Very poor customer service. They do not open trade...

Very poor customer service. They do not open trade account before you invest $1500 in their samples! They position themselves very snobby and not open for the business if you are not a "big dog". I think it is a very disappointing attitude toward potential business partners in a country where main businesses are small or medium size companies. I recommend to deal other companies as Hemptech or Warwick which are more open and supportive to the growing local companies and also carry a good range of fabric.
