Too much renovations. You couldn't get to a lot of the machines.

Service at Timbers Buffett was great but food quality and selection was horrible.

I have worked for this company for 4+ years, while working front line with the customers, it becomes very depressing watching people's lives fall apart in front of your eyes.

Unfortunately gambling is a legal addiction, but the staff are told not to do anything about it other than recommend a "hotline" to some of the guests. Which comes off rude anyway, handing someone a number & saying "you have a problem."

Management is awful, it's 100% political. Doesn't matter how hard you work or how much you care, it all matters on if you're liked or not to move anywhere. The workers consist of 80% college age / college mentality employees that are their for a pay check.

Pay grade is awful for a place that makes millions daily, luckily the guests are very open to tipping. Else there wouldn't be enough to pay the bills.

They picked a perfect location to take advantage of the residents that really don't have much else to do, and because of it this place will only get bigger. (Expansion, table games, hotel.)

Only good that comes out of that place is it's a place to work, the area is already tough for jobs but if you look hard enough you can find same wages with a better environment with HOLIDAYS OFF!

Being open 24/7 - 365 days a year, the company doesn't celebrate any holidays. If you would like a day off, I hope you put in for it last year because the other employees also want it off. Also if you don't smoke, being in this casino is like sitting inside of an ash tray waiting to develop a spot on your lung from second hand smoke.

Have a great time accidentally hitting spin & losing 20$ in a split second! The machines are laid out to take advantage of players that don't read the machines carefully. Identical games next to each other, with a different amount of max bet printed small will help you lose your money faster. The whole floor is laid out in a strategy for you to lose your money faster. Don't believe me? Walk around and carefully look at the games.

Went to Breakers for a few drinks .. saw a cool band .. had a good time

Waited more than 24 minutes in line for valet parking. But Rustic Kitchen served good food.

A vile disgusting place that should not be visited. The crowd is noticeably dying because of the casinos obvious reduction in slot pays. It's clear over the years of their staff reduction is an indicator of their reduced visits. Their petty free slot play seems very selective and favors women as they get more. The slots don't pay and this place should be investigated DAILY in payout percent requirements. I lost $150.00 in less than an hour and a half on slots today and $200.00 for the day. This will be my last ever visit to this establishment. I will be more than happy to drive an extra 30 minutes to Mt. Airy. I hope this place fails for fraud.

Wearing a mask while being enclosed by a plastic divider "sitting" at card tables is way over the top, the air movement is minimaland you can barely hear anything... but you can take your mask off at a dinner table while speaking to the waiter??! seriously tho the same exact thing is happening in Atlantic city, but atleast there you can get a drink to go as long as the top is on .. ridiculous

So true what the other reviewer said about smelling like smoke even if you dont smoke. His review pretty much summed up everything. I forgot what he used as his/her name.

It's got nice beautiful rooms, fully upgraded. If u enjoy gambling u would enjoy. Nice views of the mountains, good for hiking
, skiing....etc . A lot of near by attractions. Some near by restaurants & in vicinity.

You don't win there always in the paper to pay fines because it's cheaper to pay them than to pay out to the people who gamble there you now have to pay for parking and they got rid of the free Buffet at timbers plus the food there got worse when it was free. They just payed a million dollar fine they rigged the machines not to pay out this is by far the worst casino to ever go to the people who get free hotel stays are out of downers. The worst days to go are holidays because they know people are off work and days they give out give a ways they make the machines pay out nothing they do the giveaways as a way to get you there most people who win are high roller gamblers did you know they pick the people off the machine they see how much that persons spends and gives it to the people who spend a lot there because if they didn't they would loose that person so they do what they can so they don't loose the people who they make money from. The casino pays half of the slot play they give us to the state so that's why every ones slot play went down. If you get ten dollars the casino payed the state five dollars. Putting your card in the machine lets the casino know who playing they have machines we don't see that control who they pay out who they want to win and who they don't want to win. Its all rigged. If this casino was fair to all they would hand pick your name not choose who they want to win from a machine like mount airy hand picks people fairly not by a machine. Us people need to get the word out so others know what's going on especially to see for yourself that this place is fined in the paper all the time for what they are doing.

Has a lot of slot games, I never stayed overnight I just go there to play the games. The location is pretty good, they have valet and offer a lot of prizes and raffles. Each day theres something new. Designated smoking and non smoking areas too. It's also 2 floors and has a seperate hotel.

The casino is relatively small however the staff was very friendly and it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday Night. The only big issue I had was smoking area and non-smoking area are right next to each other, so our clothing reeked of cigarettes after we left the casino.

