Here I want to show my anger and disappointment regarding Opel.

In 2010 I bought an Opel Insignia because every week was Porto / Lisbon and vice versa on the highway.
Advised me (badly) the dealer Auto Industrial who advised me to buy the Insignia said, it was a sturdy car, he was at ease 300,000 to 400,000 KLMS smoothly and ... will give buy said top-notch.
At 40,000 klms had to be replaced the flywheel, clutch etc. (guarantee)
To 87,000 klms have to change again the same wheel and clutch ... and battery.
I made the complaint and they made merchant's ears and even more serious they said that everything happened by misuse ... I felt insulted,
but always trying to get a guarantee, it was not given and the manager
He tried to get me to buy another Opel giving this exchange, but here I lost my temper and said what came to mind eventually OPEL say NEVER.
Dei order to repair said top to 87,000 range which is KMLs
Good to go to ... SLAUGHTER.

I have a 2011 Opel Astra J, it was necessary to replace the entire clutch system - (bi-mass, plate, disc, thrust bearing and hydraulic pump for the clutch pedal). All of this was in Portugal, then I wanted to replace a tube + an orringo + union for the same system, there is none in Portugal, Germany had to be asked for, it has been requested for more than 48 hours, it was supposed to arrive today, it did not arrive and give AS FORECAST the next Monday. I mean, it may not come. However, as it is a work vehicle ... it is causing damage!
THIS IS THE RESPECT THAT GERMANS HAVE FOR PORTUGAL !!

Today I checked that I needed to reset oil level., I went to, ropes and sons, dealer, and response ,,,, Today is "Opel customer day" there are no oil changes. (I can understand it's Saturday), but they say they can not sell oil either, but they could do a free check-up, I had to go to the competition, force "client's day".

I had the sad idea to buy the new OPEL CORSA on gasoline .... regrettably I bought 4 for RENTACAR .... huge engine problems, only 16,000 km, another without oil at 7800km, as well as:

1-Compression problems engine power, when reaching 3000 revs loses power and does not develop, representing a danger !!!

2- Cable next to brake pad, broke and disappeared ..... is not covered by warranty, I have to pay,

3 - I was asked if I wanted to do the service, with 16 000k, (although the service goes up to 30.000km), to check if the problem is solved .... I paid 160 ..... this with 16.000km. ..... and the problem still persists ...

4 - Finally said that the problem is due to the candles that are in trouble ....... this with 16,000km ..... warranty does not cover, I will have to bear the cost.

Finally, after these car problems, engine irregularities, strange noises, one of them 7800km oil-free, I researched other RENT A CAR about this car, and of course as expected, many are seriously concerned about the cars they just bought. , as there are similar problems and worse, and the OPEL PORTUGAL GROUP, it seems that does not take the damage, many cars have serious problems in Madeira, many want to leave the cars there in the park.

I think the GROUP will have to think of a very quick solution in the face of numerous complaints, the attitude of the GROUP is worrying !!!. I personally don't know how I will monetize the cars. I just hope that the brand changes its procedure ..., many already say that they no longer buy these cars to rentacar.

Right now I have a car that is still in the brand, with a 360 unpaid bill, a car that has barely driven, I am seriously considering switching these cars for another brand, but as such competition already knows the problems of the OPEL and will have to sell for a ridiculously low value.

300,000 or 400,000km ?! I have a 2010 Badge whose engine died in December at 118,000km ... 118,000 !!! And Opel says it was due to normal engine wear and that it has to be replaced !!! A shame!!! It takes 1 star because you can't give less ...
