Acceptabile hotel. Food ... Looks like industrial ( even a-la-carte ). Wellness is a joker. Hammam is stinky.

Nice hotel, nice swimming pool, nice staff, great food. Sometimes, the water disappeared on Zlatibor 26/7 December and hotel all night and did not have any water all day, it was stupid, but it's the fault of the municipality but the hotel must always have water and especially in the season, the rest is all right, we could have a little more musical evenings in the restaurant to organize.

Super spa center and beautiful playroom for children.

Nice hotel. Water temperature in spa is not close to declared one.

Room furniture could be replaced by a newer one. Staff friendly, SPA for every compliment.

For years I have come to Mona Hotel, both privately and in business. The quality of the service is always high, and the food is what we internally call the "host" :) An excellent hotel for family holidays and congress tourism. #prepaid

Children's pool is banned after 18 h and the hotel propagates family weekends !!!
The food is bad for a hotel with this star rating !!!
Breakfast is solid in the first half hour, after empty plates !!!

Super ljubazno osoblje. Sobe onako. Cisto jest al malo wc i namjestaj dotrajao. Bazen super voda, sauna super.

U u kan hotel. Good Swedish Stand. Good restaurants. Rooms are small.

Accommodation ok. The only complaint is that smoking is allowed in the rooms so that it stinks and is very suffocating and bothers non-smokers.

Everything is great at the hotel, swimming pool, sauna, the size of superior rooms .. I'm disappointed with Perun Restaurant, it was all average or below average .. Soup 2 smells of oil, pumpkin pumpkin 4, bean sausage 1, cevapcici 3 .. All without taste, spice .. 3 guests in the restaurant, we waited a total of 35 minutes for a meal .. Beans without form, sliced, no salt .. Indirectly I was "expelled" to eat around the environment .. The game room is for 5 ..

Extremely nice and pleasant ambience. Hotel staff friendly and serviceable. They also have a playroom for children with various contents and animators who can read the kids for some time. The rooms are extremely clean and neat (otherwise it can not be considered a hotel category) and the food is superb.

Spa centers are not special for this money, you have better for cheaper money. Water in the pool is cold.

Great location, super service. Spa center for all praise, for outside guests 3 hours use 1.500 dinars per person, sauna, gym, swimming pool included in the price. The hotel has a playroom for children.

Hotel in the heart of Zlatibor, nicely decorated, clean. The Perun restaurant within the hotel has a quality menu with a large selection of dishes. Within the hotel is a playroom where you can safely leave your child while you are in a restaurant or wellness area.

An average hotel. Good choice of tasty food, veg and fruit. Comfortable rooms and conference facilities.

Overall experience is very good. Hotel is nice and clean, has a central location, however the worst customer service I have ever experienced so far. Due to circumstances (state of emergency in Serbia) we were kindly asked to leave the hotel one day before, which is understandable, but they forgot to tell us that all other amenities will be canceled as well. Today , I had an massage scheduled directly with front desk, when I went down to the Spa I was told that is impossible to have it done because they are closing the hotel, also they were dumping the pool and jacuzzi. Later on , we went down to have dinner at usual time , around 7pm , restaurant was closed, which again is ok if that is how needs to be done. But for 100 $ BB at least , for Serbian standard, I m expecting communication to be At least I m average level. If they can call me at 2 pm on my cell phone when Is a resting To bring my passport , for the thing they messed up, they could inform or send a letter advising about the changes.

The hotel is great, but it's already ripe for renovation! Pool, all-day activities for children, playroom, everything is great. The breakfast is plentiful and good with authentic dishes of the end. Supplements for dinner are too expensive and even for children, which is not a practice.
