Waste of time waiting for the whole day to collect your box. At the end of the day, nobody shows up and nobody even bother to call that they cannot pick up your box on the same day. Poor service!!!

Very bad service, refuse to call manager to resolve issue. Double collection of money, lie to customer to make a trip down and never pay. Had to threaten them with police, then they return. this kind of business ethics wont bring them far. Use them if you have so much free time and extra cash for all the bus/mrt that they deem is free. They think the boss time is very valuable but not the customer. i wish him all the best in his health.

Driver needs training in this service industry Frequent use of Low level language affecting senders emotionally, generally customers is boss, Sir, We need and appreciated your services, we thank you for your continuous support, however, A little thought for the senders should be encouraged and considered by your transporting team too,

The online booking system for empty box delivery and box pick up is convenient. They also wrap the box with clear film to protect in from water damage. However, their package tracking page is not up to date; you have to call them to get the latest update on your shipment. Also, their customer service team is unable to handle the number of calls during peak periods (Christmas and New Year). When you finally manage to get a hold of their staff, the shipping updates that they give is unclear and inconsistent. If you are sending your balikbayan box to Mindanao, I'd recommend that you use another courier company. This company took more than two months to deliver the box bound for Davao. It would have been further delayed hadn't I persistently followed up and e-mailed Metrobox for updates.

Waited entire day till 11pm, they never arrived to pickup the box. Very unprofessional

Poor service.Trying to call them so many times and nobody oock up calls

No one calls you if they will not be able to pick up the box on specified date.You cant leave the house the whole day waiting for them .At the end of the day , they didnt show up no call , nothing.

Tried calling them for a day to pick up my box, nobody answered, phone just ringing, very very unprofessional, do not personally recommend.

Get the box so that i can send all my things in the phil .

they need deposit for their boxes?and they cannot accept bank transfer also...whyyyyyyy

Arranged for pick up the boxes, waited until 8pm nobody called me. Had tried calling all their contact available, nobody is answering the phone. Super unprofessional service.

Very very poor the service in delivering box always very late
