families with small children ... for them there is a nice playroom ... and for the youngest there are also feeding chairs.

A novelty for me is Mona's leather goods store within the hotel, for which guests receive a voucher for a 10% discount (maybe a few percent more ).

There is also the possibility to bring a pet. Over time, guests will also learn the house rules that apply to pet friendly service.

What can be uncomfortable is the construction site near the hotel ... luckily there were no works due to the Easter holidays.

The staff is the best, Dragan and the other staff at the restaurent are really polite and proffesional, there was an old man who wasnt so nice, grumpy, arrogant, but he was the only one, the rooms are nice and clean and the cleaning staff is great, the pool was nice but we could go only once a day for 2 hrs, that wasnt mentioned to us before

The service is great, as for the reception, waiters, playrooms, they are really kind ... Food is also great. What should be corrected is room hygiene, the bathroom is not maintained as it should, it also does not vacuum as it should.

Spacious hotel in the city center. Ideal for staying in Zlatibor with small children. The children's ski center is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel, although other necessary services - exchange offices, shops, restaurants. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and a phenomenal playroom for children. The pool is not great, but it is still sufficient and very interesting for children. After 18 hours children are not allowed access to the pool and rarely when it is crowded.

Mona is one of the best hotels in Zlatibor. It has an excellent spa center, and especially needs a pool that is large enough and varied. The breakfast at the Mona hotel deserves the highest rating and it is a pleasure to enjoy it on the terrace when the weather is nice. The ethno resoran that is part of the hotel is great. The children's playroom is large enough.
