Novo doesn't value my life. They try to kill me and my friends every damn day.

Many of the insulin pens that I've received from this company have been defected and break on the inside; which is causing wasted money and lots of effort spent to get replacements only to have them break on me as well.

Great benefits, salary, and working physical environment. Used to be great, including work-life company culture, and appreciation of insights and opinions. During the last few years of my approximately 10 years of employment, I discovered you need to be a yes person and know how to use corporate-speak to survive. Management tends to perseverate on the picayune, rather than the "big picture." If you take short-term disability, your job is quickly marginalized upon return. The company claims to be patient-centric, but only for the patients outside of the company and not inside the company.

Their products are killing me slowly . They decline the pills for diabetes to give you man made Insulin that smells like glue .I rather not take anything at all than to use their unsafe man made insulin products . They do not care about people they only care about making money . Everyone that reads this should not use their man made insulin products . Beware .