Waited for half hour for valet to park car inside the casino has too many penny machines so over all not good

Try the sirloin burger at the Rustic Kitchen....what a great burger and value!

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this is not the best place to gamble, even the non-smoking sections reek of smoke. Parking is easy and free. Atm charges $5 to get out cash. Ok restaurants.

Always a good time. Great choices as far as things to do.

This casino has most of it's amenities (spa, food court, etc) that are privately owned and not directly affiliated with the casino. So when these places screw you over there isn't much they can do for you. If you are just going there to gamble you'll likely be okay. But I recommend not using their amenities, especially spa sapphire. The spa's owner, Angie, is not willing to accommodate the needs of the hotel guests. After trying to talk with her about our needs, she threatened to charge us full price for the treatment that was covered by our host.

Casino has good food establishments and nice slots and tables. We went with daughter and s.i.l. and enjoyed a long fun evening. Won a little $ this time. Lol

Went there to gamble. First time playing table games, the staff was friendly explaining how to play. Boutique there isn't bad priced. Didn't get a chance to dine.

Nice valet attendants, some nice shops, a few good places to eat and eat but quite a bit pricey

The casino is clean and not smoky like most other casinos. The dealers were very friendly and helped people learn how to play games when they weren't sure. The Rustic Kitchen had phenomenal food and staff was friendly, knowledgable and attended to any need we had. I recommend the casino and restaurants to anyone.

Smaller Casino with a lot of smoke. Much better places to gamble. Much better hotels to stay at. Much better food to eat.

I was at the casino. Of course I was not one of the jackpot winners but I did win about fifty bucks so I stopped playing so I wouldn't lose it again. Not a bad atmosphere. The only problem is sometimes getting waitress to get you drinks. Maybe if they would allow you to order it on a machine like Hollywood does.

They always make a scandal because I'm not 21. And they think I'm going to drink. But I'm just going to eat hamburgers.

The casino had a fun, energetic atmosphere. The staff were helpful and courteous. The shops and restaurants were numerous and diverse.

I didn't go to gamble, I went to Bar Louie but it's a great bar and good service.

It's a casino...so I love it. Haven't ever really had a big win there yet.

It was fun. Nice games. Won some money but I played it back twice. Too far to go to again but I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a place to gamble.

This is a nice small casino. My main complaint would be the cigarette smoke.

Average casino. Nothing spectacular. Food options are good. Lots of parking but longer walk with steps. Heavy smoke smell during last visit.

Rooms are amazing. Game of Thrones game is awesome. Kyra at Ruth Chris is the best.

The service up there and s terrible. Plus not to mention having to wait almost 2 hours to play poker.

Ate at the buffet where the food was good, but waiter was miserable. Played slots in the casino.

All the employees were very helpful and courteous. I'm sure that some of my inquiries were sounding very childish, but I was greeted with respect at all times.

Some staff were rude when checking IDs and I never saw one server on the gaming floor.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping staff very responsive, general staff courteous, casino facility was alright.

Don't expect much! It's just like every other hotel you stay in... maybe worse. Nothing fancy! Bring your own cooler because there's no refrigerators in the room. You can see right into the bathroom from the hallway of your room. Yes, you can see someone in the shower or on the toilet. Bring a step stool because the beds sit up terribly high! I'm 5'3" and had to run and jump in bed. Don't expect a your gift basket or cookies and milk before bed like stated on the website. No ipads like stated on the website. The showers leak so be careful when you get out of the shower. Staff was amazing! So bring your dollars to tip them. They are the best part of the hotel. Rooms are not worth anymore than the specials they run of $69 nights. Don't pay full price and expect to be amazed. Such a disappointment!!! Oh the casino is not hitting... at all! Just try to laugh about the experience when you check out. This is not a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in dumpier hotels with more options than this. Good luck!

Average casino. The usual restaurants. Mostly senior citizens gambling except at the card tables. Good place to catch a cover band on the weekend.

Beautiful rooms. Very clean, big and comfortable. We got a two queen beds room. It's convenient that it's part of the casino, so you can play games any time you want. However, you don't hear any of it! So you won't be bothered if you are trying to sleep. My only suggestion would be to install smoke eaters in the smoking rooms since you can't open the windows. Otherwise we loved it

We went to Pearl Sushi Bar for dinner. The service was good...a little inattentive but not too bad. Food was really good..had hibachi scallops and husband has sashimi platter. Plenty of food and price wasn't too bad. Would go again.
