Very poor customer service. They do not open trade account before you invest $1500 in their samples! They position themselves very snobby and not open for the business if you are not a "big dog". I think it is a very disappointing attitude toward potential business partners in a country where main businesses are small or medium size companies. I recommend to deal other companies as Hemptech or Warwick which are more open and supportive to the growing local companies and also carry a good range of fabric.

James Dunlop have the best customer service and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their fabrics are all very high quality, and so beautiful!
