Great food, drinks, atmosphere and a fantastic place for a night out.

Love this place. Although I seem to win more at Sands casino in Allentown

I don't gamble or often come up here, but when I do, I am impressed by the many restaurant/cafe options plus I am always impressed with the artwork, and the hotel/conference center area. I have been up here for job interviews and one job fair, but the place is well-kept and there is great variety for everyone's budget.

Yeah, it's just ok. Slots are tight. Table games minimum is too high.

A great place to be everyone so helpful and friendly, and the slot machines were nice to me as well...... I can't wait to get back down there again.....

In and out to purchase a restaurant gift card at Ruth Chris steakhouse. I was present my receipt with a guest check like a tip was expected.

Standard casino. Lots of old people and it stinks like smoke throughout the whole facility. Lots of over-priced food options and many, many slot machines and gaming tables. I personally don't agree with these types of places, but it is a good way to kill an afternoon.

Floor managers at table games have. Atrocious manners to customers - drinking a soda they. Yell not talk. To pull mask back up. "Then how do i drink my soda? Through my ears" ---
I walked out --- yes i created a scene to embarrass them to berate them. Not. To talk to customers that way --- then i walked out. Dont go there unless you want to be treated like an dog. Yes. Despicable. Absolutely absolutely dispicable

Very nice small casino. Could use a few more table game especially 3 card poker.

Hotel was very nice, very spacious. Very calm & cool atmosphere.

Clean and we'll kept. The staff was very helpful on room issues. They need to fix the automatic bathroom light though. It comes on automatically. In the middle of the night that doesn't work get well . There may have been a way to disable it, but it was not obvious.

Good casino.. I live local so always nice to get away even if it's right down the street.

The party space was okay. The food wasn't too good.

If you like to waste you're money then I'm sure you would like this place. However I dont like to gamble so not a fan.

The buffet was one of a kind! Prime rib with 1/8 of fat on it! So tasty! The Bay scallops will Old Bay Season on it, wow. Egg rolls hot, delish, with sweet&sour sauce. Salad item's we're very fresh, healthy. Homemade soup's hot and tasty. Very, very clean buffet! Serving spoons to get your item's we're always clean! Now the server's really go all out in making sure you are taken very good care in drink's clearing your dishes up, getting extra napkin's for all at your table not just for one person. Now everyone's favorite the desserts. So many different items there so make a little room to enjoy two or three small samples with a cup of hot coffee to end your experience. Do NO forget to tip your server at least 20% to 40%! They work hard even though you pick out your own different foods. And the person who cuts your meat he is very helpful in tell you about all the delish's dishes there on the buffet. So go and relax, enjoy yourself at this buffet. I did.

Played slots. Very tight machines. No pay. I gave it 2 stars because it is a nice place.

We went to the "In the Kitchen" show at Rustic Kitchen. The food there is always amazing and the show was entertaining.

It is a little confusing getting here. Signs are small and fail to direct you to the entrance. Good luck guessing whether you're parking near the casino or the hotel.

The first thing I noticed upon entry to the casino was an inescapable smoke smell.

I suppose I should be flattered that it took no less than three staff members a total of fifteen minutes to determine that I am over 21. And that's with me presenting legitimate picture ID immediately upon entry. Other staff was cold when approached, and far from welcoming, except in one of the stores I entered. Staff need customer service retraining.

This is not one of the larger casinos. There is a disproportionate amount of senior citizens compared to other people, so most everyone moves slowly. The non-smoking sections still have carryover smoke odor; better ventilation is needed.

Despite both checking online and "verifying" over the phone, this location would no permit the redemption of Momentum Dollars earned at another Mohegan Sun.

Regarding the layout, when you make your way into the center of the building where the slots are, you will find a bar area at the core. Expect to stay inside there a while, not because there is anything particularly aluring inside (shops and dining are around the circumference), but rather because of the labyrinthine fence they have keeping you penned inside the slot area.

Overall, I was disappointed; Mohegan Sun does better at other locations.

On the plus side, when I visited the bathroom, I found it was kept clean. The floors are also mostly free of debris. The lights are slightly dimmed to a pleasant degree, and not to the point where you might not recognize your spouse.

I did not stay at the hotel at this location, so this review does not reflect it.

A Nice well rounded casino the dinning inside was most excellent!

It is a good atmosphere and does have friendly staff. However, during this covid time, if you play tables I would not recommend traveling to come. Only one side of tables were open, not enough table space, and if you like playing blackjack for less than $25 a hand good luck getting a spot. There were people waiting to get on the blackjack tables and dealers at tables that no one wanted to play. When asked about possibly opening more blackjack tables we were told not enough staff. If you decide to stay in the hotel, they do not have refrigerators. We travel here all the time to play instead of going to the casino near our home but these last few times the experience was not worth it. It will be a long while before we come back if we come back.

I agree with the complaining that the smoke is stifling. It seems smoking is allowed everywhere except the entrance. Why not try having no smoking week and see how it works.
And as far as the slots go, there are too many new, strange ones. Everytime we come the machines are either moved or replaced. Plus, the lowest amounts on many machines is getting higher. Not many people want to play 75 cents as the low on a penny machine.
Timbers food is great. It seems to be the highlight of our day. We also appreciate the free breakfast sandwich.
Despite all my ranting, it's still my favorite casino.
Will keep returning, but it would be nice to see some changes.

Nice overnight rooms but expensive drinks. Payout at the casino isn't great either.

Nice place to hit the slots, enjoy the buffet and relax. Lots of restaurants and slots and gaming for all tastes

If you're going to charge for valet parking use that money and hire more help. I sat in line to valet for 40 minutes .

Very clean! Hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes available throughout the establishment. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED THE WAY THEY HANDLED RE-OPENING DURING THE PANDEMIC.

The event I attended I'm the Grand Ballroom was top notch. The food was excellent and the service very professional. Kudos to the valet guys. It was very cold out but they hussled to take and return my car. Mohegan Sun at Pocono gets 5 stars.

I love the atmosphere. I was carded entering which I expected but I was also carded while exiting lol guess they were being thorough.

This is a really great hotel! It can be a little on the pricey side, but well worth it. IPads in every room and very clean. For whatever reason, this is the first hotel room in years that I didn't touch the thermostat. The temperature was great and it was set just the way I liked it. The facility itself is very clean. It's nice to have a casino with all the non casino niceties it brings. We did a wine tasting, had a great dinner and saw some really funny comedians. All very close to home! I never thought I would say this, but thank God for casinos! I didn't even gamble $1, which the casino probably wouldn't want to know. Highly recommended!

Small side story. I went to the vending machine and bought two bottles of water and a package of M&M's. The water bottles came out, but the M&M's got stuck. I brushed it off. I called down for extra pillows and mentioned it to the person that brought the pillows, two minutes later the front desk called and asked about the M&M's. They apologized and brought me a brand new pack to my room. Excellent customer service!

Poor service. No one knew where we should go when we asked for directions. Not that we lost all the time but felt like we were met to lose as all the time. Hope next time will be better.

Good variety of machines. I didn't have very good luck.

If going to Breakers, be sure to order Blue Moon instead of Miller Lite, it's only $0.50 more.

Wonderful atmosphere with a variety of dining, great housekeeping and valet staff. The only only thing I would change is the odor control (nuetralizer) for the cigarette smoking.

Room was amazing very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only suggestion would be that there is some form of information guide in the room it was our first stay so some information about amenities and how things work would have been useful.

Always have a good time, even though I always deposit money instead of winng.

Beautifully situated in the mountains. Very modern, very active hotel and casino. Limited days on casino buffet, however...

Meh. To much cheap cologne, boot cut jeans and gold chains. And that's the women!

Go to Mount Airy. Better staff there. Room was decent. Casino staff, not so much.
